The waiter nodded and left the couple alone. Yu Qi ate the cake happily. She scooped the cake, wanting to feed Lang Hui.

They stayed at the cafe for a while. Eating and chatting. Long Hui glanced at his watch.

Long Hui went in to settle the payment before leaving the cafe. They had to go to the real estate office for document signing. They arrived at the office around 9:54 a.m.

The agent, Mr Jin welcomed Yu Qi and Long Hui to his room. The owner of the house had still not arrived yet. They were served some tea while waiting for his arrival. At 10:01 a.m., the owner of the house arrived. He apologized for his lateness.

Mr Jin started the meeting. Mr Jin gave the paper that needed to be signed to both parties. Yu Qi took the document and read them carefully. Mr Jin thought Long Hui would be going to do that. He just let Yu Qi to it.
