The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 2234: The Inner Universe of a Half-Step Alpha-Omega Overgod

Chapter 2234: The Inner Universe of a Half-Step Alpha-Omega Overgod

The star continued to grow—larger, denser, and more terrifying by the hour. Its mass became so immense that any lesser Inner Universe would have already collapsed under the pressure.

Yet Cain did not stop. He kept melting treasures into it, each priceless artifact dissolving into streams of refined essence that expanded the star’s size and deepened its radiance.

For days, he maintained the process, never allowing the momentum to falter. By the end of the first week, the star had ballooned so drastically that it occupied more than ten percent of the entire Inner Universe. And still it continued rising.

Two weeks passed, then a third. Only at the end of the third week did the star finally reach its absolute limit—swallowing nearly one-third of the entire Inner Universe.

Its mass and gravitational pressure were so overwhelming that the very matrix of the Inner Universe trembled, struggling to withstand the impossible burden.

Had this been the Evolution Core of any other Prima Deity, the Inner Universe would have already detonated, tearing the cultivator apart or crippling them beyond recovery.

Even Cain felt as though he were carrying an entire world inside his lower abdomen. His body strained, bones quivering under the invisible weight as the pressure sought to compress everything into dust.

But Cain was a dual cultivator with vitality beyond reason, and his reinforced body endured without breaking. Even the strain could not distract him.

He took one final, steady breath and advanced to the next step.

Cain focused on the colossal star drifting at the center of his Inner Universe. He began concentrating as much gravity and energy as possible into its core, compressing its heart into a singular point.

"RUMBLE!"

The Inner Universe shook violently. Pressure cascaded outward in waves, rattling the walls of the physical chamber in the Scarlet Crown. But Cain ignored the disturbance and kept increasing gravity, forcing more and more energy into the core. The balance grew increasingly unstable. Mass accumulated. Pressure intensified. The limits of stability snapped.

And then...

"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!"

A cataclysmic supernova detonated inside Cain’s Inner Universe. The explosion was apocalyptic, a burst of annihilating force that should have torn the star apart entirely.

But this was no ordinary star.

Cain’s creation was so overwhelmingly massive that even its own supernova failed to destroy it. The explosion stripped away outer layers, ripping space in fractal fissures, but the celestial giant did not die.

The star survived its own death!

And at the heart of the star, a black hole formed.

Slowly, the tremors stabilized. From within the newborn Black Hole Star, something stirred—something unique. It was the merger of Cain’s soul force, his will, and the concentrated explosion of a supernova.

For Cain, the sensation was indescribable: as if a second mind had awakened inside him, vast and ancient, its body not flesh but cosmos.

His soul and ego had forged a Universe Will.

A moment later, the power of the Black Hole Star surged outward, expanding through the entire Inner Universe. It refined the cosmic matrix, saturating every law, particle, and strand of energy with purities that normally could not exist outside the beginning of creation.

"RUMBLE!"

The Inner Universe trembled once again, but not from instability.

This time, it was growing.

Light and darkness stretched outward. Space expanded. The inner cosmos ballooned in every direction as its radiance infused every cell of Cain’s physical body. The energy density rose exponentially, weaving profound laws through muscle, bone, and soul.

At the center, the Black Hole Star began revolving. A torrent of power erupted from it—so immense that it reached out through the boundaries of the Everstrife Empyrean World itself. It latched onto stray cosmic energies wandering the realm and devoured them like a ravenous beast.

Within the Scarlet Crown, everybody saw it: colossal streams of energy converging into Cain’s chamber in a relentless flood. The sheer density was so overwhelming that any normal ArchDeity would have collapsed under it in minutes. Yet hour after hour passed, and the torrent only intensified.

Cain drew every drop of that energy into the black hole at the core of his star. The singularity drank it all, expanding its event horizon and enlarging the star around it. The star’s radiation, in turn, nourished the Inner Universe, accelerating its evolution at a pace no natural cultivator could ever hope to achieve.

A normal ArchDeity would require months—if not years—to stabilize their universe after the birth of their Universe Singularity and the awakening of their Universe Will. But Cain, following the Cosmic Anvil Scripture, achieved full stability in only five days.

His cultivation settled naturally at the Early ArchDeity Rank.

He exhaled long and slow. A wave of accomplishment washed through his body and soul—the culmination of countless battles, sacrifices, and impossible breakthroughs. When he examined his Inner Universe again, his lips curved in pride.

"It’s already as powerful as the Inner Universe of a Half-Step Alpha-Omega Overgod." Cain clenched his fists. Excitement burned through his veins, wild and unrestrained.

When he had first arrived in the Everstrife Empyrean World, ArchDeities were mythical figures, beings of unfathomable might whose existence he barely understood. Yet now, before reaching his three-hundredth birthday, he had become one—and possessed what was likely the strongest Inner Universe in the entire history of the Everstrife Empyrean World.

At any other time, he would have celebrated. He would have visited his friends and family, savoring the peace that came with advancement, perhaps even indulging in brief moments of rest. But he no longer had such luxuries.

The enemy stood at the gates.

Even his newly ascended Inner Universe was not enough to grant him confidence. The pressure projected by Radagon and the Heart of the Root remained overwhelming—so suffocating that only constant growth could keep his mind from buckling beneath it.

He inhaled deeply as he concentrated in his heart. "Now... it is time for my Rebirth Heart to take its next step."

A solemn expression appeared on Cain’s face as he spoke the words aloud. Creating a Black Hole Star had been dangerous, yes—but evolving the Rebirth Heart was far more perilous. It was a step he dared attempt only because he had already advanced his Essence Evolution Path of Power.

What came next would push even him to his limits.
