Transmigrated Villianess: I am the mistress to three Beasts Lords

Chapter 53: EQUIPMENT HALL

Chapter 53: EQUIPMENT HALL

VIVIAN

Herbert folded his arms as he watched Vivian stare at the Mechas.

"I’m telling you the truth," he said. "You’re too weak to control Mecha Machine. Even the lowest mecha is for an A class like me. Never any B rank can control it. Then a Zero class will have to die once in.."

Vivian glanced at him. "Okay."

Then she turned around and walked away with Serial.

Herbert stood there, stunned.

She actually listened?

He wasn’t sure whether to feel relieved or insulted.

The two soon arrived at the equipment hall.

Rows of weapons were displayed inside transparent energy cases. Students moved from one station to another, testing weapons they would use during the three-month mission.

"Vivian Valen!"

An attendant called her name.

Vivian walked over. "Your assigned weapon is ready."

The attendant opened an energy case and brought out a large futuristic firearm.

It resembled a heavy military rifle, but its barrel was surrounded by glowing blue rings.

"This is a Pulse Cannon," the attendant explained. "It fires compressed spiritual-energy projectiles. It doesn’t rely entirely on ammunition. The cannon converts the user’s spiritual energy into high-impact blue pulses. The energy bullet will be given to you later."

She handed it to Vivian.

"It’s powerful enough to send an opponent several meters backward with a single shot. Since you don’t have spiritual energy. Your strength can control it."

Vivian held it. Her eyes widened. But she was confused about whatever the attendant explained. To her. "It looks cool."

Herbert walked over. "Can you even control that? With that zero class strength?"

The attendant immediately answered. "It was specifically selected for her by Instructor Vincent Hale."

Serial frowned. "Why would Instructor Vincent give her this?" He looked at the cannon. "This is a high-output weapon. The recoil alone requires considerable physical strength and control."

He looked at Vivian.

Then Herbert "Are you sure she can handle it? What if it backfires and kills her?" He belly-laughed. And covered his mouth.

Vivian looked down at the weapon.

Then pressed the activation button.

Bzzzzzt!

The blue rings around the barrel began spinning.

Vivian lifted it casually. "It feels light."

Herbert scoffed. "Don’t pretend....."

Vivian suddenly turned. The cannon was aimed directly at him.

Herbert’s eyes widened.

"Wait..."

BOOOOM!

A bright blue pulse exploded from the cannon.

WHOOSH! Herbert was blasted backward. "AAAAAH!"

He screamed and flew across the hall.

Fortunately, another attendant reacted instantly and caught him with a defensive energy barrier before he slammed into the wall.

Herbert landed safely.

But his face was furious. "You brat!"

He pointed at Vivian. "Do you want to kill me?!"

Vivian lowered the cannon with an evil smirk. "It is light..seems I can control it."

Herbert’s face twisted with anger. "I’ll report you to the Enforcement Division! You Zero-Class wench! You must have used some underhanded trick to control that weapon!"

Vivian stared at him. Then burst out laughing. "Is he dumb?"

Herbert nearly exploded.

The attendant immediately raised her hand. "Recruit! Do not attempt that again!" Her voice was stern. "That was your final warning."

Vivian immediately bowed. "I’m sorry. My bad."

Inside her consciousness, Beeny crossed her tiny arms. "I knew you had an evil plan in your head!"

She looked worried. "What if you killed him? You would get expelled!"

Vivian rolled her eyes. "Do you think I’m stupid?"

She glanced at the attendants standing around the testing area. "Those attendants are here to protect students if a weapon malfunctions or someone loses control."

She smirked. "The moment I aimed at Herbert, that attendant immediately moved to catch him."

Beeny blinked. "So you knew?"

"Of course."

Vivian smiled. "I wasn’t going to kill him. I am extra careful when doing bad things."

Serial couldn’t help smiling. "My lady, you’re very amazing."

Vivian proudly lifted her chin. "Of course I am."

After testing the cannon, Vivian moved to the next equipment station.

Something purple immediately caught her attention.

It was a pair of beautiful military boots.

The boots were sleek and elegant, decorated with tiny rhinestones that sparkled beneath the lights.

Vivian picked one up. "I already have military boots. What’s this?"

The attendant smiled. "They were specially added to your equipment by your father, Darius Valen."

Vivian’s expression softened. "Second Father?"

She looked at the boots curiously. "What’s their use?"

"Put them on."

Vivian did. The boots automatically adjusted themselves to fit her feet perfectly.

The attendant pressed a button on the control panel.

Vivian’s feet suddenly lifted off the ground. "AH!"

She shot upward. "WAAAAAH....!!..!"

The boots carried her through the air.

Vivian’s eyes widened. She quickly realized how to control them.

She leaned forward, the boots accelerated. She leaned backward. They slowed.

Vivian began flying around the hall.

"This is amazing!! I love this futuristic world!!"

Students stopped what they were doing and looked up. "Whoa!"

"Those boots can fly?"

"That is so cute!"

"I want one!"

"Attendant! I want it!"

