When he came to, he noticed Evelyn sitting on the side of the bed, looking at him with a worried face. “Are you alright? How are you feeling?”

“You have woken up?!” Fenrir raised his eyebrows.
“What happened to you, Master?” Mae looked at him, concerned.
The others didn’t say anything, but they knew something had gone wrong.
Nathan took a few breaths first before asking, “Mae, you can draw an illusion based on my memory, right?”
“Yes.” Mae nodded. “It will be more accurate if you picture it in your mind.”
“In that case, draw out my memory from earlier. All of you better watch it yourself…” Nathan suddenly turned to Evelyn, a bit worried.
“What’s wrong? Why are you looking at me?”
“This might be too much for you.”
“Too much for me?” Evelyn frowned. She is a world class summoner. She could handle everything that came her way. “Don’t underestimate me.”

“Really?” Nathan raised his hand and noticed the trembling. He had been talking just fine, so he didn’t think the sight would make this much of an impact.
But it seemed the sight of Yog-Sothoth was still too much for him to handle.
“Please.” Evelyn had a solemn face, showing her resolve. She wanted to know and had prepared herself to know this.
Nathan could only sigh. “I saw Yog-Sothoth.”
“!!!” Fenrir and the others were surprised, while Xolotl looked excited. “Hoh…”
“Mae.” Nathan nodded.
“Understood. Don’t resist, everyone.” Mae finally agreed. She opened her bamboo fan and waved it, spreading smoke.
When they blinked their eyes, the scenery changed. It was the same scenery that Nathan had seen before.
The imposing presence was so scary that Nathan passed out and remained trembling.
The pressure he could feel from Yog-Sothoth was unlike anything he had experienced before. He finally realized how insignificant he was.
