“The Vast Wilderness Continent…” As Tang Jie pondered this news, a scene emerged in his mind.

In the past, the largest world of the Great Stellar Chiliocosm was the Gigantes Domain.

But at some point, the Gigantes Domain started to break apart.

The world crumbled and crumbled, chunks of land falling away.

They drifted through the void, crashing against each other and fusing, joining to another domain. Gradually, an entirely new domain was born.

It grew larger and larger, going from a small domain to an enormous one, and all the while, the Gigantes Domain shrank.

Just like how cultivators grew stronger when their domains grew larger, the shrinking of the Gigantes Domain made the Gigantes living on it weaker.

An old world declined and a new world ascended.

This scene played out in Tang Jie’s mind as if it was reality. Though it was purely based on his imagination, it acted like a simulation, traveling across the eons in an instant until finally stopping at the present.

Tang Jie narrowed his eyes and chuckled.

“I see now. No wonder… the Vast Wilderness Continent is so close to the Gigantes Domain.”

The Gigantes King replied, “It wasn’t so close before, but in the last ten thousand years, it has moved ten staryears closer.”

“Is that so?” Tang Jie softly said.

After some thought, he repeated his earlier request. “I require all the books and tales of the Gigantes. As for the demons, there’s no need to worry. My Rosecloud Domain will take care of them.”

“‘Take care of them’?” The Gigantes King wasn’t as happy as expected, scoffing, “I’ve never even thought about you being able to take care of the demons. This king will be satisfied if your Rosecloud Domain can help my Gigantes Domain last for the remainder of the hundred years of this calamity.”

Tang Jie smiled. “My Rosecloud Domain has encountered many domains on its journey, and many of the Titans ruling over their domains said something like this. But at present, my Rosecloud Domain has never helped a single domain stall for time… The universe is very big, and I have too little time to waste.”

“That’s because you’ve never encountered a truly powerful Demon Lord,” the Gigantes King retorted. “You don’t know what sort of existence is attacking my Gigantes Domain.”

“The Nine Disaster Fiend Monk, I know.”

“But you don’t know what level of Demon Lord he is, right?”

“What is his level?”

“Demon Sovereign!” the Gigantes King replied. “To be more precise, he is one of the 9 Demon Sovereigns of the Primordial Fog Domain.”

The Primordial Fog Domain had 99 Archdemon Lords, the strongest nine of which were called the Demon Sovereigns.

The Nine Disaster Fiend Monk was one of them.

“No wonder the demons were so powerful this time. So this is the power of a Demon Sovereign’s faction,” Tang Jie chuckled in realization.

“Tang Jie, are you looking down on Demon Sovereigns? The Nine Disaster Fiend Monk possesses immense powers, and he has countless Devil Chiefs under him. His faction is far more powerful than your Rosecloud Domain. There are many cases in the Primordial Fog Domain of Archdemon Lords being defeated, but Demon Sovereigns have never been defeated!” the Gigantes King solemnly said.

“If I remember correctly, the Nine Disaster Fiend Monk has attacked the Gigantes Domain before, yes? Didn’t you manage to stop him then?” Tang Jie asked.

He had witnessed the Nine Disaster Fiend Monk’s invasion of the Gigantes Domain through the Nine Palace Illusion Formation.

From the scenes there and what occurred later on, he discovered that while this devil was fierce, he had ultimately failed to take down the Gigantes Domain.

So why was the Gigantes King so afraid now?

The Gigantes King shook his head. “Tang Jie, you’re mistaken. Nine Disaster has invaded my Gigantes Domain more than just once or twice.”

“What?” the three said in unison.

