Yue Yun didn’t spare him a glance. She raised a hand, and a surge of emerald energy enveloped Long Wu, mending his broken bones, stabilizing their injuries.

At the same time, the space around Long Si trembled and before Ren Yuan could react, Long Si had already disappeared from his grasp and reappeared beside Yue Yun.

Ren Yuan wasn’t angry at this as he was more surprised about the power Yue Yun had released just now. “The Tree of Life’s power…?… Who are you exactly?”

Yue Yun shook her head slightly. “You’ve held onto this hatred for so long, yet you refuse to see the truth.”

Ren Yuan watched them with mild amusement, his golden eyes flickering between the two women. “How interesting. The inheritor of the God of Light, drowning in vengeance, and a mysterious girl wielding the Tree of Life’s power.” His lips curled into a faint smile. “Tell me, Yue Yun—who are you really?”

Yue Yun ignored him, keeping her focus on Yao Xi. “Yun Tian was never just a pawn. He fought for what he believed in. Just like you are now.”

Yao Xi’s fingers twitched, her light condensing into a blade. “Enough. I don’t need your empty words.”

Before she could strike, Ren Yuan chuckled. “Ah, such passion. But we have more pressing matters.”

His Heaven’s Eye pulsed, and the golden domain solidified once more, pressing down on everyone present. Long Si and Long Wu groaned under the pressure, their injuries that had just recovered flaring.

Yue Yun’s eyes narrowed. She raised her hand, and the Moon Staff materialized in her grasp, its silver glow cutting through Ren Yuan’s oppressive aura.

“You won’t lay a finger on the World Tree,” she said coldly.

Ren Yuan’s smirk widened. “Oh? And how do you plan to stop me?”

With a single step, she vanished—reappearing before Ren Yuan in an instant, her staff slashing downward.

His third eye flashed, and time around Yue Yun distorted—slowing her movements to a crawl.

“Break.”

Chun Yue, who had been observing silently, finally moved. Her delicate fingers wove through the air, summoning a storm of razor-sharp petals that spiraled toward Yue Yun.

Yue Yun’s eyes flashed coldly as Chun Yue’s petal storm descended upon her. Without even turning, she flicked her wrist, and a wall of azure flames erupted from the ground, reducing the razor petals to ash before they could reach her.

Chun Yue was stunned. “Azure Dragon Flames?!”

Ren Yuan’s golden eyes narrowed. He seemed to think of something incredible.

Suddenly, Yue Yun’s body shimmered as an enormous azure dragon projection materialized behind her. The Primordial Azure Dragon God Soul’s eyes burned with ancient power, its very presence making the void tremble.

Ren Yuan’s eyes gleamed with each element Yue Yun revealed. “Ten elemental laws… and now…”

Yue Yun suddenly split into nine afterimages, each wielding a different elemental attack.

“Elemental Annihilation Array.”

Fire dragons, tidal waves, meteor showers, razor winds, and lightning spears converged on Ren Yuan from all directions. The very space around him fractured under the assault.

“Master!” Chun Yue screamed as she was sent flying.

Ren Yuan’s golden barrier cracked under the onslaught. For the first time, genuine surprise flashed across his face. “This power… it’s exactly like…”

Then Yue Yun’s true body appeared above him, her right hand blazing with golden flames and her left wielding phoenix fire.

“Divine Phoenix Flame!”

“Golden Crow Inferno!”

The twin legendary flames merged into a spiraling pillar of destruction that engulfed Ren Yuan completely.

Yao Xi furrowed her brow as she stared at Yue Yun deeply. “Those flames…”

The inferno suddenly parted like a curtain.
