Chapter 222: The Imperious Summoner - Missing?

Chapter 222: The Imperious Summoner – Missing?

In the heart of a world where beasts reigned supreme—fangs bared, claws tearing flesh, roars shaking the shattered earth—a lone figure stood atop a mountain of carcasses, her silhouette framed against a blood-red horizon.

She was beauty incarnate, a general forged from grace and command, with alabaster skin and long red hair streaked with white, woven into two braids.

Her eyes were sharp as daggers yet soft as a lover’s promise.

Armor clung to her curves, red plates etched with unrecognizable runes, gleaming defiantly amidst the grime and gore, as if even the filth dared not touch her.

She stood without a legion or banner in sight—or so it seemed—like a lone sovereign amidst the raging beasts clawing toward her from the horizon.

Yet her presence alone made it clear she was never truly alone, no matter what the eye could see.

HUMMMM!!!!!

The mana around her swelled in waves, and from the very fabric of reality itself—out of nothing—summons emerged.

They weren’t of flesh, but of pure conceptual essence, shaped with the same nature as the summoner.

All around, wolves woven from shadow and loyalty, dragons forged from flame and obedience, and behemoths born of raw power rose, alongside countless other creatures, each reflecting the snarling beasts that approached.

Yet they were distinct, all bearing the unmistakable features of Primavus.

These were her summons, bound to her forever and attuned to her silent commands.

The warring hordes fell silent as every gaze shifted to the one standing amidst millions of summons. There stood the mesmerizing general, whose presence inspired her troops no matter the circumstance.

She was Seris Originat, The Imperious Summoner, the embodiment of summoning, war, and command.

As she stood, a smile played on her lips—she could feel it.

“Finally, after two whole days… you decided to show up.” No sooner had her words echoed than—

RUMBLEEEEE!!!!

The very world began to shake, and at the heart of the chaos emerged the mightiest beast of all.

A colossal serpent, scales gleaming with fury, eyes blazing with primal challenge—its size rivaled that of small worlds.

No words needed to be spoken.

At its arrival, everyone moved, knowing this battle would decide the fate of the world itself.

Millions of summons charged forward, yet Seris stood still.

Her braids whipped in the wind, her eyes cold and resolute. This wasn’t meant to be just a battle—it was a statement, one that would define her branch and everything it stood for.

|Mandate of Eternal War|

With a single activation, her talent erupted, and in an instant, an invisible domain enveloped all 89 million kilometers. Within it, no enemy could retreat, and her summons multiplied without end.

Worse yet, the longer her enemies lingered, the more certain their fate—they would ultimately be forced to join her ranks as unwilling summons.

As the battlefield overflowed endlessly, there was no need for intricate orders.

She had only one command.

“Slaughter them all, and bring me the serpent’s head,” she said, her voice icy.

She watched with cold eyes as beast after beast fell, their bodies piling into mountains that covered the land. At last, the severed head of the serpent was laid at her feet—a Primavus Dragon with gleaming white scales, six mighty wings, and piercing pink slit eyes.

She smiled, gently patting its head.

“From now on, you’re my personal mount.”

ROARRRRR!

The dragon bellowed with excitement, and Seris turned her gaze to the vast army of her summons.

“From today onward, we are the Infinite Vanguard of the Originat Clan. All war, conquest, and dominion will be led by us!”

She then looked upward, past the orange sky.

“And we begin by bringing this galaxy to its knees!”

ROARRRRRR!

Millions of summons roared in unison as her smile widened.

While the Originats were each pursuing tasks that would ultimately advance both themselves and their clan, trouble was brewing in the Venia Galaxy for a certain sect.

On the Myriad World of Races, Shia had been waiting for an entire year.

It wasn’t aimless waiting, though—she had already learned that Nia and the other Originats had gone missing. The news weighed heavily on her, but there was little she could do besides search.

So, for the past year, she and the Myriad Sect of Races had scoured the galaxy in hopes of finding them.

No matter how far or thoroughly they searched, they just couldn’t find any of the Originats—except for the Twins, who had been stirring up trouble across the Galaxy for the past couple of days.

In the grand council chamber of the Myriad Sect of Races, Sandra Narakava stood at the center like a barely contained force of nature.

For the last year and a half, she had been locked in a war with the rival Tyrannus Clan. Ever since their first clash with the Goliaths, tensions had only continued to escalate.

Even then, she made time to descend to the Venia Galaxy just for Nia.

Her presence exuded the fearsome aura of a Cosmic Overlord, eyes burning with barely contained rage.

Shia sat close by, her posture stiff and her expression a mask of guarded puzzlement. She was certain her mother hadn’t seen the live broadcast Ash had aired a year ago, yet she still couldn’t fathom the true reason behind his fury.

’Or maybe the Nocturnes had done something?’ she wondered, unaware that their entire galaxy had been destroyed. And though the clan still had a few survivors, it wasn’t anything worth worrying about.

The Sect Leader, an old man clutching his staff with shaky hands, wiped the sweat from his brow under their intense stares.

“You mean to tell me you’ve come up empty after a whole year?” Sandra’s voice sliced through the room, sharp and dangerous.

“My child… how could she disappear right under your nose, and you sit there with nothing but excuses?”

The Sect Leader swallowed hard, his voice cracking.

“L-Lady Sandra, we’ve scoured every corner of Venia—every hidden realm, every shadow sect! We—”

BANG!

“Enough excuses!” Sandra slammed her fist against the crystalline table.

“If she isn’t found, I’ll burn this entire sect to the ground. Your Myriad Races? They’ll be nothing more than a forgotten footnote. I don’t care how ’neutral’ you claim to be—an Arch Eternal Clan does not tolerate failure when our blood is involved.”

The Sect Leader went pale, knees nearly giving out as cold sweat streamed down his face.

He had no idea those eight Originats were tied to any higher clan. It wasn’t that he had any hidden agenda—he simply didn’t know.

Before the situation could escalate more, a sharp chime echoed from Sandra’s communication artifact—a urgent, piercing tone that made the air vibrate with priority.

Her eyes narrowed as she activated it, a holographic message projecting grim reports: Tyrannus forces have breached allied Universe perimeter. Full mobilization required. Immediate return to front lines.

Sandra’s fury shifted in an instant—cold, focused war intent replacing maternal rage. She stood abruptly, aura flaring like a supernova contained.

“Tch. Duty calls.” She glanced at Shia. “Come. You will return home and prepare for the Grand Cosmic Prodigy Convergence—hone yourself, we can’t afford weakness now.”

Shia rose without question, nodding sharply as the two turned toward the exit—Sandra already barking orders into her artifact, the chamber’s doors hissing open to reveal waiting escorts.

The Sect Leader collapsed into his seat, trembling, as mother, daughter and the others who asuras waiting outside vanished in a ripple of spatial power.