The Gigantes King said, “Nine Disaster has invaded four times. He first invaded nine thousand years ago. At the time, he was just an ordinary high-rank devil, not even possessing the Blood Jade Lotus Platform yet. The second time he invaded was six thousand years ago, at which point he had a three-petaled lotus platform. As an Earth Immortal, he was then a Lesser Demon Lord. The vision you saw was during his second invasion. The third time he invaded was three thousand years ago. His Blood Jade Lotus Platform had five petals, True Immortal cultivation, an Archdemon Lord. That battle with him was my fiercest ever with Nine Disaster, and both of us came away with heavy injuries. While I managed to break two of his five petals, he severely damaged my Celestial Arm. But thanks to that battle, I was able to comprehend the essence of domains and commune with the world’s core, breaking through various thresholds. Currently, I have attained the Imperishable Diamond Body, the equivalent of Boundless Gold Immortal, while he has achieved a seven-petaled lotus platform, also Gold Immortal. Alas, while I can individually match him, in terms of forces, I cannot compare.”

The Gigantes King scowled.

Having achieved Boundless, the Nine Disaster Fiend Monk had attained unprecedented status in the Primordial Fog Domain, wielding great authority, even among the Archdemon Lords. Not long ago, he had defeated a Demon Sovereign and usurped their position, and as a result, the faction under him had reached an unprecedented level of strength.

With the innate divine strength of Gigantes and the Martial Lord’s Combat Emperor Catalog, the Gigantes King did not fear Nine Disaster, but his Gigantes were helpless against the demon army.

In such circumstances, the Gigantes Domain naturally suffered a devastating defeat, forcing the Gigantes King to retreat to the Cavespace Mountains.

Hearing this, Tang Jie asked, “Does Nine Disaster have any other Boundless Demon Lords at his side?”

“Two, both Archdemon Lords.”

Achieving Boundless wasn’t enough to become a Demon Sovereign.

The really scary thing about Nine Disaster was that he had always stood supreme among his peers, such that the moment he ascended, he swept aside all those who came before him. This was very similar to Tang Jie.

Tang Jie nodded. “Understood. Two versus four is still doable.”

The Gigantes King said in surprise, “You still think you can win?”

“That’s not important. What’s important is… Do you still have the courage to fight?”

The Gigantes King was taken aback by the question.

He looked at Tang Jie, and Tang Jie looked back, his eyes brimming with confidence.

This was the confidence of the strong, but also the courageous.

The former was simply a blind belief in one’s own strength, while the latter represented the bearing of a true Titan—even if the world was crumbling, he would still greet it all with a smile.

The Gigantes King was stunned.

He didn’t understand why Tang Jie could treat Nine Disaster’s strength with such disdain.

Standing at the top of tower, beyond the Gold Ignis Astral Winds, at the intersection of the atmosphere and the void, it gazed at the distant Gigantes Domain and shouted:

“The Domain Lord has given the order! Attack!”

“The Domain Lord has given the order! Attack!”

Its roar tore through the heavens, transmitted to all the world through the Moon Wheel.

“Attack!”

“Attack!”

“Attack!”

Mighty roars erupted from all corners of Rosecloud.

Formation lines began to light up.

Across the entire domain flashed the dazzling radiance of formations.

The entire planet radiated a dazzling brilliance.

This was particularly true at the top of the domain, where the light gathered at the pole. It condensed into a beam of light that pierced through the heavens before transforming into a flame that erupted into the void like a giant firecracker. And from this flame came forth an enormous beast.

Raaooooo!

It let out a terrifying howl.

The Ning Beast!

It was larger and fiercer than ever before.

Pulled along by the Ning Beast, the Rosecloud Domain moved toward the Gigantes Domain. Countless cultivators took to the skies in shuttles, all the while roaring:

“Kill the demons!”

“Save the positive plane!”

“Long live Rosecloud!”

“Long live the Domain Lord!”

As their cries shook the stars, the Immortals took the lead and began to unleash their powers on the Gigantes Domain.

Their Immortal Arts and Divine Connections left long trails in the void as they hurtled through the atmosphere, smashing into the earth in great crimson plumes.

The Void Shuttles then descended, blasting the surface with their cannons. These beams weren’t as powerful as the abilities of Immortals, but there were far more of them, and the barrage blasted away the clouds and sundered the earth.

Finally, as the shuttles breached the Astral Wind region, the weaker cultivators appeared all at once and began to unleash their spirit energy.

Their spell arts and Divine Connections combined into a giant flood that descended on the Gigantes Domain.
