Chapter 185: Cycle Terminus Dragon
Chapter 185: Cycle Terminus Dragon
For hundreds of years, the two dragons fought a battle not just of dominance but for each other’s existence. It was as simple as that—they both were stuck on the path to power… and both thought the way forward was to become something beyond the Dragon of Eternity and Absolute Destruction.
For centuries, an unseen battle raged at the far edges of the Universe—hidden and unknown to all.
No one dared to seek out the Dragon of Absolute Destruction, while the Dragon of Eternity had been absent for so long that only a few even remembered he existed.
Their clash was inevitable, each pouring everything they had into it, as they were complete opposites: Absolute Destruction craved endings, while Eternity fought for continuance and longevity.
After nearly a millennium—950 years to be exact—the Dragon of Absolute Destruction emerged victorious, though barely alive. Gravely wounded, so bad that he would need countless cycles to recover.
“He chose to risk it all, and of course, he failed,” the Second Cycle said, making the Third grumble.
Ash was deeply intrigued by everything, though he wasn’t sure it was something he could obtain.
“What’s on your mind, kid?” the Third asked, noticing the look on his face.
“Could I possibly have those bloodlines?” Ash asked without hesitation.
By mow, the Third had sifted through Ash’s memories and learned of the Primavus race, capable of assimilating any race and bloodline.
“How ironic…” the Dragon thought as the moment of his destruction unfolded.
After defeating the Dragon of Eternity, he immediately began to absorb its essence. For Dragons, consuming the heart of another meant inheriting their power. But the forces clashed too violently, ultimately bringing about his own demise.
“Well, kid you would’ve received it anyways.” The Second said as he was now being more serious as he was pleased with how far Ash had come and how he was progressing.
“I must say… you are indeed unique. To stand here walking firmly on the path…” He commented before he explained.
“From me you received endless sword knowledge… from this guy aside from attaining all of this fellow’s wrath, you will also gain insight into what it means to live into your true nature. Along with the bloodlines he perished with.”
Ash arched a brow.
“Could it even be considered wrath?” He asked before gesturing towards the Dragon. “He said it himself… it was only his nature, so was he truly evil and wrathful?”
This caused the Second to look at him with a smile. He said nothing but continued to speak.
“That’s it for this time… we won’t see each other again for some time. Hopefully, you won’t spend the rest of your life at the Cosmic Overlord rank.” And before the vision ended the Third spoke.
“Kid… unlike this old man. My enemies… they may still live. Once the faintest aura of the Absolute Ending Bloodline is felt… you will attract attention. From those hiding in fright and even that old Progenitor of Dragons.”
Hearing this Ash facepalmed… and before he could complain he reappeared inside of the Originat Haven. His eyes remained closed as he felt a change settling over him… 18 cycles worth of memories and nothing but pure carnage melded into his being.
The moment it completely assimilated Elysia’s voice echoed quietly in his mind…
[Master… you’ve achieved a new aura and intent…]
[Aura of Endings – An aura born from pure finality.
It carries a heavy, quiet stillness where time seems to slow, hope slips away, and each breath feels like it could be the last.
Yet under the weight of dread rests an odd calm—the sense that all things must end, and in that ending, something timeless begins. Those within its reach feel their very existence questioned—not with fear, but with a curious acceptance, as if it softly whispers: Everything ends… and that’s okay.]
[The Intent of Endings is a force that seeks closure. Every strike carries the weight of finality: wounds don’t bleed, they simply end; defenses don’t break, they vanish; life doesn’t fade in pain, but slips away into perfect, serene silence.
Its finality embodied—cold, clean, absolute. To encounter it is to meet the moment when every struggle loses meaning, and resistance becomes the last needless gesture before peace.]

Inside of his body two distinct bloodlines appeared alongside his Primavus bloodline. One could see a pure black bloodline with red strands and then a white and silver bloodline. These were the Eternity and Endings bloodline.
Before they could move to settle into his body, he brought them outside of his body.
His eyes opened as they looked more ancient… and darker.
“Let’s elevate these two,” he said, his voice carrying an almost otherworldly quality, as if three versions of him spoke at once. He frowned at the sound—not because he disliked it, but because it felt a bit overwhelming.
He tried different ways to mask it, but nothing worked, so he finally gave up.
Meanwhile, the inner cosmos amplified both bloodlines by 500 times. Once both were paragon ranked, the cosmos merged them into one, leaving a single bloodline before him.
[Cycle-Terminus Dragon (???) – A bloodline of living paradox where eternity and absolute ending are forced into unbreakable unity. It does not choose between endless continuation and final termination… It chooses them both simultaneously, making the very idea of Beginning and End irrelevant.]
