"Oh... The bride price?" Ming Yue was still smiling gently.

"Excuse, Aunty." Su Jinxiu spoke out at that moment.

"Can I go to the toilet?" Su Junxiu requested.

"Sure." Ming Yue nodded. She turned to the maid who stood at the entrance of the living room. "Bring her to the restroom."

Su Jinxiu stood up and followed the maid. Her eyes were looking around. This house was indeed big. She might lose her way. She arrived at the restroom. She turned to the maid while smiling sweetly.

"You can leave. I will return to the living room myself. I have remembered the way." Su Jinxiu said.

"Are you sure, Miss?" The maid asked.

"Yes." Su Jinxiu nodded.

"Then, I will leave. Please take your time." The maid said respectfully.

Su Jinxiu felt like royalty being treated so respectfully. She wanted to stay in this house if possible. After washing up, she came out of the restroom. She did not want to return to the living room yet, listening to her mother talking about her sister’s marriage.

So, she planned to wander around the house. She opened one of the doors to see what was inside the room. She was shocked to see what was inside. The room was full of bottles with yellow liquid inside. She also saw the strange things inside the yellow liquid.

She immediately imagined something else. She thought the things inside the yellow liquid were some kind of organs that were preserved. She remembered that the family was doctors. So, they might store something like that. Did not want others to know that she discovered the room, she rushed out and closed the door.

She was shocked and panicked. This Tang Family was not a normal family. They dared to store something like that. She did not want to wander anything. So, she wanted to return to the living room. However, she did lose her way. She walked forward and thought she had finally arrived at the living room.

But she almost screamed when she saw a human body lying on the table. She covered her mouth.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?" Tang Bo Lin looked at the intruder.

He was displeased when a stranger burst into his playroom. However, upon closer look, he remembered this woman. She was the strange woman who kept looking at Brother Hui.

She was shocked to hear her mother requesting 5 million from the Tang Family in order to have her marry into the Tang Family. It was like her mother was selling her. And when did she agree to take a bride price? She never said something like that. She did not want the Tang Family to think that she was a gold digger and wanted to get married into the Tang Family because of the money.

She found out about her mother’s visit from the maids. She came out of her room to ask for some food. She was hungry. Before she managed to call out to the maids, she heard the maids talking about her mother coming.

Her mother’s visit was not something good. She must have something to talk to the Tang Family, and she knew that might not be a good thing. She called the maids, asking where they were at the moment. The maid told Su Ke Ke that they were in the living room.

Su Ke Ke went to the living room. When she arrived there, she heard that her mother was asking Ming Yue 5 million for the bride price. Her mother even told Ming Yue that she agreed about the amount. It was absurd. She never agreed to request 5 million from the Tang Family as the bride price. Not to mention, she also did not think to request the bride price at all.
