Reborn into Naruto World with Tenseigan

The scene of Sasuke struggling at the hands of Orochimaru was within Raijin’s vision. Watching the young Uchiha slowly beginning to lose his breath, Raijin thought to himself, ‘Leave it to Orochimaru-sama on how to train ninjas…’

Raijin wasn’t much surprised by this turn of events, in fact, he had somewhat expected it which is why he allowed Orochimaru to take the reins on Sasuke lead for now, and he could see Orochimaru doing a good job of leaving a shadow in Sasuke’s heart that Raijin can later use to further stimulate Sasuke.

Since Raijin was able to see Sasuke’s struggle, Naruto and Neji could see it too, and shouted, “Let Sasuke go!” “Stop it, he’d die at this rate!”

Of course, Raijin wouldn’t allow them to interfere. He activated the Lightning Chakra Stimulation Technique as he disappeared from his position and appeared in front of Naruto in a flash and punched him in the face.

“Raijin…” mumbled Neji narrowing his eyes and immediately leapt a few steps distancing himself then took a deep breath and looked at the Amegakure ninja. He resisted the fear and nervous in his heart as his expression became firm. In Neji’s heart, he can accept and tolerate anything, but the mockery of his Sensei is not something that he can tolerate. He can accept being defeated, but he cannot accept staining the reputation of his Sensei. The complicated thoughts in his mind disappeared, all his focus was on one simple point, and he took Gentle Fist Stance.

Seeing the sudden change in Neji’s expression and stance Raijin was a little surprised and praised, “Well well… perhaps you have something more to show.”

Neji also understands that he has yet to completely master the Jutsu that Kuroto told him to master a few months back, but there is nothing else he can do for the time being. He can only rely on the incomplete version of Byakugan Chakra Mode that he has learned, after all, the Amegakure ninja in front of him is too strong, and if he tries to keep his hands, he might end up dying.

‘Thirty seconds… any more than that, and I won’t be able to maintain this mode, I have to somehow get past Raijin and save Sasuke within the next thirty seconds,’ thought Neji as he stepped forward at an incredible speed and tried to get past Raijin.

Yes, Neji’s goal was to save Sasuke, naturally, he did not want to engage with Raijin, and that’s what he tried to do, but how could it be so easy?

The corner of Raijin’s lips arched in a smirk as lightning flickered around his body and he disappeared from his position appearing in front of Neji, blocking the young Hyuga’s path, “Not so fast…”

“Using the cover of dust to create a Shadow Clone and use it to lead me away in order to create a chance for yourself… that’s indeed a good tactic, but, unfortunately for you, it won’t work out against me,” chuckled Raijin looking at Neji who appeared before him as the dust cleared.

“It didn’t work at all?!” thought Neji a little panicked as he glanced at Sasuke who was being choked by the Kusagakure Kunoichi in worry then looked at Raijin thinking to himself, ‘What to do? How to bypass him?’

“What? Can’t think of anything? It seems I was right, Konoha’s Genins are indeed trash,” chuckled Raijin mocking Neji.
