As the sun dipped below the western horizon, Naruto used Rasengan to obliterate the last two wooden stakes, marking the completion of his training. He then approached the tree where Kuroto was dozing off and shouted, “Kuroto-Sensei, I’ve finished!”

Despite his unsteady legs and heavy breathing, a proud smile graced Naruto’s face, which widened even more upon hearing Kuroto’s praise, “Good!”

Observing Naruto’s tired yet elated expression, Kuroto smiled and thought to himself, ‘He truly is a remarkable child.’

As long as someone is willing to care for him and guide him, Naruto is determined to persevere through any training challenge. Thanks to Kuroto’s companionship and guidance over the past seven months, Naruto managed to endure rigorous training with a smile on his face.

Kuroto leaped down from the tree, glanced at Naruto’s body, and suggested, “Come on Naruto. Since you’ve achieved today’s target a bit early, let’s head to the Bath House before going home.”

Sitting inside the steaming water, Naruto dipped his head into the warm spring pool, creating bubbles as he submerged. After a while, he resurfaced, letting out a contented sigh, “Haah, after a day of training, relaxing in this hot spring feels amazing!”

Wiping sweat from his face with a towel, Kuroto smiled and explained, “This public bath isn’t your typical one. The water here has medicinal properties. Soaking in this warm water can enhance blood circulation, ease muscle tension, alleviate fatigue, and contribute to a better night’s sleep overall.”

Naruto expressed surprise, saying, “I had no idea there were so many benefits to soaking in hot springs.” After a brief pause, he inquired, “Are there any more advantages?”

“Absolutely!” Kuroto affirmed with a serious demeanor. He turned towards the wall behind him, grinning, and continued, “There are many more benefits you don’t know about and are too young to learn.”

“More benefits, what is it?” Naruto came over beside Kuroto and followed his gaze toward the high wall with a confused expression.

In contrast to Jiraiya, Kuroto lacks a passion for literature, especially when it comes to collecting research material for erotic novels. However, if he desired, he could effortlessly activate his Byakugan, enabling him to gather all the necessary materials without the risk of being discovered.

Kuroto averted his gaze, half-squinting, and while enjoying the warmth of the water, casually remarked, “Do you think I’ll teach you such secrets so easily?”

Naruto pouted, “Kuroto-Sensei, you’re really stingy!”

“Stingy!?” Kuroto snorted lightly, attempting to impart some wisdom to Naruto, “If you lack the strength like me, revealing this secret might lead to your demise!”

Naruto was a bit surprised, asking, “Is it really that dangerous?”

Kuroto nodded with a serious expression, “Even someone as powerful and experienced as Jiraiya-sama, one of the Legendary Sannin, made a mistake once and ended up in the hospital for several days. This secret is not something you can grasp with your current strength.”

At times, Kuroto contemplates what the scenario would be like if Jiraiya were born with the Byakugan. ‘Wouldn’t that be a nightmare for women, especially Tsunade-sama?’

“Oh!” Naruto looked disappointed.

Observing Naruto’s dejected expression, Kuroto grinned and advised, “Work hard to become strong. In the future, when your strength is sufficient, I might share this secret with you. Remember, there are many mysteries in the Shinobi World waiting to be explored, but you need enough strength to uncover them.”

Absorbing Kuroto’s words of wisdom, Naruto nodded with a determined expression, “Kuroto-Sensei, I won’t let you down!”

After enjoying some time at the Konoha Hot Springs, followed by a refreshing cold coffee, Kuroto and Naruto headed towards Kuroto’s home.

On their way, they encountered Yui, Hinata, and Shion, who were also heading to the Hyūga District.

“Yui-nee-san, Hinata-chan, Shion-chan!” Naruto enthusiastically ran forward as soon as he spotted them.

“Na… Naruto-kun!” Seeing Naruto approaching, Hinata’s face turned beet red, and her mind entered panic mode. If not for the fact that Shion helped her out, she might have fainted on the spot.

Observing her best friend’s shy state, Shion sighed, ‘Honestly, this girl, if she continues like this, how’d she ever convey her feelings to Naruto?!’

Hinata’s feelings for Naruto were quite apparent to Shion, and, in fact, everyone except Naruto seemed to be aware of Hinata’s emotions. Shion sometimes wondered how Naruto could be so oblivious to Hinata’s feelings.

While Hinata seemed a bit panicked, Naruto joined them. Spotting him, Yui smiled, “Ara, Naruto-kun, you’re quite early today.”

Naruto nodded proudly, “Of course! Today, I completed the task Kuroto-Sensei gave me before sunset. Now, I’ve successfully mastered Rasengan and Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu!”

Yui ruffled Naruto’s hair and praised him, “Really? Well, our Naruto-kun is amazing, right Hinata-chan?”

Hinata nodded, “Ye… yes, Naruto-kun is amazing!” Her voice, however, was as low as a murmur, and it didn’t reach Naruto’s ears. Shyly, she looked down, avoiding eye contact with Naruto.

Naruto rubbed his nose with a sheepish smile, a bit embarrassed but happy.

While Yui engaged Naruto in conversation and tried to include Hinata more in order to make her comfortable around Naruto, Shion approached Kuroto with a pout, expressing in a disappointed tone, “Kuroto-nii-chan, you don’t spend much time with me now. I am angry!”

Kuroto chuckled in amusement, “Is that so?”

Shion nodded, “Yes.” She made eye contact with Kuroto and continued with a smile, “But I know that you are extremely busy these days as Hokage-sama, so I’ll forgive you if you buy me lots of candies.”

“Alright then, let’s get our Shion-chan as many candies as she wants!” declared Kuroto. Along with Yui, he led Shion, Hinata, and Naruto on a little shopping trip. Shion indulged in buying as many candies as she desired. The Hokage of Konoha, Hyūga Kuroto, is her elder brother, so there were no reservations from her.

Although Hinata appeared a bit reserved, Yui and Shion understood the young Hyūga well and helped her out.

Naruto didn’t choose a lot of candies; while he didn’t dislike them, he wasn’t particularly fond of them either.

After the candy spree, Kuroto and Yui discussed and decided to purchase a few sets of Shinobi gear for the three children. With their graduation approaching, it was essential for them to have proper clothes, especially Naruto. Due to his rigorous training in the past seven months, his clothes had suffered a lot of damage, and he needed a few sets of new attire.

After finishing their shopping, the five of them headed to the Hyūga district, with Naruto naturally accompanying them. Since Kuroto began teaching Naruto, the young ninja had been living with Kuroto at his house. This arrangement was made to ensure Naruto’s safety and to provide him with guidance and care from Kuroto.

The village had no objections to Naruto living with Kuroto. As the Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails, he is the prime target of the Akatsuki Organization, this fact was known to the village’s top management. Ensuring Naruto’s safety was the responsibility of the Hokage, and therefore, Naruto living with Kuroto was not an issue.

For Naruto, who had always lived alone and lacked the love and care of a family, the invitation to move in with Kuroto was initially surprising, but Yui’s gentleness and caring nature broke down all the barriers in Naruto’s heart, allowing him to experience the warmth of a home and family. Similar to Shion and Hinata, Naruto also acknowledged Yui as his elder sister, and fully integrated into Kuroto’s family.
