Ace Of Terrans

Chapter 1123: Lang Vs Chun.

Chapter 1123: Lang Vs Chun.

Shi Lang and Chun were embroiled in action, it was all very intense and the people didn’t even have the time to close their eyes. None of them wanted to miss the battle. It had been half an hour, and they haven’t even drawn blood from each other yet. However, nobody complained.

Martial Titans were a tough race to deal with and they were surprised to find that Shi Lang could stand tall against them to such an extent. Never have they expected such a thing from a human. Shi Lang was uncaring towards everyone, all that mattered to him was just the opponent standing before him.

Suddenly, Chun said, “Heaven Cannon.”

His punch landed on Shi Lang’s chest and the impact of the attack caused the Terran to be blown away. Shi Lang was caught off guard but he quickly adjusted his posture and he bounced on the ground for a few times before he collided with the protection barrier with a bam.

The audience gasped and some sighed, thinking that the match came to an end. They saw Shi Lang sliding down from the barrier, but he still managed to land on his feet. His lips had a tint of red, but they were curled up in a smile. He looked down at the armor and said, “Chun, you are the strongest man I have faced in a long while.”

As he said this, his armor began to crack and the pieces fell to the ground. Shi Lang smiled and asked, “Shura Body.”

His body turned golden as Chun appeared before him. The next moment, his fist turned into a phantom as he said, “Shi Lang, you are also the strongest warrior I have face, I will remember you.”

Shi Lang smiled and his eyes turned red as he said, “No, I will be the one remembering you. Shura Domain.”

The sea of blood appeared and Chun turned sluggish. He was surprised by this skill Shi Lang displayed, because it was not a spiritual skill but it was a sea of blood formed by Shi Lang using his blood lust and manifest an intention. This intent of battle and slaughter hindered Chun, and even pushed him back.

The people opened their eyes wide, and Shi Lang said, “Shura Fist, lightning heaven.”

His own fist turned into a phantom and it shot through the void condensing a fist phantom above his arm. The attack hit Chun on the right arm, and the Martial Titan changed his expression for the first time.

The people observed carefully and they saw his arm trembling a little. Shi Lang understood that it was not yet enough. He said, “Lightning Domain.”

Above the sea of blood, clouds with lightning appeared and they attacked Chun. Shi Lang sprayed out the mouthful of blood in his mouth and said, “Shura Blood Clones.”

Then hundreds of clones appeared around Chun. The martial titan realized that none of these things that Shi Lang had done were spiritual arts, they were all a form of blood art. His clones only needed a spark of his intent as well.

Shi Lang clenched his fists and dashed ahead as he said, “Lightning Fist Barrage.”

Following that, the hundreds of clones unleashed their fists at Chun and they didn’t give him a moment to recover. Shi Lang ceased the chance, all the techniques that he had in his arsenal were unloaded without holding back. Chun countered what he could and took out many of the clones.

After a few moments of being overwhelmed, Chun roared and said, “Tyrant Barrage.”

His figure turned into that of a phantom and his attacks began to take out clones one after the other. Shi Lang narrowed his gaze and said, “Holy Shura Body.”

His golden body turned into that of jade, and then he said, “Shura Smashing The Heavens.”

His speed was the same but the intensity of his punches increased. The void began to tremble and the people were mesmerized. Many experts even clenched their fists, they were excited by the exchange of raw prowess between these men.

Shi Lang damaged the nerves and muscle fibers of the Martial Titan with his punch. The wheatish stone-like skin of the Titan was now covered with bruises and blood clots. Shi Lang didn’t hold back, and as he saw his attack working, he invoked the intention to slaughter in his mind.

His hair turned red and the Martial Titan seemed to have froze up in his spot. All the experts in the surroundings opened their eyes wide as they sensed the ferocity displayed by Shi Lang. Someone from a top race said, “To think someone from the human race could cultivate such a strong intention to kill. This is unprecedented.”

The people around him nodded, none of them were fools, they were all among the top experts because they had the foresight to reach that level, none of them denied this comment. Even the Realm Lord looked at Shi Lang with some intent, and his eyes flickering with a mysterious glint.

Amelia mumbled, “Why does it feel like his intent to slaughter has grown even more than the last time I saw it? It is not as wild as it used to be but that degree of increased control is what making it even more scary.”

Shi Tao replied, “When you fell, he sat in the same posture over the spot without even blinking his eyes. He cried tears of blood, and then he avenged you by eradicating the Xuan Family. In that process, he became cold, bitter and stopped pulling his punches. That was when he found enlightenment, and the intention to slaughter became like this.”

Amelia nodded and didn’t say anything. Shi Lang had never told her about this, nor did the others mentioned this. To think this man went through such pain and gained such strength. This was really overwhelming for her.

Shi Lang stood before Chun and he looked completely different from the human he was earlier. On the other side, Chun was covered with blood clots, and Shi Lang said, “I am running out of time. Let’s end this, one blow to decide.”

Chun thought for a bit and nodded and he amused the stance, and Shi Lang raised his hand parallel to the ground and pulled it back to level with his eyes, as he took a deep breath and then said, “Shura Piercing The Reality.”

He merged his spear intent with his fist intent and made a completely new move, and on the other side Chun clenched his fist and said, “Supreme Heaven Canon.”

The two people charged their attacks for a bit and then they dashed forward. Shi Lang had a spear intent so sharp that it was already tearing the void as he ran forward. He left a tear in his wake, but as he reached closer to Chun the intent seemed to have vanished and it was concentrated at the tip of his middle finger.

Chun was also not holding back his fist was trembling, seemingly struggling to keep up with his own power. At this moment, when Shi Lang came close to the man, and they exchanged blows, the collision caused a bright light to erupt. The people were blinded by the sudden brightness, even the realm lord could not discern what was going inside the arena.

After a few minutes, the light dimmed and things returned to normal. The people saw Chun standing frozen with his fist still extended, but there was a hole, that moved through his fist and went through his forehead.

The people could sense that the insides of his brain had been destroyed and so was his soul. Shi Lang stood across him with a shallow wound on his chest. However, as his Holy Shura Body faded, the wound healed.

Shi Lang sighed and raised his head before bowing towards the place where the Realm Lord sat, “Your Excellency, forgive me for being presumptuous, but could you let his predecessors give him a proper funeral.”

He was a supreme but he was bowing to the Realm Lord, because this bow was not for submission, but for honor. He was honoring the warrior who fought him with his outmost.

The man on the high chair looked at Shi Lang and said, “Fine.”

The envoy took care of the warrior who died fighting while the rest of the saints vanished. Shi Lang returned to the stands and took a couple of pills to heal himself. He said, “I hope this ends soon.”

The people nodded, sometimes winning didn’t mean they would be happy or satisfied. Shi Lang sighed and closed his eyes to reset his state of mind. The Terran took a deep breath before he accepted what was going on.

The battles came to an end after a long while and the Realm Lord made an announcement, “The top twenty five have been decided, now, you all can participate in the round robin and aim for a specific rank. It wouldn’t be a death match, nor will your race suffer for losing.”

Shi Lang took the chance and stood up, as he said, “Your Excellency, and experts of the myriad races, if you permit, the human race would like to settle for the last position on the ranking list.”

His request shocked the people, none of them expected such a thing, even his own people didn’t. The realm lord raised his brows and asked, “Why do you wish to settle for a lower rank?”
