In the moment Khepri called for Tethys, there was only silence. Things only got worse with each second. The magic circle Aquarina and Agua envisioned was too complicated. They ended up being too ambitious with what they desired to make.
However, in that moment, as everyone lost hope in a powerful opening spell to clear the ants and weaken them, making their advance smoother and not as chaotic as it was going to be…
“I hear you, Khepri… I don’t care about my past, but I will protect my home.”
A voice echoed through Aquarina and Agua’s Auras.
Their eyes widened, as for a moment, they felt like someone was behind them, embracing them with her power and her motherly strength.

And at that moment, Aquarina and Agua’s combined Aura suddenly transformed. The appearance of the Great Spirit of the Oasis emerged out of nowhere!
“No way!”
“What?!”
Before the cries of disbelief from Aquarina and Agua, the Oasis Spirit manifested herself. Her beauty and splendor knew no equal, her eyes shining brightly as she spread her hands forward. Her long hair, made of flowing water, swirled around the girls and Pyuku, empowering them with more magic and spirit power.
“W-Wha…?!” Aquarina’s eyes widened in disbelief. “She’s here?! It worked?!”
“Great Spirit!” Agua started crying happily. “You heard my prayers! …Is your name Tethys?!”
Although both girls were shocked and wanted to talk more with her, there was no time for such a thing at all!
Tethys’s stern expression never changed, always acting like a strict mother. Her voice rumbled through the entire nest with great authority.
She was now in the middle of her opposite element, a completely hostile environment for her. Hence, this was also a gamble for her!
One she couldn’t afford to lose.
“Concentrate, children! We only have one shot at this!” The Great Oasis Spirit roared. “I will put everything I have into this! I will protect my Oasis and my people!”
Tethys, with a newfound resolve, unleashed her destructive magic all at once! Her magical and spiritual powers merged with the girls into a single, gigantic divine and spiritual magic circle.
Something the three of them could have never afforded to conjure on their own…!
“NOW!”
Their power combined, the magic circle spun around as its magical powers were released at the same time the spell was conjured. Its name rumbled with tremendous power as Aquarina and Agua realized the level of such a magical eruption of power.
“{Divine Spiritual Oceans Magic}: {Turbulent Primordial Seas}!”
TRUUUMMM!!!
The ground and the skies trembled as the magic circle erupted, transforming into a gigantic portal that summoned a titanic downpour of turbulent oceans, constantly swirling and engulfing everything in front of them.
Aquarina’s parents quickly moved to the sides, barely managing to evade the immensely destructive spell, which rapidly engulfed everything in incredibly cold oceanic water!
SPLAAAAASH!
RUMBLE!
The seas engulfed everything as the blazing nest of the ants were constantly drowning! The ants that charged against them were unable to escape or do anything, washed away by the incredibly cold waters. Even those above the sky were victims of this gigantic tsunami.
What’s worse, the oceans continued pouring from the magic circle, swirling around and creating a destructive, turbulent catastrophe that constantly cooled down everything inside the nest. The volcanic lakes, magma rivers, and flames everywhere were extinguished immediately.
Only steam came out of the nest as many cracks spread through it, where the boiling water escaped slowly. The nest barely managed not to shatter apart. It was an incredibly resilient structure.
“Incredible! Did we really conjure such a strong spell?!” Aquarina asked in disbelief.
“No, this cannot be just us. It was the Great Oasis Spirit!” Agua said with a smile.
“Tethys, you really came at the end…!” Khepri looked at Tethys, who was concentrating on manipulating the water and cooling it down.
“We’re not done yet!” The Oasis Spirit roared. “We’re ending this with a bang! Combine your forces, compress your mana, and let it explode.”
With her guidance, Aquarina and Agua moved their hands. The entire, gigantic ocean they unleashed swirled more and more, concentrating and compressing itself further.
The ocean’s pressure became so immensely powerful that the entire water body started trembling and began to grow even more destructive and lethal.
Until…
“Now!”
They released all of the Mana they compressed at once, generating a massive explosion!
BOOOMMMM!!!
The ants, engulfed in all of it, died en masse!
All before the water finally disappeared, leaving behind a completely damp and half-frozen nest!
The heat was nowhere to be seen, except for the deepest layer of the nest, where the Queen of all the ants was resting. It seemed her Aura alone allowed her to ignore all of this without even feeling bothered.
“W-We did it!” Aquarina said.
“Woooohhh!” Agua celebrated, raising her arms. “Pyuku- Uwah?!”
However, to Agua’s horror, Pyuku was now melting over the ground, looking completely devastated. He had truly used everything he had.
“Pyuuuuhhh… I’m tired… Aquarina… you take it from here…”
FLASH!
He quickly disappeared, turning into his ethereal form and entering Aquarina’s Soulscape to rest and recover from his immense exhaustion.
“I guess he was very tired… Ah! The Oasis Spirit is gone?” Aquarina looked around but found nothing.
“Of course she’s gone. I was able to temporarily summon her through a Descent Ability… But I lacked the energy to summon her, and despite that, she came anyway… I’m truly moved,” Agua cried.
“Is that so…” Aquarina nodded, remembering Sylphy. Perhaps she could summon her this way, like Agua did with the Oasis Spirit. “Well, there are no ants anywhere now. Did we kill them all?!”
“I think there are at least a few thousand more that survived. They should be down there, very weakened,” Agua said. “We should quickly go take care of them!”
“Well done, girls!” Nepheline said, walking to the two girls. “Honestly, that was freaking insane! And even the Oasis Spirit came?! I had no idea you had that power, Agua!”
“I-I didn’t know either…” Agua muttered. “But I think Khepri helped. She called after her with her real name… Maybe that worked?”
“Her real name?”
