Chapter 2760: God King Versus God Killer III

The God King Odin has the God of Mischief Loki by the throat with his iron grip. Flail as he might, the God of Mischief Loki could not escape the grasp of the god that is stronger than him. The God King Odin even made a threat to the World Boss Fenrir Unchained that he would snap his father’s neck if he dared to move.

“Do you have any last words, Loki?” The God King Odin asked as his grip tightened even more.

“I… do… actually! Sike!” The God of Mischief Loki or rather his clone stated as its skin started to become ice.

Just before the clone could turn to ice entirely, the God of Mischief Loki’s clone opened its mouth wide. From the opened mouth are needles made from Misteltein which is a special metal that could harm even the gods. The needles shot out of the God of Mischief’s Loki’s mouth and injured part of the God King Odin’s face. The God King Odin’s barrier was unable to block everything but there were three needles that pricked his forehead, cheek, and neck.

“I shall kill you in the most painful way!” The God King Odin shouted as his aura covered the entire divine domain and unraveled the invisibility casted by the God of Mischief Loki.

“My plan has already succeeded, Odin. You have too much confidence in yourself that you could not believe that I can formulate a plan that could defeat you. If I could kill Baldr with a special pine then why do you think that you are no different?” The God of Mischief Loki announced.

“I should destroy that mouth of your first because it has become too annoying.” The God King Odin stated as he tried to envelope himself with his divine energy once again but suddenly found himself having a difficult time doing so.

“What have you done?!” The God King Odin asked as he stared at the God of Mischief Loki in disbelief.

“It is very simple, Odin. I would not have been able to use these needles if you did not lift the covenant we made but you did. The needles that pricked parts of your body are made of Misteltein and hardened poison of my second son, Jormungandr. The poison should have entered your body about now.” The God of Mischief Loki stated with a smile so sinister that one would be terrified seeing it.

“Coward! Resorting to poison!” The God King Odin shouted but it only made the God of Mischief Loki laugh.

The God of Mischief Loki thought it was ironic that the God King Odin is now crying out foul play when the latter used more than him. The God King Odin utilized the God of Mischief Loki’s plan to ensure that he would reign supreme for all of the Asgardian gods. The God King Odin even modified some plans to make it even more damaging which even made the God of Mischief Loki have goosebumps.

“This is war, Odin. You are already too old to reign anyway and have outdated views. If you only accepted the offer of the demons earlier then the large rift would have been closed and we would not be enemies with them now. I did advise you to consider that option as we will only be slightly weakened but you did not. Nevertheless, I shall clean up the mess that you have made once I become the new God King.” The God of Mischief Loki stated.

“Do you think that I would ever let you become the new god king?! You shall die with me if need be!” The God King Odin shouted as he pushed his poisoned body to the extreme which even made the God of Mischief Loki scared as he did not expect that the former will still have this enough strength.

“You seem to have forgotten someone very important, you one-eyed bastard!” The God of Mischief Loki stated as a large wolf suddenly slammed towards the God King Odin.

The World Boss Fenrir Unchained managed to recover once again and charged without care upon getting up. The World Boss Fenrir Unchained thought that his attack would be ineffective once again but the barrier that covered the God King Odin shattered upon the impact of his body. The God King Odin was thrown towards the edge of the battlefield and also suffered the same damage anyone gets when they slam against the wall.

“You scared me there for a second. You released such powerful divine energy but it seems your control has already started to falter. The poison of my son that is used in those needles were concentrated for thousands of years. Even a high god such as yourself will be unable to escape unscathed after all.” The God of Mischief Loki stated.

“Coward! Die!” The God King Odin shouted weakly as he threw Gungnir towards the God of Mischief Loki.

The World Boss Fenrir Unchained was about to block the spear from hitting his father but the latter had a different command. The World Boss Fenrir Unchained charged towards the God King Odin with his sharp fangs. The God of Mischief Loki commanded the World Boss Fenrir Unchained to finish off the God King Odin while his weapon is not in his hand.

“You seem to have gone senile, old man! You tossed your divine weapon that is strengthening you just to kill me. It will never catch up to me or it might but you will die by my son’s jaws by that time!” The God of Mischief Loki shouted as he created numerous clones to tank the hit from Gungnir.

The divine spear, Gungnir, cannot miss its targets as it has a homing mechanism. It will hit its target regardless of distance as long as the God King Odin has gained some line of sight. The God of Mischief Loki knows this but it also knows the divine spear’s weakness. It cannot return to the God King Odin’s hands until it hits the target.
