“!!!” Everyone widened their eyes when Nathan vanished from their vision.
“Sniper!” Bell Crusher shouted while turning around, finding Nathan behind Sniper.
Nathan had summoned two big cubes with his original method and split them.
“Kh!” Sniper gritted his teeth and lifted up his coat. ‘Teleportation?’
The coat blocked the bullets since it was part of his Crystal Armor. However, some of his familiars were injured, not having enough time to block Nathan’s bullets.
Sniper hurriedly released his arrow while thinking, ‘Why did he not use it from the start? Is he really moving like I expected? He’s luring us away and waiting until he can regroup to take us down?’
‘This is not good…’ Sniper panicked. They might be Nathan’s real targets, so they shouldn’t be here for too long.
Nathan formed another trigram before disappearing one more time.
Sniper gritted his teeth. ‘That whatever symbol… is the one teleporting him away… But if he has such a thing, shouldn’t he teleport much further away?
‘No. Why is he even holding back and not using crystal armor? Don’t tell me, he is unable to teleport further away? Does his space element familiar not allow him to teleport that far?
‘Or is there something wrong with his own power that prevents him from using his crystal armor?’
Sniper was having a lot of thoughts in his mind, trying to figure Nathan out. However, this was what Nathan wanted.
Although he was unable to beat them in a physical battle, Nathan had a chance in a mind battle. Planting doubts and creating possibilities in his opponent’s mind was Nathan’s specialty.
“Fiend!” Bell warned the next target.
Bloody Fiend turned around and found Nathan. He managed to form a barrier with his power, receiving all the bullets. However, Nathan teleported again.
‘Where is he?’ Bloody Fiend looked around and saw Nathan standing behind him. “You’re not getting away this time!”
Bloody Fiend plunged forward. As long as he was near Nathan, the latter shouldn’t be able to escape.
Nathan hurriedly formed the trigram in front of him.
“No!” Bloody Fiend shouted as he struck the trigram to destroy it so that Nathan couldn’t get away. To his surprise, the trigram was solid and tough to destroy.
No, it was even worse. The trigram actually dispelled his power and dispersed it.
“Haaa!” Bloody Fiend roared as he released even more energy and sliced the trigram.
Nathan matched the timing of the slash with his teleport so that it looked like he teleported as soon as the trigram was cut.
Nathan reappeared on top of Bloody Fiend as he changed his weapon back to Fenrir’s pistol. Then, he combined the Absolute Strength and Dragon Fist.

He hit Bloody Fiend’s back and knocked him to the ground, the force turned the soil into a crater, engulfing even Sniper.
“Gah!” Bloody Fiend spat a mouthful of blood. His spine cracked, and that punch almost knocked him out.
Still, before the damage got worse, his familiars hurriedly attacked Nathan, forcing Nathan to launch himself into the air.
Meanwhile, Sniper had been waiting for him. He released his arrow right away.
As soon as he saw the incoming arrow, Nathan formed the trigram to show he was planning to teleport again.
Bell rang the bell this time, disrupting Natan’s energy.
“Kh.” Nathan gritted his teeth, but Mae leaped into the air and used her illusion to remove the ringing bell. Then, he teleported, avoiding the arrow. Mae had been recalled at the last moment so that she wouldn’t get hit as well.
Then, Nathan re-summoned Mae next to him as Sniper and Bell’s familiars charged toward him, preventing him from escaping.
Because of the development, Nathan activated the trigram again and blinked away. He repeated this process three times to show that he could do it in rapid succession, meaning if he had wanted to escape, he could have done it right away.
“!!!” Sniper was startled. Bell wanted to chase after him, but Sniper shouted, “Stop, Bell!”
Bell was confused. They could still win against Nathan. In fact, Bloody Fiend’s injury was recovering right now. It wouldn’t take too long for him to return to his peak, so why would they be scared of Nathan?
Even Nathan should know that defeating them was impossible, no matter how many trump cards he had.
