Celia: After Dying in the Apocalypse, I Live Once Again!

Volume 10. Chapter 133: My Luck Failed To Materialize! (Chapter 1034)

Chapter 133: My Luck Failed To Materialize!

Looking down at the Cultivator’s lap, Celia was still asleep, with a pleasant, slightly silly expression on her cute face; and that unknown enemy… were cowards. As such, I was unable to stop this woman from saying things that are… unique. This has been going on for an hour now!…

Guanyu: “In the end, I, Guanyu, care solely about myself. This has ever only changed with Celia, which is why what I did, what those dolls… did to her… it hurts me to the very Soul.” She continued, expression and tone… very much that of a yandere.

Vulely: “As it would to any of her wives and children. But, you aren’t being fair to yourself, Guanyu. Quite a few of Celia’s wives are also yanderes, maybe at an even more extreme level of obsession than you.” I replied with a coaxing tone.

Guanyu has control over the harem, but doesn’t know them well at all. For the wives, I am the only one who is just slightly close to her… If that was the case, the Cultivator wouldn’t be acting like she is some kind of monster.

In truth, we were all monsters at some point. It was by Celia’s hand that we… got better. Not becoming a good person (for a Higher Being, that is), would be an insult to Celia; as well as leaving us with no right to be by her side, loving her endlessly. All our love… Celia returns with the same, but, somehow, at a far higher amount.

Guanyu: “You have retained the gist of what I’ve been trying to say… but not all of it. Vulely, do you truly understand me? With what I’ve been saying… shouldn’t you be looking at me like I am an insane, dangerous person?” She asked with a deeply confused tone.

Vulely: “You… aren’t doing a very good job at making that out to be the case. This is the first time you’ve hurt Celia, and likely, it’ll be the last and only mistake in your relationship with her.” I replied with a shrug.

Guanyu: “…”

The Cultivator was adamant about convincing me of her insanity, but it didn’t change my opinion on her. Celia… our friends and family, they’re still major outliers. Most Higher Beings, even now, are easily (and rightfully) deemed insane, or absolutely evil as can be; that goes for the supposedly good ones as well.

While all the things this group has done throughout this story are crazy, and morally wrong to a typical, even faithless mortal; we’d be seen as saints by Higher Beings outside of our family, as I have said many times before.

Guanyu: “I don’t imagine that you and the others are as accepting of… horrible acts done by loved ones like our wife is; likely nowhere near close to Celia’s sense of right and wrong.” She said with a tone denial, not yet willing to… if not forgive herself, at least not think so poorly of her Soul.

Heh… I have a perfect solution for Guanyu’s lack of faith. One which will… also help me get revenge for having to listen to Guanyu’s pleas for me to see her as insane! Hehehe…
