Chapter 971: The Fourth Floor – Church Of Destruction (5)
Vexthra was seated on a stone in the outskirts of Yilo Village.
It is the village she and her team saved from the Church of Destruction. Although they haven’t yet cleared the 4th floor of the planet Killer Dungeon, they managed to save a village of 2000 inhabitants.
After Lani and Elyndra left to go track down the location of the Church of Destruction, they decided to ensure the villagers were okay.
Vexthra later left to have some fresh air after handling what had to be handled.
At the moment, she was seated, looking up at the stars in the sky. None of her sisters was around her.
Of course, they aren’t too far away.
Suddenly, a smile appeared on her face, which quickly turned into a chuckle.
“So that’s how far back you have travelled, huh?” The image of Kent appeared in her mind, brightening her smile.
“What a troublemaker,” Vexthra chuckled, “To think you will mess with me 370,000 years before meeting you. I need to punish him when he gets back.”
“Punish who?” Unity asked, walking toward Vexthra. The rest of her sisters, except Lani, who is still not yet back, walked toward their big sister.
Vexthra looked at her sisters and smiled lovingly, “Who else would I punish if not that troublemaker of ours?”
“Kent…” The ladies laughed.
They knew that if someone had the power to frustrate Vexthra, then it would only be Kent. He has his way of making even a goddess feel helpless.
“What has he done?” Vari asked, sitting beside Vexthra. The rest of her sisters also sat down around their big sister.
“Well, he had travelled back to the past and, as usual, was causing trouble there.”
The ladies furrowed their brows, hearing something so ridiculous, yet they knew it was true. “How was he able to travel to the past? And how far back did he go?” Ingrid asked, feeling intrigued.
“I don’t know how he managed to go to the past, but I know he is 370,000 years in the past. I know this because he used my name to form an oath with someone.”
“Who is this person? Is she a woman? Is she beautiful? Compared to Alina, who has a bigger butt,” Selene asked, already thinking stuff none of her sisters would even think of.
All they could do was stare at the Sword Saintess, who held a smug smile on her face. Even Vexthra couldn’t help looking at her with an amused expression.
“She is a female princess who disguised herself to become a commander of an army. Kent saved her life, and in order to help each other obtain a treasure, they formed a blood oath.
However, the sneaky Kent knows I will remember that day today. And what better way to play a prank on me than to invoke my divinity 370,000 years before I met him and became his woman.
Back then, I was surprised that a mere mortal dared to use my name for something so trivial. However, while I should have taught him a lesson, I became rather intrigued by his boldness.”
“What is he doing there?” Mara asked.
“I only looked at his life for a few months, but all I saw made me wonder just what kind of monster he is. I mean, the location he is at the moment is no place for a Core Formation stage cultivator.”
“Is he in trouble?” Unity asked.
“No. I think he is fine. It’s been a long time, and I haven’t placed much focus on him, but from what I saw back then, I think wherever he is now, he will be fine.”
Vexthra giggled, “However, you ladies should be prepared for some serious competitions in the future.”
The ladies looked at their big sister and wondered just what she was hinting at. Selene, being the spoiled one, was able to read what Vexthra said, making her smile from ear to ear.
“I wonder how many sisters he will be adding to this harem.”
Her sisters picked up on her words, making them also wonder the same thing. “But why would they be our competition, big sister?” Nara asked, and Vexthra giggled.
“Just that 370,000 years is a long time. If they hadn’t reached the God stage, then they certainly will be at the Immortal stage, and let me tell you, ladies, once you reach the Immortal stage, just a few hours of sex with Kent will not be enough.
You will need to go for days, sometimes weeks, or even months.
But that isn’t the serious part. You see, once you reach the Immortal stage, as a lady, your yin essence becomes immortal energy for your man, and his yang essence becomes immortal energy for you.
So tell me, who do you think will get the most priority to have sex with Kent? You, the Spirit Kings and Lords, or the Immortal Kings and Lords?”
Vexthra laughed, “Even you ladies, thanks to how much you love Kent, will push him to spend more time with them, so that he will become strong. Once that happens, the time he will be spending with you ladies will be limited.”
Vexthra continued to smile, looking at the frown on the faces of her sisters.
Although she exaggerated a bit, from what she knew, Kent would have his hands full in the future simply because of the choices he had made in the past.
“I say we will cross the bridge when we get there. However, knowing we will be having immortal sisters makes me feel safe.” Selene laughed, “No offence, big sister.”
Vexthra smirked, “No need to apologise, Selene. I am a god; naturally, messing with events in high or immortal worlds is beneath me.
However, if having immortal sisters makes you safe, then I am happy too. I mean, we all want what is best for Kent, so being safe is what we should focus on.”
The ladies nodded.
They had already made plans on what to do when they ascended. Most of those plans involved them growing much stronger than they are now, so they can protect their man when it comes down to it.
“If we were to get immortal sisters, then clearing this dungeon will be much faster,” Elsa also added a reason why having immortal sisters would be best.
In the end, Vexthra only smiled and looked forward to the day they would reach immortal worlds and meet their sisters they couldn’t wait to meet.
The ladies continued to ask their sister more questions about what Kent was doing in the past.
Vexthra knew she couldn’t say everything she saw, but being experienced as she was, she managed to tell them something that left them happy.
As to how Kent managed to get to the past, she didn’t even want to know.
Her only concern now was that nothing bad seemed to be happening to the timelines, considering everything Kent was doing in the past was significant enough to alter the future.
’It’s like history has been written already, and whatever he was doing was merely playing a role.’ She said inwardly.
’If that is the case, then does it mean Kent can do anything he wants and it will fit perfectly into history?’ This thought prompted her to ponder something personal to her…
’If he can do that, then can he go back and prevent—” Vexthra paused her words when a voice suddenly entered her mind.
’Don’t, Vexthra. The past is the past, we can’t get it back, so the best we can do is focus on the present and hope for a better future.’
Vexthra nodded and wiped the thought from her mind.
