Chapter 2005 2005: Cap 1999 (Rewritten): I hate you!!
Pov Ayden:
That surprises me, I didn’t expect that thing to be able to assimilate such a large area so quickly. The sensations I felt were similar to the assimilation rate of the Abyss Generals.
“Andryus, be prepared, there are only two more battles left. Your enemies may not be worse than that thing.” (me)
“Professor, I’m the only one who isn’t an Avatar.” (Andryus)
“I know, but there’s no need to look for yourself.” (me)
I pull a coin into my hand, while I hear Igor start to speak and the two boxes containing the identities of the next participants to go to the arena rotate to be chosen.
“When your turn comes, you need to put this coin in your mouth.” (me)
“Can I break the seal!?” (Andryus)
“Yes, you should be able to control or at least direct your aggression.” (Me)
Two faces suddenly appear on the screen, and I see Andryus’s aura rising like flames through a forest. His eyes were bright red with pure fury. I touch his neck, squeezing just enough to immobilize him.
“[ Urak X Andryus ]”
“(So one of them is still alive…)” (Me)
“[Now let’s go to the random arena selection!]” (Igor)
“[Begin!]” (Igor)
I can’t understand why Zenos would leave one of the Ascended Leaders alive, and she seems to be serving as his subordinate?
For Andryus, who was one of the experiments among the Ascended, she is a symbol of elimination. That’s exactly what made me seal his power in the past—the lack of control caused by his unstable emotions.
Ding!
“[ Underground World ]”
“Kill kill kill kill kill KILL KILL KILL KILL KILL!!!!” (Andryus)
“Damn it!” (me)
“Don’t let yourself…” (me)
Before I could say anything, he disappears, his Aura only growing more unstable while igniting the will to fight that I used to fill the void in his Soul.
“What are you thinking…?” (me)
“(I already warned you, don’t underestimate a Chaos Entity, trying to anticipate what they will do is a recipe for failure.)” (War)
“…” (me)
War was more talkative than usual, he seemed to be almost teaching me as he did in the past, I can’t understand what he seeks to achieve.

Pov Urak:
I was finally being called, my opponent looked like a young man from the image, but that was irrelevant to me, only victory is something I must obtain.
“(This will be my first flap of wings…)” (me)
In my mind, the few memories I have of him outside of an experiment table flash by: his serious face when speaking to me, the way he taught me and talked to me, the way he smiled when I called him by name.
I couldn’t let this opportunity to than just excellence slip away, even if I fall, it will be after my opponent.
“Urak, take this!” (Zenos)
“What is…?” (me)
Before I could ask anything, the world around me disappeared, as did those around me, but in my hands there was still something, that which Zenos threw to me before disappearing. I immediately recognized it as the same weapon he gave to the thing called Hinata.
I was more than surprised as soon as I realized what it was; I could feel a synergy with the Book of Celestial Laws that I carry.
“Where am I?” (me)
I immediately paid attention to my surroundings; it was a vast space, but it was distorted. The ground was uneven, with various types of stones forming the surface. Walls of crystals of all colors were scattered, serving as the only sources of light. Even high above was a dome of rocks decorated with crystals as if they were stars. I could even see a waterfall of magma cascading a little distance away.
But my distraction with the environment was less due to its appearance and more to the lack of power of the Laws in the surroundings. Now that I possess the power of Celestial Law, the way I perceive the Ascending Laws is very different; I see them as something rudimentary and fragile.
Suddenly, I felt a cold, bloodthirsty presence running towards me. I saw someone running towards me from afar, emanating a murderous intent that I recognized very well, as well as the way they were looking at me—something repugnant.
“(I don’t remember doing anything against those associated with the war…)” (me)
“[I’m starting the third match!]” (Igor)
“[On one side we have the Guardian of Celestial Law, Urak!]” (Igor)
“[On the other side we have Ayden’s Disciple, Andryus!]” (Igor)
“[The battle begins!!!]” (Igor)
As soon as Igor’s words passed, our swords clashed. His sword was heavy and its power was raw, yet it didn’t seem like a danger to me.
