Ace Of Terrans

Chapter 1096: Raksha Delivers.

Chapter 1096: Raksha Delivers.

Shi Lang was limping slightly as he walked towards the shivering spear. However, the lightning tribulation was not waiting for him to get a chance to heal as well. The Terran was being fed with his own medicine. He saw three heavenly soldiers appear after a bolt of lightning fell on the ground, and they were accompanied but tigers made out of pure lightning.

The Terran sighed and said, “When will this end?

He had yet to reach the spear when the lightning tigers charged at him with blinding speed. These things were ten meter tall, and there were three of them. Shi Lang may be limping but he was still capable of protecting himself. As soon as the tigers neared him, the Terran used his hand to grab the void in direction of the spear.

However, someone else was faster than him. The tigers had just caught up to Shi Lang when a streak of light cut through them. The tigers were dispersed into fine particles, as if a sparkle shower around him, and a calm voice sounded in the surroundings, “Did you all doubt my resolve?” Read full story at NoveI(F)ire.net

Shi Lang stood up and spotted a gloomy looking sword spirit standing behind him. He smiled feebly and Raksha said, “Heal yourself while I deal with these things. This isn’t over between us yet.”

Raksha turned around and saw the three heavenly soldiers rushing over and waved her hand. She didn’t hold back on her sword intent. Why? She was pissed that Shi Lang trusted the rookie spear spirit over her. She was pissed that he didn’t choose to call upon her. She was pissed that this man dared to doubt her resolve.

In the bunker, Tian Long looked at the scene and he said, “Lang will suffer later on.”

The people nodded and Hao Mei asked, “Is the spirit of a weapon not a part of the cultivators strength? Is Raksha’s status not below Baba?”

Tong Bai looked at her and said, “My dear, when your weapon spirit reaches the level similar to Raksha, the status of both the cultivator and the weapon becomes equal. They are both so strong that without a proper medium and coordination they cannot exert their best without either of them being missing. This is why, it is no longer about status, but connection. Shi Lang didn’t choose her to be the first to fight the tribulation, and this is why she held back earlier, and now she is angry.”

Shi Lang took half a dozen pills and healed himself in a blink, and then he spotted five heavenly soldiers and five tigers standing before him. Raksha changed back to her sword form and he grabbed the hilt, but he was gentle with his hold. The sword spirit asked, “Are you scared now, Terran?”

Shi Lang chuckled, “Scared of them? No. Scared of getting misunderstood by you? Yes.”

As he said this, he began to run at the enemy before him. The sword spirit asked, “What is the misunderstanding?”

Shi Lang waved the sword and said, “Four Season Sword.”

He danced among the tigers and as soon as the beast grew near him, they were taken out. The heavenly soldiers didn’t hold back from attacking in tandem with the tigers this time. However, Shi Lang was not falling behind either. He was different from before. As soon as he held Raksha in his hand, his battle prowess improved by ten times.

Shi Lang fought without any restraints, and he was able to slip away from the attacks of the enemy. The lightning that they lashed at him was being redirected by Raksha so it could not leave damage on him. Raksha was using this chance to temper herself, and this eighth lightning bolt was used to remove all and any impurities in her body.

The blade of the sword was shining red from all the heat Raksha stored inside her. However, after five minutes of battle and leaving ravines all over the place, the five soldiers and five tigers were destroyed.

Shi Lang stood on the ground, with his long hair scattered all over his face, and his shoulders slumped as he held the fiery blade in his hand. His spirit energy was exhausted and suddenly when he was about to absorb some of it from the surroundings he realized that there was none of it. He frowned and closed his eyes to sense the situation, only to find that there was no spiritual energy but only the fluctuations from Dao Laws.

He frowned and then he saw a red bolt of lightning flash through the void as a humanoid figure appeared before him. The figure was two meters tall, just like him, however, it held one spear and one sword in its hand. Shi Lang frowned and Raksha said, “This thing has the Dao of Destruction spilling from it.”

Shi Lang observed and found that it was true, the ground under the feet of this heavenly soldier was being destroyed slowly. Shi Lang looked at the heavenly soldier and he said, “Seems like it is a contest between wills.”

Raksha smiled and chuckled, “The battle of fate.”

Shi Lang grabbed the void and the spear from behind him appeared in his hand. Then his hair turned red, and his weapons emitted a gloomy red hue in the surroundings. Shi Lang mumbled, “Holy Shura Body.”

Then he vanished from his spot and appeared directly before the the heavenly solider and the battle began. Everything between the two was evenly matched. Shi Lang didn’t hold back, he was fighting with the strongest thought of destroying the heavenly soldier. Yes, he was not thinking about duking it out and just hold back, but he was thinking about countering the will of heavens.

The bunker was silent as they recorded the footage from all the possible angles. Suddenly Amelia said, “Is it just me or this is really happening?”

Commander Silence sighed and said, “Really happening.”

Everyone gulped, and Tian Long said, “Inform all the shelter heads to use their spiritual energy to condense a barrier inside the walls. Although these tremors are strong, they might damage the walls slightly but they will not harm..”

Fairy Moon Jade said, “Honey, can you stop jinxing it?”

Tian Long stopped and the lady said, “Deploy a spiritual barrier just in case.”

The instruction was followed by everyone.

Unaware of all this Shi Lang duked it out with the ninth bolt for seven minutes, not only that, he was covered in wounds and his spear appeared so fragile as if it would break. Finally, just when the spear was about to shatter, Shi Lang pulled back half a step and attacked with his sword.

Raksha collided with the spear of the heavenly soldier. Then she let out the last shred of sword intent she could muster, and Shi Lang used all his enlightened skills for this. The attack caused the heavenly soldier to retreat and then Shi Lang lunged forward to stab through the soldier and the Terran twisted the weapon.

Boom!

With a huge explosion the heavenly soldier disappeared, and Shi Lang could be seen on the side, coughing up blood. The clouds thundered, and just when everyone thought it was going to send one more lighting bolt, the clouds parted but Shi Lang had a sword coming out of his back and this sword wasn’t his.
