Chapter 1674: She Who Burns
Chapter 1674: She Who Burns
Yuwaku rushed in and grabbed Ignis, pulling her back before she could keep blasting fire at Tiamat’s face. It was clear that Tiamat wasn’t even trying to defend herself; she sat there like a dead fish and took the flames. As expected, she wasn’t even scratched.
And while that happened, Asmodeus dealt with the monsters Ignis brought with her. From what the Queen of Hell found, Ignis had burned those monsters and forced them to follow her into battle. A typical thing for dragons to do.
Usually, it would take a dragon a few months to dominate some monsters and command, but it seems that Ignis found a quick way by threatening them with her searing flames.
Since they didn’t want to be here either, Asmodeus started grabbing them one after the other and threw them back into the mortal world through the gate that Sofia opened.
She was the warden of hell, a jail, and so any living being besides sinners and devils wasn’t allowed here. Even if they were monsters, she wouldn’t let them suffer here for no reason.
So, as the monsters got flung back into the mortal world, Yuwaku was trying her best to stop Ignis.
“Ignis! Wait, the devils are dead. That’s Tiamat.” Yuwaku pulled Ignis back and closed her mouth. “Put your flames down. Look, it’s not even working.”
Fire burst from between Ignis’s sharp opal fangs, and then a burst of black smoke rushed out, followed by a loud burst.
Ignis took a second to calm down, and then she looked around. Seeing the witch she jumped on earlier stands up, then a titanic and multi-headed drakaina towering over the skies moved above, beside her, a black jaguar that was just as massive. She didn’t even notice the two Queens of hell or Beelzebub.
Sofia laughed as she patted her witch outfit clean. “It’s always the reds. Hot-blooded and rash.” She pointed with one finger at Ignis. “How about I give you a small gift?”
A flash of crimson light burst from her finger and washed over Ignis, blasting her away in a beam of pure fire. She rolled on the ground, and the flames around her turned blue, then purple, then pure white as they seeped beneath her scales.
When she stopped rolling, the flames around her had bloomed into a massive white rose surrounded by green leaves and flying bugs, all of which were projections of pure flame.
“Wait!” Yuwaku cried, but before she could panic even further, Tiamat threw a set of clothes at her. “They should fit her well. They belong to Sena from when she was but a little girl.”
It was a red dress with a large puffy skirt, golden frills, a hat, leggings, and everything else, all made of a strange and smooth fabric and decorated a bit too much with frills and flowers.
It looked like something a doll would wear.
When Yuwaku looked at Ignis, she found her having turned into a humanoid form. She looked around Agnar’s age, well built, and had two thick eyebrows and fiery red hair; her eyes, on the other hand, were dark blue, burning with an incandescent white flame.
She only remained awake for a second before her eyes were closed shut and her whole body burst into red flames.
She fell unconscious, engulfed by fire and the strange flame flowers Tiamat’s magic made. All energy had drained from her body, and she was forced into a slumber.
“I gave her a humanoid form and packed the knowledge of human speech into her brain, but the latter knocked her out. She’ll be awake in a couple of minutes.” Sofia approached them with a smile. “That will also help her calm a bit.”
With a single flick, Tiamat put all of the flames away so Yuwaku could dress Ignis. “Careful, she’s piping hot. Treat her as a lump of melted steel.”
“I’m resistant enough.” Yuwaku hurried to dress her, and Tiamat looked back at Selena with a smile. “How is he? Still asleep?”
Selena looked at Agnar. “He’s dead tired-nya. It’ll be an hour or two before he wakes up-nya.” She looked up, “We’ll leave this place to you-nya. And Beelzebub, find that one and put him aside for me-nya.”
Beelzebub looked at Selena, “I already caught him. My slugs have him.” She then disappeared in a splash of blue goo and acid.

Several hours later, Ignis finally came back to her senses and cried, jumping to her feet. “Wait!” Her heart was racing, her eyes flashed with a blue flare, and her aura ran rampant for a second, causing the room she was in to start heating.
Looking around, she found herself standing on a soft bed, gazing at a confused maid, who was sweating profusely from the heat.
Gray and cold stone walls, fancy wooden furniture, a tray of food, and a glowing chandelier of light crystals. This room was inside Gojo’s castle. She could even catch a whiff of his smell around. As a wyrmling, she immediately knew that she was in the lair of a much older and powerful dragon.
It was then that she realized something. Her field of view was a bit strange, and she seemed to be bigger than usual… no, she wasn’t bigger, just taller.
Ignis looked at her hands and screamed once more. “Whose hands are those?!” Her hands were small, soft, pale, and tiny.
“Calm your scales down. That’s your humanoid form.” A voice came from the side, and when she looked, a witch was sitting there, staring at her with glowing red eyes and a halo of dark magic. She was the same woman she bit in hell.
She wasn’t even sitting in a chair, but on the back of a maid. A maid whom Ignis could now recognize as a white drakaina, and a wyrm at that.
The witch noticed Ignis’s gaze and smacked the maid on the head. “You set the forest ablaze, which was at the edge of her territory. She came to check, and I caught her.”
She looked at the maid with a grin. “Would you come to see? A cleric of mine was just waiting outside to serve me. She’s a bit weak, but that’s fine.”
The maid didn’t speak, so Tiamat kept speaking. “That one over there is a human. She works at this castle.” She then pointed at Ignis with one finger and smiled.
“Chromatic dragons never get a human form by default unless I allow them. Simply because they caused so much trouble mimicking as humanoids.” The witch giggled, then glared at Ignis with a malevolent grin. “You’re the first dragon to dare attack me in nine hundred years, so I’ll let you have it as a gift.”
Ignis looked at herself for a moment, then paled. “Wait! You’re… You’re…”
“I’m Tiamat, one of the two. Call me Sofia. I’m the one the world knows as Tiamat, the Purgatory Witch, the Mother of All Evil Dragon, the Multi-headed chaos, the Voracious Queen of Dragons, the Sadistic Lady, and She Who Burns.” She leaned back. “All of those are just titles, though. The Purgatory witch was my predecessor, the true Mother of All Evil Dragons is already dead, I have multiple heads but no relation to chaos, and even though I eat a lot, I’m not voracious.”
She licked her lips. “I won’t deny the Sadistic Lady and She Who Burns, though.” She put her hand on the head of the drakaina she was sitting on, causing her to shiver.
“I tortured and burned a lot of dragons and gods to get those titles.”
