Nine Star Hegemon Body Arts

Chapter 6056 The Hand of the Heavens Descends

Chapter 6056 The Hand of the Heavens Descends

The colossal hand descended, brimming with the laws of annihilation. Runes of destruction swirled across its palm, and all living beings could only submit to death under its shadow.

It was the Hand of the Heavens. But this time, its power had grown exponentially.

All the lightning beasts and experts from the tribulation exploded in front of its pressure.

Facing the same pressure, all the experts from the various races spat out blood. As that hand descended, their bodies started to fracture and split open.

“No!!!”

They weren’t even the hand’s target, yet its oppressive might was more than they could withstand.

The Hand of the Heavens carried the authority to destroy all things beneath the nine heavens. No lifeform could resist it. No matter how powerful an expert was, they couldn’t avoid the primal terror clawing at their soul.

This was a power beyond the bounds of the world—an existence foreign to this realm.

The hand crashed down toward Long Chen. In response, the Dragonblood warriors unleashed their might. Ten thousand dragons condensed from their blood, forming an enormous fist that rose to meet the Hand of the Heavens.

When this fist appeared, Long Chen’s heart trembled. No one had initiated this technique.

In other words, this was no individual attack—it was a natural divine ability born from all the Dragonblood warriors’ united strength, bloodlines, and will.

At that moment, their hearts and bloodlines resonated in unison, and that unity formed a massive, world-shaking fist.

BOOM!

The giant fist collided with the Hand of the Heavens, and the hand collapsed. In the end, it couldn’t beat the combined attack of the Dragonblood warriors.

Once the hand shattered, wild lightning exploded out of it, along with a wave of lightning runes.

“This thunderforce!”

Xue Sha from the Scorching Flame Taotie race went mad with ecstasy. Wrapped in the divine lightning, she realized its energy was a hundred times greater than the five-color divine light.

If she could absorb it, her physical body would reach its peak. This was a once-in-a-lifetime chance.

She did everything she could to stay within the lightning’s embrace, greedily absorbing it. But her companions were less fortunate. Their bodies creaked under the strain, bones snapping and cracking.

Suddenly, the Taotie man—the one who had attacked Mo Yang—reached his limit. His body exploded, unable to endure the overwhelming thunderforce. Even the physically gifted Scorching Flame Taotie race couldn’t withstand this lightning.

Seeing this scene, everyone grew terrified. What had been excitement quickly turned into fear.

Before they could recover, another Hand of the Heavens started to descend from the tribulation clouds. A third was already brewing. Then a fourth. A fifth…

“Fuck!”

The dragon race’s heavenly geniuses were trembling. They had already escaped the main tribulation, yet even from afar, the aura of the Hand of the Heavens crushed their spirits.

One palm after another slammed down with world-ending power. However, the 7000 Dragonblood warriors stood firm, their dragon blood power flaring. As their manifestations merged with them, they clashed against the Hands of the Heavens with fists, divine weapons, and sheer force of will.

Even the power of the Hand of the Heavens couldn’t pierce their defense. Each time it descended, it was destroyed. However, each collision sent waves of annihilation rippling outward.

The top heavenly geniuses from the other races had been reduced to fewer than twenty. The rest had been crushed in the storm.

The Sovereign Lords, protectors of those fallen geniuses, stood horrified. These were the future hopes of their races, and they were all annihilated before their eyes.

Fury, remorse, and resentment burned their hearts. With nowhere else to direct their anguish, they turned their hatred toward Long Chen, the Dragon Domain, and above all, Lord Brahma.

If the Brahma line hadn’t lured them here with false information, none of this would’ve happened. None of them would be dying.

And yet, the tribulation raged on. One mountain-sized palm after another slammed into the center of the tribulation, targeting Long Chen. But each time, the Dragonblood warriors stood between him and destruction.

Suddenly, a cry rang out from the Dragon Domain’s camp.

“Heavens!”

They pointed up at the tribulation clouds in terror, too frightened to speak.

All eyes turned upward. The tribulation clouds were trembling as dense clumps of cloud resembling tufts of cotton converged from every direction.

Each of those clumps was a tribulation cloud in itself. That alone was nothing alarming, but their flight toward the central cloud—like bees returning to their hive—sent a chill down everyone’s spine. They kept merging, swelling the tribulation to terrifying proportions.

This sight was like an omen of doomsday, sending chills down their backs. This feeling was like the end of the world was coming. This tribulation would destroy the entire world.

The ground rumbled violently. Mountains collapsed, the land split apart, and terrifying energy gushed from the depths of the earth, surging toward the tribulation cloud above.

“Even the power of the earth is being drawn into the heavenly tribulation! This has never happened in recorded history!” someone cried out.

Even the energy of the underground ore veins was siphoned. This heavenly tribulation had gone berserk.

For an ordinary cultivator, the heavenly tribulation was like a strict but caring mother.

For the Dragonblood warriors, it was more like an evil stepmother.

But for Long Chen? It was as if he had murdered the creator of the tribulation, and it would stop at nothing to annihilate him.

Seeing the Hand of the Heavens repeatedly slamming down with such ferocity, Long Chen’s gaze was icy-cold.

He had once broken free from the shackles of the world, forcing the heavens to change their approach and stop targeting him so violently.

But now, the tribulation had grown even more vicious. It wanted him dead even more than before—if that was even possible. The hand controlling the world had once more tightened its grasp.

Though Long Chen had mentally prepared for this possibility, even he hadn’t expected the first wave of his tribulation to be the devastating Hand of the Heavens.

Is Lord Brahma behind this? But… does he really possess that level of control over the heavenly tribulation?

Doubt crept into Long Chen’s mind.

Long Chen had long suspected that Lord Brahma was the source of these increasingly abnormal tribulations. But the palace master had claimed that Lord Brahma had yet to awaken. If that was true, then he was unlikely to be controlling the laws of the Heavenly Daos.

But if not him… then who? Who else had the power to manipulate the heavens themselves and threaten all nine heavens and ten lands?

As Long Chen pondered this, the experts from the other races stood trembling.

The destructive power of the Hand of the Heavens was so immense that even true Sovereign Lords would struggle to withstand it. Yet, the Dragonblood warriors held their ground.

Each time the Hand of the Heavens shattered, it transformed into lightning runes. But hidden within that vast sea of lightning, no one noticed the countless tiny lightning dragons silently devouring the thunderforce.

“Success! Leave!”

Within the heart of the tribulation, Xue Sha cried out. Her thunderforce had reached its limit—her aura and physical body had both peaked. She shot upward, aiming to escape.

But before she could cross the edge of the tribulation, a massive whirlpool appeared before her and swallowed her whole.

When she reappeared, she was above the Dragonblood Legion. Before she could even process what had just happened, a colossal hand descended from the heavens and slammed into her.