Using the weapon in my hands, I bent the blade of his sword, letting it slip to the side. Then I used my wing to cut his head off, but the wing was stopped by his aura, which healed around him like a red blade.
“< Celestial Decree: Punishment of Celestial Light >” (me)
“< 9th Method of the Eternal Sword: Fragmented Cut >” (Andryus)
I followed up with a spin followed by a kick, sending him flying backward while swinging my wings, from which a rain of energy rays fell towards him at great speed.
But he didn’t retreat or try to defend; he simply advanced towards me, dodging the worst blows as he moved recklessly.
He swung his sword towards me while his Aura wrapped around the sword, creating a larger version of it that shattered during the strike, releasing millions of pieces precisely to stop the blows that would have hit him.
He reached me very quickly, his eyes red, and as he put a coin in his mouth, an explosion of Aura followed, while the very air became sharp.
“< Incarnation of Massacre: 5st Form Released >” (Andryus)
“< Celestial Decree: Guardian’s Talisman >” (me)
Suddenly I sensed danger. Using the technique I learned from Urd, I created a talisman that created an even larger home of wings behind me, closing to protect my entire body while thousands of small red blades rushed towards me.
“DIE!!!!” (Andryus)
Just when I thought the attacks had stopped, he emerged from above, his body now painted red while his hair turned white, wings like blades sprouting from his back and descending towards me.
His attacks broke through my defenses, and his sword pierced my shoulder. I knew that retreating would only give him another opening to exploit, so I advanced, trapping his sword in my shoulder while my hands glowed.
“< Celestial Decree: Prison of the Regent >” (me)
I use my hand as a blade to cut his neck, but just as I imagined, he dropped the sword and grabbed my hand, but this only makes all the Celestial Law Runes I created course through his body.
Dozens of stakes appear around him, trapping his limbs in strange positions, preventing movement, then gravity increases around him, making it even more difficult to move.
“I don’t know what I did to you, but be quiet, the fight is over.” (me)
“I HATE YOU!!!!” (Andryus)
“< Incarnation of Massacre: 1st Form Released >” (Andryus)
“Damn it!” (me)
“(How do you use this sword!!!???)” (me)
“< Celestial Decree: Talisman of Condemnation >” (me)
When I thought I had finished sealing his body, suddenly his skin cracked, small blades similar to scales appeared on his body, his fingers stretched out along with his Aura concentrating in his arms forming blades of condensed Aura, his own eyes became glazed in a maniacal way as he looked more and more like a beast that was already breaking free from the seal I had prepared.
I create a talisman and attach it to the sword, ignoring the dagger at the other end. The sword glows, absorbing the talisman, while the dagger I ignored warps before reassembling, further increasing the sword’s blade, which now envelops the Runes of Condemnation.
Almost at the same moment I finished, he was already running towards me again, his speed much greater and his savage attacks leaving no room to maneuver.
Our battle seemed to last an eternity as we exchanged blows. He wasn’t afraid to hurt himself, always making me pay the price as I constantly advanced without retreating in any confrontation.
The wounds accumulated more and more on our bodies, him becoming a much more pitiful state than me, even his eyes were destroyed when I cut them with the sword, which seemed to have little effect, just like all the other wounds. He didn’t stop attacking for anything.
Before I could realize it, my vision went dark as my sword pierced his heart, and I fell on top of him. Only then did I realize how tired I was.
“(Astro…)” (me)
The image of my son was the last thing that appeared in my mind when I passed out, but I could still feel something holding my body afterward.
——————-
I suddenly opened my eyes, looking around I realized I was lying on a smooth stone. My clothes were new, and I felt a different kind of Law power coursing through my body; it was completely strange to me, giving me an unsettling feeling.
“Finally awake, good.” (Zenos)
“What happened to the battle!?” (me)
“A draw. You pierced his heart and sealed it with the sword stuck in the ground at the same time you lost consciousness.” (Me)
“So I didn’t lose…” (Me)
Sigh
Relief washes over me before I lean back against the rock, feeling my body lighter from the relief of the truth about the battle.
