Chapter 864 - 865: Did You Always Bully Me Like This?
Yeah, Leon Rivers didn’t touch her that day, so she wasn’t his woman anymore.
It didn’t matter anymore whether she stayed or left.
Chloe Summers left, pulling a suitcase behind her.
Over at the Quinn Family’s place.
Melody Thorne wasn’t having an easy time either. Jared Quinn kept pressing her down, wanting to do it with her, yet just wouldn’t actually give it to her.
He said, "Beg me and I’ll give it to you."
That sensual, provocative mouth of his kissed every single part of her body.
"Jared Quinn, what on earth are you trying to do?"
Beneath him, Melody’s voice carried a hint of tears. Her entire body felt miserable, and her fair skin, as smooth as carved jade, turned pink from shyness.
"I want you. I want to fuck you till you cry." Jared bit her little ear.
Melody clamped her lips shut, her whole body tensing up.
"Have you fallen in love with me again yet?"
Jared Quinn just kept tormenting her without letting up.
"Hmm?"
"No? You little brat."
"You’re the brat. Your whole family’s a bunch of brats."
"My whole family includes you."
Melody: "..."
"I’m drunk. Help me take a shower." Jared yanked her off the big bed and dragged her into the bathroom. Melody’s clothes had long since been stripped off; under the dim yellow lights, her snow‑white skin was scorching to the eye.
He grabbed a bath towel and wrapped it around her. Melody glared angrily up at the man above her. "Back then, did you bully me like this too?"
Kissing her all over like this and that, yet never actually giving it to her.
Jared let out a bitter laugh. Back then, whenever he wanted her, she’d give herself to him—except for that one accident on the sofa.
"Back then you were the one bullying me." Jared’s voice was hoarse as he guided her small hand to feel him. Melody kept her head lowered, so he couldn’t see what expression she had now. With one arm he lifted her up and set her on the vanity counter,
insisting she watch while she washed him.
Melody’s hands were covered in suds. "You’re obviously not drunk at all, and you still made me wash you. Jared Quinn, you’re the worst."
"That’s because I can’t hold back."
Jared slowly guided her small hand downward.
Melody: "..."
After they’d messed around for a long time, Melody huffed warm air into her palms, her arms feeling like they were about to fall off.
Early in the morning, she saw Timmy sitting on the sofa downstairs, his eyes full of grievance, while Jared Quinn sat on the other side of the sofa reading the newspaper.
"What’s with you two?"
"Hmph, I don’t want to talk about it. Yesterday you two snuck off and left, and I had to sleep at the company all night."
The worst part was, he’d spent the whole night hugging a pillow, thinking it was Melody.
"You didn’t come home last night?" Melody was even more shocked.
"And you still have the nerve to say that. You didn’t even notice I didn’t come home all night." Timmy got even angrier.
"Baby, you’re so pitiful." Melody pulled Timmy into a tight hug. "It’s all my fault. Don’t worry, there won’t be a next time."
"Hmph, you’re not the one at fault. The guilty one is over there." Timmy pointed at Jared Quinn.
"Dock Simon Sutton’s pay." Jared folded the newspaper in his hands.
Melody: "..."
Simon Sutton was probably going to cry himself to death.
After lunch, Jared Quinn went to the company. Melody stayed downstairs in the hall, watching over little Qianmo. On the computer in front of her, someone kept sending her clips of how Jared had treated her badly in the past.
She wasn’t sure if it was Jane Rowan, but it definitely had something to do with her. Besides her, it didn’t seem like anyone else would do something like this.
"Madam, the young miss has fallen asleep. I’ll take her upstairs to nap."
"Okay."
