Chapter 3735: Unquestionably True! III

The panel crafted beneath his title as the Weaver of Existence was deceptively small. But if he focused, truly focused, it unfolded like a boundless tome, an ever-expanding record chronicling every crevice of his being.

What he saw revealed the stark divide between himself and all others.

Thanks to his Living Wheel, his Complexity and Purity Quotients had long surpassed even that of the Holder of the True Source of Asche.

Now, all that remained was to harness his sources while enduring the unbearable strain of a terrifying Construct.

BOOM!

His thoughts shifted to her.

The woman whose very presence blended into the fabric of Existence itself.

The Infiniverse.

She had changed- utterly transformed.

Now she stood glorious and terrifying, adorned in a radiant battle bodysuit woven from fragments of the True Frequencies of Existence themselves. Rivers of verdant Continuity, violet Entropy, and glowing blue Manadynamics pulsed across her form like living veins of power. A white-gold mask hid her face, infinity symbols etched where her eyes should be- watching beyond all time and space. She didn't want her master to see her like this.

Not while she handed him a beating.

Her presence exuded Quintessence, Paradox, and a weight so vast that even Existence itself bowed around her.

And it wasn't an exaggeration.

To battle the Infiniverse wasn't to face one being.

It was to challenge a Living Wheel of Existence.

Every strike of hers bore the fury of a True Frequency- not just a skill, not a technique, but the embodied force of terrifying Complexity and Purity carved into form.

Continuity severed the start of Noah's Singed eruption before he even released it. Entropy corroded trillions of runes before they could be born. And Manadynamics… allowed her to shift between Frequencies in the blink of an eye.

Moments ago, golden sand had erupted from her as the allure of the True Source of Dreams bloomed, swallowing the battlefield in stellar sandy gold radiance—seeking to plunge every True Source into eternal slumber.

The distant Nascent Source-Bearer Complexity Legends had already succumbed, their True Sources slipping into an endless dream they would never wake from unless through death.

Fighting her felt like standing at the center of the Wheel of Existence itself, spinning faster than time.

Even his survival here… was far from certain.

He glanced at her status panel:

Her Purity was immense.

Far beyond the reach of most others.

BOOM!

Master, your focus isn't fully on me.

The Infiniverse's voice echoed within him as Noah found himself surrounded- shattered fragments of four different True Frequencies floating around him.

Each fragment burned with Purity at Limited Absolute levels. Though it didn't reach Primarch status, its uniqueness made it impossible to endure.

And then…

The Transient Paradoxical Living True Source of Ember Eternum has exceeded its limit and enters rest.

Your state of Paradox is both resting and not resting.

You may call upon Ember Eternum again in one hour. Its state may vary depending on which Fixed and Null Aspects are selected.

…!

The impenetrable shield around him vanished.

Ember Eternum faded, leaving only his core True Sources.

All around him, terrifying walls formed—fragments of Entropy, Continuity, Manadynamics, and Dreams crashing down from all directions.

And above him… appeared the one who had barely moved until now.

Ruination.

A living prophecy of collapse.

Her form shimmered in tight crimson-gold battle wraps- exotic, ancient, breathtaking. In her grasp, a massive crimson-gold scimitar pulsed with a ruinous aura. Its blade was etched with millions of tiny Ruined Wheels, each depicting a different Breaking of the Wheel.

She was the whisper of the end, again and again.

Her status panel flashed into being

She had poured every ounce of her Source into that devastating scimitar- artifact of collapse itself.

And Noah...he was cornered!

So he called out.

"Infinite Bloom."

HUUUM!

A boundless ocean of blue mana erupted from him.

And Ruination's figure multiplied.

The Fragments hurled down by the Infiniverse multiplied too, every attack stretched toward infinity as they began to pay the cost.

But unlike others… the Infiniverse and Ruination were tied to him.

They could tap into his Infinite Mana.

Which meant their weavings didn't diminish, they swelled.

Again. And again. Their attacks became even more catastrophic.

Even the scattered Legends watching paled- The Great Beyonder, Arthur, Resplendent Monads both.. stood horrified.

Because those layers upon layers of assault would destroy them many times over.

And yet Noah...Noah stood.

Floated!

Grand and Quintessential!

Arms wide as if embracing the storm.

As if he welcomed Death, and had allowed the emergence of Infinite Bloom so that it could happen!

…!

BZZT!

All that power- every crashing fragment, every looming strike...paused mere inches from him an instant later.

Ruination panted, drawing her scimitar back and hundreds of her forms vanishing back into her being.

The countless fragments the Infiniverse had summoned froze… then withdrew.

The Infiniverse's mask shimmered, dazed.

Ruination's form trembled.

I…

I…

They both tried to speak.

And Noah...his eyes were sharp as blades.

"You can't bring yourselves to kill your Master? Not even while knowing it wouldn't be true death and complete collapse?"

…!

At the very last instant… they couldn't do it.

The weavings of the Infiniverse and Ruination faltered.

Because even now, he was still their Master.

He understood them and why they did so.

It was akin to a human undergoing a surgery while they were awake, seeing their beating heart, and then taking a knife to stab it!

An unnatural action.

But for the sake of complexity and purity…

"Even I have to die."

HUUM!

"Everybody in this Crucible…has to die!"

…!
