Chapter 2778: Age of the Gods II

What Adrian and the others do not know or rather were unaware of is that a player actually managed to get the Glyph of the Titan King. When Adrian swatted away the glyph, the actual item only crashed down to the ground and did not break. A player who is from the Asgard Faction saw the item in a small crater that formed next to him as he was almost killed by the falling glyph.

The player would have ignored such a thing but the glyph suddenly looked extremely enticing to him as if he was mesmerized. The player picked up the glyph and hid it inside his inventory because he knows that it might be important. He felt a faint sign of divine energy in this glyph which is only possible because he has Ichor running in his veins. Ichor is the blood of the gods and all players of the Asgardian factions have the blood of the gods running in their veins.

[You have picked up the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King.]

[The divine energy of the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King has afflicted you.]

[Your body is now under the control of the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King.]

[You are temporarily no longer bound by the rules of the Asgardian Faction.]

“Move low breed! Go and escape from this place!” A voice that is dark and sinister could be heard from the player’s mind.

The player suddenly moved his body and evaded all the other attacks that was supposed to hit him. His body moved in an odd fashion that it strained it to a great degree. The player showed pain but he could not control his body as another being controlled it for him. He instantly ran towards the other side where it is safe and abandoned the battlefield according to the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King.

[You are no longer being fully controlled by the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King but you are still under its effects.]

The player walked until his feet were bleeding which is quite a distance for a being that has the blood of gods in their veins. The player suddenly started to whimper as he could not believe that he escaped which means he will be branded a traitor and can no longer return to Asgard. He would be given a kill on sight command and traitors are not easily accepted by other factions as well.

“My life is ruined because of something that I picked up. Is this my punishment for picking up money on the ground when I was a child?” The player stated as he knew that he would be ostracized even by his guild as he escaped.

“Quit your whining low breed! You have not even activated the god blood inside of you and you are already pathetic. Such a pitiful waste of god blood!” The voice of the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King stated.

“It is because of you! I no longer have a future because of you!” The player shouted as he saw messages from his guild leader cursing at him for escaping the battlefield.

[The World Boss Fenrir Unchained has been incinerated into nothingness.]

[The Sun Devouring Wolf Skoll has been incinerated into nothingness.]

[The Moon Devouring Wolf Hati has been incinerated into nothingness.]

[The Titan of Ice and Mischief Loki has been extinguished from existence.]

[All divine relics that is connected to the Titan of Ice and Mischief Loki have lost all effect.]

[All curses, blessings, and spells that are still active due to the Titan of Ice and Mischief Loki have been dispelled.]

[The Asgardian Faction has been exterminated with no one to lead it.]

[The Asgardian Faction is no more and all benefits that members have from it will also disappear.]

[The Divine Realm of Asgard has been destroyed completely.]

[Everything related to the divine realm of Asgard will lose their power.]

[You are no longer part of the Asgardian Faction as it is now dissolved.]

“HAHAHAHAHA!” The voice from the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King suddenly laughed as if something really good happened.

“What are laughing about? Hello?!” The player stated as he looked at the floating Glyph of the Cursed Titan King that appeared in front of him.

The player wanted to verify why this strange rock was laughing but it suddenly went quiet for a few minutes. The silence became deafening for the player because he has lost all trust from his guild leader. He is now being told to return back to their old guild base as Asgard has been destroyed completely. Even the player could not believe the world messages because the gods of Asgard were powerful to him and he believed that he was an ant compared to them.

“THAT WRETCHED DEMON!” The voice from the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King shouted as it finally talked once again.

“You! You must explain why you kidnapped me!” The player boldly shouted as he demanded an apology from a stone.

“You dare raise your voice against me?!” The voice from the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King stated as an immense pressure suddenly covered the body of the player.

“Please stop!” The player stated as the pressure of divine energy permeating the body of a god blood is not something an unawakened one can endure.

“Then again, you are the only link I now have to this mortal realm. I guess you shall do or else all of the divine energy I infused in this rock would vanish.” The voice from the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King stated.

“Thank you for sparing me, great god.” The player stated.

“GOD! YOU DARE! I AM NOT SUCH A LOWLY BEING!” The voice from the Glyph of the Cursed Titan King shouted as it emitted pressure once more towards the player before it as it was offended by what he said.

“I am sorry! I do not know the great one! Please mercy!” The player cried out as his body started to break down.