"Me too!"

Vivian flew higher. She spun around in the air.

This is so much fun!! I don’t want to leave Haxia!!

And, naturally, she began showing off. She flew past the students with a smug smile.

"Look at me! Do any of you have this?" she smirked deviously. "hmm...I guess none."

Herbert watched from below.

His face darkened.

It’s not like only you can afford something like that.

The attendant shook her head. "Those boots were specially purchased for Vivian Valen. Not for others."

Suddenly, a group of students approached.

At the front was a blue-haired girl surrounded by several companions. She had alien ears and her feet were large.

She pointed toward Vivian. "I want those boots."

The attendant shook her head. "They’re not for sale."

"I’ll pay any amount."

"They were purchased specifically for Vivian."

The girl frowned. "I want the ones that girl is wearing."

The attendant sighed. "You’ll have to ask her yourself."

The girl looked up at Vivian. "Then I’ll ask her."

But before she could say anything else....

BEEP!

The energy indicator on Vivian’s boots suddenly flashed red.

ENERGY: LOW

Vivian’s eyes widened.

"Huh?"

The boots stopped."Wait...!..!"

WHOOSH!Vivian dropped from the air.

"AHHH!"

Serial immediately rushed forward. He caught her before she hit the ground.

"Vivian!"

"I’m fine!"

Serial carefully helped her stand. Then he crouched down and removed the boots from her feet.

Vivian stared at him.

He’s always paying attention to me.

She smiled.

Sometimes I wonder if this baby bear has a motive. Why is he so cute and caring.?

Serial stood back up. Vivian looked at the beautiful boots in his hands.

Well... whatever his motive is, he’s useful.

The blue-haired girl approached. "I want those boots."

Vivian ignored her. The girl’s expression darkened. "I’m talking to you!"

Vivian still didn’t respond. The girl’s eyes flashed icy blue.

An ice arrow shot toward Vivian. The attendant instantly intercepted it.

Vivian stared at the girl. "What kind of recruit attacks someone before talking to them?"

The girl’s expression became even angrier.

Vivian clenched her fist.

Do you think I’m the old Vivian who hid her face whenever someone powerful appeared?

She stepped forward. But the attendant immediately moved between them.

"Enough!"

The blue-haired girl crossed her arms. "Do you know who I am?"

She lifted her chin proudly. "I’m an S-Class Ice Ability user and the daughter of a royal princess!"

She pointed at herself. "My family is a direct descendant of the Federick Family!"

Vivian sighed.

Another Federick?

She rubbed her forehead. "It’s not like I haven’t offended one of them before."

She looked around. "Is it the Federick Family that built this school?"

She shook her head. "Why are they everywhere like flies?"

The surrounding students went silent.

The blue-haired girl’s face turned red. "Now that you know my background, tell her to give me those boots!"

She pointed at Vivian. "I’m not buying them anymore."

Her voice became more arrogant. "A Zero-Class like her doesn’t deserve something like that."

Serial immediately stepped in front of Vivian. "Don’t talk to her like that."

The girl glared at him. "I know why you’re protecting her."

She sneered. "You’re the Federick family member’s fiance that got thrown out yesterday, aren’t you?"

Serial’s expression changed. "i have nothing to do with your family anymore."

He stood firmly between them. "If you have a problem, come at me. Vivian is innocent."

The girl’s face twisted with anger.

She folded her arms.

"A useless male like you has the guts to talk back to me?"

Vivian couldn’t hold it again..Vivian’s hand struck her across the mouth.

The girl froze. Her companions froze.

Serial froze. Everyone froze. They never expected Vivian to hit another Federico member.

Even Herbert looked stunned. Vivian shook her hand. "She was getting so annoying. Even her voice sounds annoying.."

The girl covered her cheek. "You.....!"

She prepared to attack. But the attendants immediately separated them.

"Stop!"

The attendant stepped forward. "These boots are not for sale."

The girl glared at her. "Why not?!"

The attendant activated the information panel. "These are a new energy product developed by the Valen family."

A holographic price appeared.

PRE-RELEASE MARKET VALUE

20 BILLION HIGH SPIRIT STONES

+ 6 PINK PEARLS

Vivian’s eyes almost popped out. "Twenty billion?!"

She nearly fainted. Then she remembered something.

Pink pearls? Her eyes widened.

Wait...

She remembered the storage ring she had taken from Nerion.

She had several pink pearls inside.

Her smile slowly returned.

So those things are actually expensive? I thought they were just trendy pearls!!

She remembered the Lotus happily consuming some of them.

My Lotus almost ate a fortune!

The blue-haired girl was furious.

She pointed at Vivian. "You! Wait for me!! My family will deal with you!!"

Vivian looked at her. The girl stormed away while holding her cheek. "You talked all day, but you still can’t afford it! Broke Brat!!"

Several students around them burst out laughing.

Herbert suddenly looked down at his communicator.

His expression changed. He looked at Vivian.

"Vivian."

She turned. "Your Second Father is calling."

Vivian’s smile disappeared. "Uncle Valen?"
