Shi Lang had given the guilty people sufficient time to step forward and choose atonement. However, not many knew how horrifying he would be after the legislation passed. He didn’t even bother giving the kill order behind the doors. The Ace Division was formed by his former team, they might have failed ascension but they trained generations of soldiers who had nothing apart from the benefit of the federation in their minds.

With the highest degree kill order on their hands, the fifty one operators were deployed. They had their own small teams and their own contacts to deal with these situations and accomplish the missions. They had the information that could only be found when they had penetrated deep in the cover.

Shi Lang had asked them if they were to go public with this information and make a stand, would they be able to handle the tasks. To this question all the operatives have collectively said that they would, as they already had set up various plans to deal with them.

The media shifted their focus, they began covering all the situations that occurred in various sectors of the federation. What shocked them was the fact that Shi Lang paid it no attention. In the days that followed, many massacres surfaced in the news of the Federation.

Shi Lang kept sitting on the podium with his eyes closed and a Guqin resting in his lap. He kept strumming the strings and played the music. The ripples in the void were creating a lot of gloom, and the spirit infected many people. They all saw the visions from the time when the Federation was glorious and the people were working hard. The people took a deep breath and by the end of the week they broke down.

At the dawn of the eighth day, the music lingering in the air stopped. Shi Lang opened his eyes and stood up from the ground, as he looked around and broke the illusion spell he cast on the students. They had been standing on the ground for seven days, and even when they woke up from the illusion, they were still.

Yu Xeidi whispered, “Baba, did you break them?”

Shi Lang chuckled and replied, “No. Wait.”

Xiao Meng came over to his side and looked at the people with great scrutiny, before she said, “Hmm, Big Sis, they seemed to be caught in the mind demon.”

The Terran looked at the people, and said, “You have been through many deaths and situations inside the illusion, but you have grown. Close your eyes and sense the strength that is running inside your body.”

The students followed his commands instinctively, and after a few minutes, the air inside the stadium changed. Shi Lang said, “Go home, and reflect upon what you have become. You have three days to rest.”

The students saluted him and then roared, “Sir, Yes, Sir!”

They all turned around and walked out in an orderly manner. At this moment, the agents of the Ace Division came back. Shi Lang asked, “Status Report!”

Four people stepped forward and they saluted Shi Lang and one of the leading officers was Spade Seven. She took a deep breath and said, “General, we have completed three thousand tasks in seven days, and we killed Four thousand people who were responsible for supporting the spine of the corruption.”

Shi Lang nodded and then he looked at the man next to Spade Seven and replied, “General, I am Club One, my team managed to complete seven hundred tasks and took out nine hundred logistic drivers for the corrupt network.”

The reports kept coming, these people have been working on a high speed, they completed most of the tasks with remote executions. They were quick and clean, the scary part they had used multiple levels and methods to take down most of the people in their sleep.

Shi Lang commended them and said, “Share the information to the people. Bring the military officers who pleaded guilty and give them thirty lashes each.”

The people were shocked and Amelia said, “Military is the first and the last line of defense and attack. No chinks will be tolerated.”

At this moment the people realized what it was. This was not an act of going back on their words, but it was simply about setting the disciplinary tone. It was to show the people that even if you were the part of the military, you were not above the laws.

The division commanders saluted Shi Lang and the Terran said, “C3PO, go and handle the recruitment and promotions of the new rank officers. Only merit and psychology will be taken into account.”

C3PO has been restored by Yu Xeidi, she was also a refining expert and in the past week, she had transformed the spiritual puppet into an artifact. Shi Lang left his own clone in a hidden place to make it so that the clone could act like a deterrent. At his level, even his weakest clone could lay waste to the elite of the galaxy.

Several days passed, and Shi Lang sensed Amelia’s soul connection with her body growing stable, and had it not been for the suppression of the realm, she would have broken through to a higher level. Shi Lang told her that the moment this seal on them vanished, she would breakthrough to a higher level in an instant.

The person across him had an appearance like that of an humanoid warthog. He snorted and said, “Can you tell me what is going on? Who are you? This alliance was done between the two nations, and you came here with the status of an ambassador.”

Shi Lang sighed and leaned back as he replied, “Are you the King?”

The man shook his head and said, “I am the Prime Minister.”

The Terran nodded and said, “Then the King can certainly replace you.”

The warthog was enraged and Shi Lang waved his hand. The next moment the warthog humanoid exploded in blood mist. The other person sitting next to him was shocked, he had no idea how to react. The guards were shocked, they quickly moved with weapons and aimed at him.

Shi Lang rolled his eyes and Amelia snorted, and the spiritual pressure on her body caused the people to kneel. Shi Lang looked at the man across him, who was covered with the blood of his partner and said, “Tell your King that the alliance is off.”

That was his flex from when he handed the Zergs. The man nodded and said, “I will convey the message to the King with outmost urgency and priority.”

Shi Lang snorted and opened a void portal in the surroundings to leave with Amelia. The Terran had carved a bloody path that was to become his glory song.
