Evelyn and Luna were staring at the ground intensely, wondering if the attack had dealt some damage to the Godfather or not.
Even they would have to be wary of Nathan’s Space Quake, so they didn’t think the Godfather could withstand that attack.
However, an eruption of light occurred. The cracks formed from the earlier blast ended up becoming the channel for this light.
“Aaahhh!” More and more people died upon contact with the light.
People couldn’t help but panic.
Evelyn and Luna rushed to the Godfather, preparing for another fight.
But they soon realized that Nathan’s attack indeed dealt some damage, even though they didn’t know how much it was.
Two right wings were actually broken. It looked like the Godfather used them to withstand the Space Quake earlier.
At the same time, the combined attacks from Fenrir, Xolotl, and Garuda had depleted a lot of his energy.
“How dare you…” The Godfather gritted his teeth. The black cell transformed even more. It first repaired the broken wings and the eye-like pattern that had closed after releasing its attack had opened.
It was still half-open, but it gave them an indication that the Godfather could unleash that attack again.
Evelyn and Luna thought they had to kill the Godfather before he released that attack for the second time.
They simply couldn’t imagine how many more people would die if they failed to do so.
“1st Ex-Formation, Genesis Cannon.” Luna hurriedly attacked him.
The black cell mutated the Godfather’s right hand. It expanded the arm to be bigger than his own body.
This hand caught the Genesis Cannon as the Godfather was only pushed back several meters.
“Not good!” Luna hurriedly warned everyone. “Move away!”
The Genesis Cannon suddenly turned black as if it had been taken over by the black cell. Then, the Godfather changed its direction by tossing it.
Evelyn snapped her fingers, teleporting Luna to her side to avoid her own cannon.
However, this cannon destroyed everything in its path. Nothing was spared, including all the humans who were still fighting in a single line.
Because of its speed and power, the cannon actually killed almost a hundred people in that line.
It continued forward, only dispersing after expending all its energy. Still, the cannon itself traveled for over five kilometers.
“…” Luna furrowed her eyebrows. If her attack could be taken over like that, she might not be able to do anything in this fight.
However, if she didn’t fight, Evelyn and Nathan wouldn’t be enough.
Seeing both of them together, the Godfather appeared by their side in an instant as if he had teleported.
’Too fast…’ Evelyn’s eyes were wide open as the black-cell-covered hand was about to grab her head. If he succeeded, the black cell might be trying to take over her.
Fortunately, before he succeeded, the Godfather abruptly jumped away.
Numerous skeletons emerged from the ground. Skulls formed a mountain, with a throne standing at the peak.
“Die.” Xolotl’s voice echoed.
“Gah!” The Godfather suddenly spat a mouthful of blood. It was as if his soul was ripped apart out of nowhere.
Xolotl landed in front of the throne and took his seat.
The ground turned into a blood pool with no end in sight. The bright sky turned red as if it had been dyed with blood.
Xolotl had formed this domain even before fighting Frequency for the first time, but he had never fully utilized its power.
In the end, Xolotl was already at the level of a true god. He might not be comparable to outer gods, but he was the closest being in this world to that level.
Even without his full power, he could still manifest enough power to stand toe-to-toe with the Godfather.
However, even with the attack fully utilizing his domain, the Godfather was able to block it.
In addition, even though Xolotl didn’t show it, his internal energy was a mess. In the end, he used far too much power just to attack him that one time.
“Judgment of the Underworld,” Xolotl muttered.
A bolt of lightning fell down.
The Godfather jumped back to avoid it and looked up. If Xolotl had left Nathan, he could focus on Nathan instead.
In fact, this was the main reason Xolotl offered Nathan the fusion. He was worried because Nathan was still too weak.
The Godfather knew this precisely and jumped into the sky to catch Nathan.
“It’s useless. My brother is there.” Xolotl harrumphed.
Before the Godfather could reach Nathan, Fenrir came from the side, trying to swallow him. The Godfather skillfully avoided him and punched Fenrir from the left. The power should be enough to blow anyone else away, but Fenrir was known for his toughness.
He simply endured the attack with a grin. Then, he twisted his body so that he could bite the right side of the wing.
He tore off the wings and swallowed the black cell.
“Fools. You swallow the black cell!” The Godfather thought Fenrir would be taken over.
Yet, despite swallowing the black cell, Fenrir showed no sign of transformation.
“Oh. I can swallow everything just fine. What are you talking about?” Fenrir grinned. “Shouldn’t you be more worried about yourself than me?”
“!!!” The Godfather was confused why the black cell couldn’t control Fenrir, but there was indeed a threat coming from above.
Nathan had actually fused with Garuda.
Instead of hands, he had two pairs of wings and a helmet that looked similar to Garuda’s head.
Nathan’s wings flapped, generating enough wind force that it gradually formed a typhoon.
More importantly, he had poured 75% of the space element and 25% of the time element into this attack.
The time element accelerated the creation of the typhoon, while the space element was used so that the typhoon could actually move through the void.
In other words, this was the combination of Garuda’s wind ability and the void. He called it ’Void Typhoon.’
The Void Typhoon was coming down and hit the Godfather.
“Haaa!” The Godfather roared as the wings on his back started spreading again. The eye-like patterns had fully opened.
Even if a portion of them had been swallowed by Fenrir, he could still use the remaining to kill everything around him.
