My Super Sassy Dad: Stop Running Away, Mrs. Quinn!

Elias Hale stared out the window, "There is a way, though it’s not foolproof. It involves deep hypnosis to recover memories, but are you sure you’re this desperate?"

"Of course I’m desperate. Where are you? I’ll come find you right now." Melody Thorne glanced at the car’s rearview mirror, realizing a car had been following her.

"I’m at the hotel. In a few days, I might have to return to Zetania."

"Elias Hale, someone’s following me," Melody Thorne spoke up, "A car."

"Which road are you on?"

"I’ll send you my location." Melody Thorne shared her current location and put down her phone. Cars were flanking her on both sides from the lane.

Melody Thorne intentionally swerved towards one car, nearly colliding before narrowly scraping by, forcing the other vehicle to stop, allowing her to take control of the road.

The car behind persisted, and before long, she found herself in a secluded area with barren mountains on both sides, and the road ahead led nowhere.

She opened the car door and decisively jumped out, letting the car plunge into the large river ahead.

Just as the men were about to get out of their car, a vehicle came to a halt — it was Elias Hale’s — forcing them to leave unwillingly.

"Melody Thorne?"

"I’m here." Melody Thorne crawled out from among the bushes behind.

"Are you alright?"

"I’m fine, just some scratches." Melody Thorne showed him her arm, "Can you take me back? My car’s beyond recovery now."

"Okay."

In the car, Elias Hale’s gaze was intensely deep. He had already guessed who would target Melody Thorne. He had warned Sharon Lowell not to harm Melody Thorne; he would treat her illness himself. And what was she doing? Attacking Melody behind his back?

Melody Thorne received a message on her phone from Titus Quinn, unexpectedly receiving a text from him.

"Do you know who wanted you dead today? I’ll tell you, it was Mrs. Quinn. She discovered you were following her yesterday and now she’s eager to eliminate you."

"What are your intentions?" Melody Thorne messaged back, while contacting Harold Chapman on the other side to locate and capture Titus Quinn.

The other party suddenly stopped sending any more messages.

"Where are we going?" Melody Thorne noticed the road wasn’t leading to the Quinn Family home.

"Didn’t you want to recover your memory?" Elias Hale tightened his grip on the steering wheel, "Let’s go to the hotel where I’m staying first and see if my method works!"

Melody Thorne thought it over; Jared Quinn was currently at the company and wouldn’t be returning home, so she agreed.

Hotel.

Elias Hale had her lie down on the hotel’s big bed to perform hypnosis on her, using dreams to take her back to the day she disappeared from the hospital.

"She really trusts you." The hotel room door swung open, and a tall woman with a hint of frailty walked in.

"Was it you who targeted her today?" Elias Hale turned around.

"It wasn’t me. If it were, how could I just have the car chase her? Those people clearly wanted her gone. I still need her to save me, so how could I hurt her? I might at most have someone capture her!" Sharon Lowell sneered coldly.

Since this woman appeared, Elias Hale’s changes were all crystal clear to her; the influence is truly significant!

"Sharon, there’s something I must tell you." Elias Hale handed her a medical record.
