Chapter 3657: Boundless's Experts

The center of the Hundred Grasses Domain was hidden by a sourcebox array, which made it impossible for outsiders to get a clear view of it.

When Ru Guo arrived, a wave of his hand instantly shattered the sourcebox array, revealing absolutely nothing. Boundless was gone.

“Where’s Boundless?”

Yong Heng cocked a brow. “It appears that he’s already fled.”

Ru Guo’s expression fell, and he immediately reached out to Old Yu, ordering the entire Wisdom Domain to search for Boundless.

The man soon lowered his spirit cloudstone. “Boundless has gone to the Ark Domain.”

Yong Heng frowned. “The Ark Domain? That complicates things. The most important thing in the entire Spirit Nidus at this moment is the preparation for the impending attack on the Consciousness Megaverse. After all, now that the Willbound Expanse has been located, the High Seraph wishes to decisively crush that megaverse and reset it. Six universe-class battleships will be fully manned before being sent out, and Boundless is to serve as the seventh. That is enough cause for the entire Spirit Nidus to protect it.”

Ru Guo’s expression turned cold. “I can’t be bothered with any of that. No one can stop me!”

With that, he started moving towards the Ark Domain.

Yong Heng calmly followed.

The Ark Domain alone could not stop Ru Guo. Either Boundless would have to send out its top powerhouses, or Seraph Lu would need to show what he was capable of.

When Boundless arrived in the Ark Domain, it created quite a stir.

Boundless was enormous, as it was even larger than the Spirit Nidus’s six universe-class battleships.

When Zhou Duo saw the foreign battleship, a fiery gleam lit up his eyes. A mysterious universe-class vessel was enough to pique his interest.

The Tianyuan Megaverse was entirely different from the Spirit Nidus. While they had likely never planned for any ventures to another megaverse, why had they constructed such a massive battleship, let alone a universe-class one? The cost must have been enormous. For the Spirit Nidus, universe-class battleships were a strategic investment, but in the Tianyuan Megaverse, Boundless represented humanity’s inheritance.

Chu Yi was puzzled by the reaction. "Your Spirit Nidus has six universe-class battleships, and their craftsmanship far surpasses what our Tianyuan Megaverse is capable of, but from what you're saying, their quality is inferior to Boundless."

Zhou Duo muttered, "Of course they’re not as good! In the Spirit Nidus, sequence bases take the first priority. Only after they are taken care of is anything spared for battleships. On top of that, there are other projects and groups competing for those materials and resources. If not for those limitations, we would have far more than six universe-class battleships. I am confident that, if the best materials across the Spirit Nidus were gathered, we could build a vessel even greater than Boundless, creating something unprecedented. But..."

He sighed, his expression growing complex as he patted Boundless. "That will never be possible."

Zhou Duo then looked at Chu Yi and the others. "Boundless desperately needs repairs, or else it won't last for too much longer."

Shao Chen stepped forward and bowed to the man. "On behalf of Boundless, I thank you, sir."

Zhou Duo waved the thanks away. "Regardless of loyalties, this is the Ark Domain! A vessel that comes here should be repaired. However..."

Everyone understood that things were not so simple; how could the Spirit Nidus possibly help repair Boundless?

"The materials that you need are too scarce." Zhou Duo was distressed by the condition of the battleship, and he had already set aside his personal frustrations with Lu Yin and enmity with the Tianyuan Megaverse. There was no hostility in the man, and he wanted purely to repair the battleship, but desire alone was far from sufficient.

"To repair this battleship, let alone the time required, there are simply not enough of the necessary materials. Many materials from your Tianyuan Megaverse can be substituted for, but those substitutes are extremely scarce. Most of them are required to be first sent to the Gate of Laws, so I only have a very small amount here. Astral Anura shouted, "Don't call me Toady!"

"You said to use that name yourself," Ce Wangtian shot back.

Astral Anura really wanted to kick the human to death.

Wilderness God said in a deep voice, "Make us a list, and we will be sure to gather everything. First, we’ll send the list to the Daquan Domain."

Zhou Duo was completely astonished. "You really want to try to buy them?"

Wilderness God looked over. "Steal."

Zhou Duo was stunned. "Are you really going to be that open about it?"

Old Tao quickly stepped forward to intervene. "Everyone, there's no need to rush forward or rob anyone. Given the relationship between Boundless and the Daquan Domain, they will be happy to send us what we require. Don’t worry, don’t worry."

Lu Tianyi added, "That's true. Little Seven even captured Yi Shang."

Wilderness God nodded. "Send the list to the Daquan Domain, but also share it with the rest of the thirty-six domains. Someone will surely provide what we need."

Mu Zhu interjected, "Also, send a copy of the list to the Ascendant Hall. I think that they will be quite helpful."

Zhou Duo then understood how the people aboard Boundless did things. They were bold enough to target even the Ascendant Hall.

