Chapter 180: Against My Will!
Vulely: “…”
As the mother-daughter duo continued to munch down on the Exp candy-like crystals, I watched on, bored; their destiny to have nothing interesting happen for a while. After all, Celia was the ultimate protector. None would mess with them as long as my wife is around.
Thus, I, perhaps, let my guard down. I felt a tug at my very being, and soon enough, I found myself in chains, a woman in front of me; she was very clearly my captor. And, I can safely presume that this is Pelia, our current enemy.
Pelia: “You both… live in Home, you two are also Higher Beings that are… higher than most. Why have you come here, to ruin my plans, to stop my progress?” She asked with an impatient tone and expression, lazily tapping her fingers, arms crossed.
Vulely: “The counterfeit Soul Crystals. That’s why we’re here. Though, to be unfair to you, my wife actually came here on a whim, 99% of her intention was to just visit the Devil and God.” I explained without any fear at all, confident that Celia would find and save me with ease.
Pelia: “…”
It would seem that me being still calm as can be… confused the woman for a few minutes. Pelia was sitting on a regal couch, with me on the ground; her outfit was a somewhat see-through nightgown, more modest than sexy. Higher Being or not, the room and Pelia smelled of sex; so she must have just… or rather, we interrupted an intimate time with Pelia and her lovers.
Having faith in my wife is good and all, but God and the Devil had understated this girl’s strength by a lot. Though, it is far more likely that Pelia hadn’t shown her true power to them; thus, no warning was given to Celia. Regardless of where she originates from, Pelia was actually stronger than me; meaning that I really am her prisoner, and Celia will have a time fighting her.
Pelia: “If God bothered to inform me of their relation to Celia and her group… I wouldn’t have taken over Heaven. Alas, it seems that I made a mistake.” She expressed with a groan.
Vulely: “Guess so. Now, will you release me? Celia doesn’t take kind to those who attack her group, let alone one of her beloved wives.” I asked with a yawn.
Pelia: “This is the path I chose. If my fate is death, then so be it. No, dear… I shall not let you go. Despite being Immortal, long-lived Higher Beings, we still fuck up when family is threatened.” She denied, getting up, flicking her wrist, the woman now properly dressed; a sword was now on her side, as well.
Vulely: “E-eh? But, Celia won’t…” I was cut off, mouth sealed with Magic.
Pelia: “It has been a while since I warred; God and the Devil weren’t a challenge at all. Perhaps, even in this being my end… it will at least be entertaining. My final moments, that is.” She mused with a smile, clearly a battle maniac, a true landmine.
Vulely: “…”
