Chapter 2752: Void Warlock III

“Let me also guess another thing. Both of you are Void Rulers but most of the authority is from her.” Adrian stated as he pointed to the Void Star youngling.

“You are correct. Our race is a monarchy but the Void Star Mother has most of the power even in their youngling state. This Void Dimension is currently being maintained by my authority and hers combined.” The Void Warlock stated.

“I see. Since I already found out everything that can be known from what I can observe, tell me… what do you need me to do? Let me put this out of the way as well, I do not work for free.” Adrian stated.

“I ask of the Daemos to fix the Void Sea back into a singular dimensional plane or at least most of it.” The Void Warlock stated.

“Is her strength tied to the Void Sea itself?” Adrian asked as he pointed to the Void Star youngling.

“Yes. When we were attacked by the Voidwyrm, it was so powerful that it wiped out most of our galaxy (a galaxy is basically a group of Void Stars). If it wiped out our kind then we would not have any problem as the Void Star Mother could just spawn new Void Stars but the Voidwyrm ripped out the Void Sea because it was chasing after a Void Critter.” The Void Warlock stated.

“A Void Critter?” Adrian repeated as he did not know what it was.

“It is a fairly weak Void Creature but it is the most famous prey of the Voidwyrm. Usually, the Void Critters do not hop into the areas in the upper dimensional plane like the Void Sea as it could not but it somehow managed to do so. The Voidwyrm is a powerful void beast that has been present since the first darkness.

Only the other Void Rulers that are present in the first darkness could contend with it. Void Rulers such as ourselves that are not in the deeper Void Abyss cannot contend with such an old being. In the end, the Void Sea got fractured into different planes which also resulted in the Void Star Mother having to be weakened and revert back to her youngling phase.” The Void Warlock stated.

“Sheesh. Even this place cannot escape disaster. Wait! If this place is just the upper layers of the Void and that can already make gods go crazy or become distorted… what danger and madness is present in the Void Abyss that you are saying?” Adrian muttered but the Void Warlock heard it.

“The Void Abyss is something that even I can die immediately if I am not prepared. It is also the reason why rulers of the upper Void layers do make sure that our Void Dimensional planes do not shift towards the Void Abyss. It is also the reason why we are desperate as the fractured Void Sea could get swept towards the Void Abyss and it would been our deaths.” The Void Warlock stated.

“I might be selfish and a bit forward when I say this but that is not my problem.” Adrian stated without putting any airs because the Void is not within the jurisdiction of the Daemos.

“I know you would say that, lost Daemos. I think I know the reason why you tapped into the Void Dimensional Frequencies. You are trying to find a way out of the Void as your home is no longer here.” The Void Warlock stated and Adrian could only nod because the former was correct.

“Can you please tell me what you plan to do in order to get out from the Void?” The Void Warlock asked but Adrian looked hesitant.

“Please do not hesitate to speak as we are also in a desperate situation like yourself.” The Void Warlock added which made Adrian smile then laugh.

“You are right! We are in the same desperate boat trying to find a way out of our situations.” Adrian stated as he immediately relayed his feasible plan to the Void Warlock.

Upon hearing of Adrian’s plan of hitching a ride out of the Void via an unstable rift, the Void Warlock listened intensely. Adrian thought that the Void Warlock was just being polite but the latter then turned towards the Void Star youngling and started to talk to it. The two of them talked via beeping sounds for about five minutes before the Void Warlock spoke to Adrian.

“Apologies for suddenly speaking with our queen but your plan is plausible. If you can enter a rift that leads to other worlds except for the Void then you would be able to get back to your original world via your abilities. Even I am amazed by the abilities of your race because no one can freely manipulate space like you.” The Void Warlock stated.

“But… the Voidwyrm could literally tear space as well.” Adrian rebutted.

“No. The Voidwyrm and the other Void Rulers can merely destroy the Void Dimensional Frequencies as they earn that right. They can destroy parts of the dimensional frequencies in order to hop to another dimensional plane. They cannot mold or bend it like what you did earlier.

It is also the reason why we cannot fix the Void Sea even though I still have some authority left. Also, the Void itself is a vast area of energy that feeds us sustenance. Even the Void Rulers know that which is why they do not escape from the Void. Going to another plane of existence means you will be subjected to the laws of that area and no longer the Void.” The Void Warlock stated.

What the Void Warlock basically said is that, the Void Rulers could escape from the Void but they do not do so. They remain powerful and alive in the Void while going out will risk their life and being subjected to different restrictions.

“Wait?! You said the Void Rulers can destroy parts which means they can create rifts that lead to other worlds.” Adrian stated.

“You are correct but we need the power of the Void Star Mother for that to happen.” The Void Warlock stated.