This meant that it was not just that Seraph Lu who was arrogant, but that everyone aboard Boundless was also outrageously arrogant.

Zhou Duo suddenly felt that the battleship’s earlier activities had been far too modest. The reality was that this was nothing more than a group of bandits.

Shao Chen politely addressed Zhou Duo, saying, “Please start the repairs with the materials that we currently have. The remainder will be delivered very soon, we guarantee it.”

As Ru Guo descended upon the Ark Domain, he was met by a blow to the head. “What the heck is this?”

Sovereign Dou Sheng slammed his cudgel down hard. Ru Guo had not held back with his aura, and so the Sovereign had also not held back either. Boundless had been waiting for this exact scenario.

Ru Guo avoided Sovereign Dou Sheng’s cudgel, but the void split open behind him as Wilderness God’s claw fell. At the same time, Astral Anura’s steel fork thrust at the man from a different direction as the toad shouted, “Charge!”

Three powerful experts attacked in unison, though this did not surprise Ru Guo. He had known that there were other experts on Boundless besides Lu Yin. The entire Spirit Nidus knew this, especially after witnessing the memorable moment when Wilderness God and Astral Anura had attacked Emperor Wu in the Primal Beastland.

However, Ru Guo was not Emperor Wu, and he had no reason to fight such opponents to the death.

His body swayed, and he instantly vanished from where he had been standing. At the same time, Sovereign Dou Sheng, Astral Anura, and Wilderness God were all blasted away uncontrollably, harsh blows landing on all of their backs. They hurtled through the Ark Domain, shattering the ground when they landed.

On Boundless, Chu Yi, Lu Tianyi, and many others' expressions changed. No way! Defeated instantly?

Past the border of the Ark Domain, Yong Heng’s eyebrows rose. This was no normal power, and it was clear why Ru Guo had been temporarily allowed to hold the title of Lesser Sancte after Ru Shi’s death. In the sky high above the Ark Domain, Ru Guo looked over at Boundless and shot forward. If he could take the battleship to the Morrow Behemoth, Lu Yin would have no choice but to follow.

The moment the man moved, the three experts he had just flung to the ground reappeared, blocking his path to Boundless.

Astral Anura was snarling. What the hell? Why am I always sent out when a powerful opponent appears?

The man’s attacks were also truly bizarre. This was not someone who the toad could handle.

Sovereign Dou Sheng stared at Ru Guo in shock. He had not even had time to react to that attack. This was a terrifying ability.

Astral Anura did not move. “You guys go. I’ll protect the perimeter.”

Everyone ignored the toad as they were all staring at the sky. Soon, two figures were once again sent crashing into the ground. Ru Guo easily repelled the two. They were powerless before him.

However, Wilderness God and Sovereign Dou Sheng almost instantly charged out once more.

The beast was relying on the Blazing Sky Beast’s reactive defenses, which had withstood even Emperor Wu’s attacks, and the human was using a combination of Extremes Must Be Reversed and Triumphant Brawl. Not even Ru Guo was able to defeat the two easily, though they were able to do nothing at all to him. It was an entirely one-sided beating.

Time after time, Ru Guo knocked the two down, but time after time, they rose back up.

Wilderness God coughed up blood.

Half of Sovereign Dou Sheng's body was shattered.

The Origin Progenitor stared into the sky. This man was an expert at the same level as the High Seraph. Even if Ru Guo was much weaker than the High Seraph, he was still powerful enough to overwhelm Emperor Wu even after he had used Heaven's Seal to enhance his strength. This was much stronger than the rest of the Seven Seraphs, which was the limit of what Wilderness God and Sovereign Dou Sheng were capable of contending with.

The two had not reached their current level and survived for so long solely by relying on their defenses, but they simply could not defeat this opponent.

Ru Guo struck them down repeatedly, yet as he saw the two reappear again and again, his expression grew somber.

For the sake of the Ru family, he could not afford to delay any longer. There were still other experts on Boundless. These two were nothing more than mere pawns.

With that thought, Ru Guo’s aura changed, and he started to radiate an indescribable sense of dread. The moment he sensed it, Yong Heng grew solemn. He had felt this same sensation from Feng Bo before. This was a power from the Nine Odysseys Megaverse.

The Origin Progenitor stepped forward. The battle was about to turn serious.

At that moment, swords slashed at Ru Guo from a short distance away from Boundless. He waved a hand, and the attacks brushed past his body. Not one succeeded in actually touching him.

It was Epoch Blade. Su Shidao had arrived.

He emerged from the void, staring at Ru Guo with a grave expression. The Seraph had not held back with his attack. Was it possible that Heavenspire was far stronger than anyone had believed? No one with Ru Guo’s level of strength had ever taken action in the Spirit Nidus, and the man had also clearly never held the title of Seraph.
