Chapter 638 - 326: Hall of Ten Thousand Races; Relocating the Territory

Chapter 638: Chapter 326: Hall of Ten Thousand Races; Relocating the Territory

"Of course," Cheng Zongyang said. "Have the recent additions been included?"

Everyone gathered around the blueprints and began to discuss the plans.

Luo Dingran replied, "They’ve been added. Building on the rooms we just discussed, Old Luo suggested adding a Talisman Making Room and a Treasure Pavilion. The first would be for Talisman Making, keeping it separate from Array work. The second would be for storing Cultivation Immortality Treasures, finished Arrays, precious Elixirs, and other such items in the future. I thought it was an excellent suggestion, so I’ve already incorporated it into the design.

Ding Xing suggested adding a Spirit Gathering function to fill the interior with Spiritual Qi. This would also allow our people to absorb Spiritual Qi and cultivate while inside.

Then there’s Artifact Refining, Mechanical Puppets, Celestial Secret Calculation, and so on. These are all schools of craftsmanship within the Hundred Skills of Cultivation Immortality. If we were to subdivide them further, it would be like Alchemy, which can be broken down into three professions: Pharmacist, Pill Master, and Physician.

But space is limited, so we’re focusing on Alchemy for now and adding a Mechanical Room and a Puppet Room for the other schools. He Shujun is well-suited for the Puppet Room. If we can expand with new floors in the future, we can plan for more then.

Therefore, I’ve also designed three spare rooms in addition to the office space above, which can be used as needed in the future. Of course, for the crucial matter of trade, I also recommend a dedicated room called the Trading Room, or the Jade Stone Market."

Cheng Zongyang was very satisfied with Luo Dingran’s attention to detail.

He quickly ran through the list in his head. The current rooms were: the Jade Stone Market, Alchemy Room, Cultivation Technique Room, Array Room, Spirit Plant Seed Room, Beast Taming Room, Talisman Making Room, Artifact Refining Room, Treasure Pavilion, Mechanical Room, and Puppet Room—eleven in total.

He immediately asked, "In that case, will there be enough space? With thirty mu to divide, each room only gets a little over two mu of land."

But Luo Dingran shook his head. "The Jade Stone Market, Cultivation Technique Room, Array Room, Talisman Making Room, and Spirit Plant Seed Room don’t need that much space—one mu is plenty for each. However, Alchemy, Beast Taming, Artifact Refining, the Treasure Pavilion, the Mechanical Room, and the Puppet Room require numerous items and thus need to be larger.

According to the design, the latter six will each be three mu in area, while the first five will be one mu each, for a total of twenty-three mu. Of the remaining seven mu, three will be for the three spare rooms. The last four mu, after accounting for hallways, partitions, and so on, will be enough to keep the main hall from feeling cramped."

Cheng Zongyang quickly visualized Luo Dingran’s layout, getting a three-dimensional feel for the space. He nodded, approving the design.

Luo Dingran then proposed who would be in charge of each area:

Jade Stone Market (Luo Dingran), Alchemy Room (Zhang Jinquan, Han Mo), Cultivation Technique Room (Ding Xing);

Array Room (Luo Daoist), Spirit Plant Room (Emperor Ye, Li Xingyun, Han Mo), Beast Taming Room (Luo Zheng);

Talisman Making Room (Chen Ziming), Artifact Refining Room (Emperor Huang), Treasure Pavilion (Luo Dingran), Mechanical Room (Jing Xuan), Puppet Room (He Shujun);

After reviewing each of their Talents and Abilities, Cheng Zongyang readily agreed. The assignments were perfectly suited to their specialized Talent Abilities!

With the plan finalized, Cheng Zongyang took action.

As a thought crossed his mind, Cheng Zongyang began to communicate with the Ring Spirit.

Once the communication was complete, the Ring Spirit began to automatically generate a series of exquisite, luxurious, and grand rooms within the hall, just as Cheng Zongyang had willed.

As the rooms gradually took shape, Cheng Zongyang and the others couldn’t resist stepping inside the completed ones to take a look.

The Alchemy Room was the first to be completed. To their surprise, they found a large Alchemy Tripod in the center, with a small flame flickering beneath it. An ancient, bronze-colored Token hung from the side of the tripod.

Cheng Zongyang gave Zhang Jinquan a meaningful look.

Understanding the signal, Zhang Jinquan suppressed his excitement. He bowed to Cheng Zongyang with cupped hands before walking forward to take the Token.

The Token instantly emitted a faint light that vanished in a flash.

