Chapter 2562: Asteroid Incoming

The fused New Moon relic and Full Moon relic resulted in the creation relic called the Dark Moon. It was basically a fusion of the two relics as it is a large sphere of darkness that has a silver ring rotating outside of it. Each rotation of the ring creates a beautiful starlight effect that gives the energy of darkness.

[You have received the creation relic of the Erebians, the Dark Moon.]

“Everything has now become total darkness as it was once was back when the universe did not exist.” The Goddess Nox stated as she handed over the Dark Moon relic to Adrian.

“Thank you for the assistance, Goddess Nox.” Adrian stated as he gave a bow of reverence to the Goddess of the Night.

“It is merely a simple request to fulfill for my grandchild after all. Take care of yourself, Erebus. Live a happy life.” The Goddess Nox stated as she vanished from the realm.

As soon as the Goddess Nox vanished, the realm of Eridanus started to shake as it can no longer hold itself together. The vast amount of energy used to hold it in shape was used to fix the Dark Moon relic. Adrian immediately told everyone to return back to their guild house as soon as possible. All of them scrambled as nothingness started to devour the darkness that was left.

“Thank you.” The Baby Erebus stated as a last farewell to his past beloved.

“Maybe warn us next time about things happening to the realm itself.” Solstice stated as she was incredibly shaken by the scene of a realm vanishing into nothing.

“I did not know that the entire realm would be used to return the relic back to its original state. If I knew then I would have been more prepared and told all of you to start running the moment the goddess did her thing. Anyways, thanks for holding down the other end of the door, grandpa.” Adrian stated.

“Do not worry because I will make sure to work your young bones to use as I need some new things in my farm. Also, have my great grandchild visit my farm sometime so that I can teach him a thing or two about farming.” Old Man Pann stated as he vanished.

“Erebus is only a few days old though and he already wants him to farm? Has that old man gone senile?” Solstice stated as she also made sure to say it when Old Man Pann was no longer around or else she might get punished.

“It seems that he took an interest on Erebus after all. Anyways, I think Erebus is already sleeping soundly. I guess he needs to have his own sleeping quarters and the relic to create that is already within our grasp.” Adrian stated as he told everyone to go outside because he is expanding the territory once again.

Adrian went outside and immediately entered Territory Reformation mode. He immediately placed the Dark Moon relic into the slot, and the system started to scan it. The scan took about a minute or two as if its energy was being analyzed.

[Analyzation complete. The Dark Moon Relic could be used to expand the Territory: Avalon. Do you wish to proceed?]

“Yes. Proceed with the upgrade.” Adrian stated as the Dark Moon relic vanished from his ownership and became pure energy.

The entire territory started to shake a little, but it is not enough to warrant panic. Adrian also made an announcement that the territory would undergo expansion for the moment. This made all of the residents excited as it would mean another floating island will join in. All of the residents waited to see if the land below would be claimed to create another island but there was no activity below.

A few minutes have passed since the shaking stopped but there was no land being uprooted from below. It was only until someone shouted that a large meteor was falling down towards Avalon. All of the residents started to evacuate but Adrian told them that it was not necessary. The meteor coming their way was the island that was summoned by the system.

“I did not expect it to get a literal asteroid.” Adrian exclaimed.

It was not just any Asteroid but a moon rock as a large rock from the moon came down to the world for it to become a piece of land for Adrian’s territory. The Asteroid did not slow down though which is why Adrian suddenly started to think that something might be wrong. He thought that the rock would magically slow down as it got closer, but it did not.

Adrian was about to call for reinforcements when chains made of pure energy suddenly sprouted from all of the islands in Avalon. The chains of pure energy then launched themselves towards the Asteroid and wrapped around all of them. As soon as the chains of pure energy made contact with the asteroid, the momentum of the descent of the large moon rock was halted. The asteroid froze in place as if the chains tamed it.

As soon as the asteroid was no longer a problem, the chains of pure energy then pulled it towards Avalon. It took a few minutes before the entire asteroid got placed next to the main island. When the asteroid fit into place, the moon rock started to take shape. The island that is newly created has been completed in an instant as if reality was warped.

[You have successfully increased the size of your territory by special means.]

[You can now accept more residences due to the increased spatial capacity.]

[You have managed to integrate a Creation Relic into your territory. A Guardian has been created to monitor the added special island.]

[All Erebian players will now be spawned to your territory and they can choose it as their first destination.]

[All Erebian that are residents of your territory will have a permanent buff of increased 10% experience points and 5% damage increase.]

[All Erebian that visit your territory and pray to the Sanctuary of Night could get 5% increased experience points and 5% damage increase for a given period of time.]