A look of joy spread across Zhang Jinquan’s face as he turned to Cheng Zongyang. "My Lord, with this Token, I can freely control this Alchemy Tripod and the flame beneath it!"

A smile touched Cheng Zongyang’s lips. "Good."

The rest of the room was empty, waiting for personnel to place storage shelves and other equipment.

Unable to contain his curiosity, Cheng Zongyang continued on to the other rooms as they formed.

Sure enough, the Cultivation Technique Room had automatically generated bookshelves, which also came with a Token. The Controller could use it to freely apply or remove the protective Restrictions on the shelves, and also instantly know the location of any book.

The Token in the Array Room could activate a Protective Shield within. This would offer protection in case an Array experiment caused Spiritual Power to run out of control.

The Artifact Refining Room similarly had a Token that controlled the earth-fire and the forging platform.

The Token in the Spirit Plant Room allowed for free control over the cycles of sun and moonlight inside, as well as the simulation of special environments, making it possible to cultivate any kind of seed.

The Token in the Talisman Making Room was similar to the one in the Array Room. It provided personal protection and created a restricted area for testing the explosive power of Talismans.

The Beast Taming Room had a function to activate an Illusion Realm, allowing beasts to enter it for training.

However, the Mechanical and Puppet Rooms didn’t have Tokens, which Jing Xuan and He Shujun understood.

The Mechanical Room didn’t require one; experiments were based on one’s own designs and weren’t particularly dangerous. The same was true for the Puppet Room.

Nevertheless, everyone was thrilled. With the assistance of the Tokens, they could conduct their experiments with peace of mind.

They all began to imagine the days to come, cultivating diligently in the Hall of Ten Thousand Races and constantly improving their strength. The Alchemy Room would be filled with the fragrant aroma of precious Elixirs fresh from the tripod.

In the Cultivation Technique Room, they would immerse themselves in profound Cultivation Techniques, exploring the mysteries of Cultivation.

In the Array Room, powerful Arrays would shimmer with light, ready to defend the Hall of Ten Thousand Races and strike down its enemies.

In the Spirit Plant Room, rare Spirit Plant seedlings would thrive, providing a steady supply of valuable resources.

In the Beast Taming Room, Exotic Beasts, Spirit Beasts, and Soul Slaves would stand shoulder to shoulder, ready to defend their home and explore the Wilderness World!

...

Lost in these daydreams, everyone was itching to get started immediately.

As for the last three rooms, they were empty. Cheng Zongyang gave them a cursory glance before addressing the crowd. "Alright, the design is complete and can’t be changed later. Everyone start moving your belongings in. Once you’re done, the entire hall will be ready to move."

"Yes, My Lord!" they all shouted in unison, their hands clasped in salute. Then, one by one, they departed in a flurry of excitement to gather their belongings.

After the others had gone, Cheng Zongyang and Luo Dingran entered the specially established trading room for the Jade Stone Market.

"How is the clearing of the Huining Plain proceeding?" Cheng Zongyang asked with concern. In his mind, this place, which he had personally named, held great promise.

The Huining Plain was a location he had scouted out before. The appearance of the Hall of Ten Thousand Races hadn’t just renovated its interior; it had also transformed the environment for a dozen or so meters around it. As soon as everyone moved their things into the Hall, the entire relocation could be completed at once.

Aside from the Hall itself, the only other things to be moved were three fish ponds.

The three fish ponds were located within a one-li radius, but he had decided against moving them. He would leave them here to continue their Reproduction and let the fish make their own way to the sea.

Ever since receiving the Migration Order, they had mostly stopped cultivating crops on Snow Moon Peak in preparation for the move. Farming efforts were now concentrated on the large, reclaimed fields near Botao Town.

"My Lord, the main area of the Huining Plain has been cleared, totaling a little over six hundred mu. The main issue is a shortage of Soul Slaves, as most are busy tilling the land and cultivating crops and Medicinal Materials in Botao Town.

However, these six hundred mu have been deep-plowed, cleared, and completely transformed. The main roads are paved with bluestone, the environment is tranquil, waterways have been properly channeled, and the flora has been arranged in an orderly fashion. It’s essentially ready to serve as the headquarters for our base. As for the surrounding land, the Soul Slaves will continue to work on it until it’s suitable for farming."

Luo Dingran reported respectfully.

Cheng Zongyang fell silent for a moment, not saying much. ’If Luo Dingran says so, then there shouldn’t be any problems.’

He thought to himself, ’If the six hundred-odd mu are as Luo Dingran described, then it’s basically been developed into a manor estate.’

So, while everyone was busy moving, Cheng Zongyang and Luo Dingran teleported to the Huining Plain.
