I Really Am A Villain

Ch. 1793 - Black Whale Ocean

Boom.

The Death God of Heavenly Arrows slammed heavily into the ground.

Deathly mist surged violently around him. With just a single strike from Xu Zimo, the overwhelming power was like rivers overturning and seas churning.

The Death God of Heavenly Arrows’ expression changed drastically.

He asked, “What level of True God Blood was that?”

“Does that even need asking?” Xu Zimo replied calmly.

“With the Three Corpses as the dividing line, someone like you is nothing more than an ant.”

“You dare trespass into my Mirage Tides Heaven. That alone means certain death,” the Death God of Heavenly Arrows said coldly.

“Even if I die in battle today, my lord will avenge me and revive me.”

The beings of the Mirage Tides Heaven seemed unafraid of death.

They knew that as long as the Lord of Death showed mercy, they could be revived.

The Death God of Heavenly Arrows slowly rose to his feet.

Just one blow from Xu Zimo had left him gravely injured, like a blade of grass swaying in a storm, ready to fall at any moment.

He spat out a mouthful of blood, spraying it directly onto his dark bow.

This was his own True God Blood.

Though it could not compare to the blood Xu Zimo had consumed, this True God Blood was the strongest power he possessed.

As his True God Blood was expelled, the aura around the Death God of Heavenly Arrows visibly weakened.

“With this arrow, either you die or I do,” he said calmly.

His eyes were filled with killing intent.

The bowstring was drawn back. Rolling momentum surged like a mighty river rushing into the sea, never to return.

This was a life-sacrificing arrow.

He placed everything he had into this single shot.

The arrow roared. Space twisted and collapsed.

The Death God of Heavenly Arrows’ face became contorted.

Boom, boom.

Xu Zimo did not stop him. He simply watched calmly.

Finally, when the arrow left the bowstring and shot forward, Xu Zimo’s vision was once again filled completely.

That razor-sharp arrow seemed capable of piercing everything.

Xu Zimo lifted his head and stared straight at it.

He did not move at all, as if he had been frightened into stupor.

Only when the arrow was less than a meter away did Xu Zimo raise his right hand.

This behavior was arrogant, even reckless.

After all, the speed of the dark arrow was terrifying. At a distance of one meter, it would not even need a second to pierce him.

But Xu Zimo was that confident.

Because he knew that before absolute strength, everything else was meaningless.

Boom.

A violent explosion erupted in his palm.

The Death God of Heavenly Arrows lifted his head, eyes filled with shock, mouth hanging open, unable to close for a long time.

That arrow had been caught by Xu Zimo with a single hand.

Though the dark arrow carried unstoppable force meant to destroy everything, Xu Zimo seized it with overwhelming dominance.

This was something the Death God of Heavenly Arrows had never imagined.

He had considered that this arrow might fail to kill Xu Zimo.

But he never expected it to be resolved so effortlessly.

“You…” The Death God of Heavenly Arrows opened his mouth, but no words came out.

“Have you decided how you want to die?” Xu Zimo said with a smile.

“I’m quite merciful. I’ll let you die by your own arrow.”

He lifted the dark arrow in his hand and hurled it straight at the Death God of Heavenly Arrows.

At this moment, his strength was terrifying. His arm was like a pair of heaven-supporting pillars.

The dark arrow flew out, transforming into a torrent of darkness that drowned and annihilated everything in its path.

Bang.

When the dark arrow pierced through the neck of the Death God of Heavenly Arrows, his body was almost completely torn apart.

Behind him, the fused Four Ultimate Death Gods were forcibly separated.

Whether it was the Broad-Eyed Death God or the others, all four were skewered like candied hawthorns, pierced in a line and finally nailed to the passage leading into the inner domain.

“What a pity. I didn’t intend to kill you,” Xu Zimo shook his head.

“But you insisted on blocking my path. Death was inevitable.”

He turned his gaze toward Elder Ming, murderous intent surging in his eyes, killing aura nearly solidifying.

Elder Ming was startled badly.

He had thought the Four Ultimate Death Gods would deal with Xu Zimo. He never expected Xu Zimo to still have such a trump card.

He had to admit he had underestimated him.

“Lead the way,” Xu Zimo said calmly.

“I’m going to the teleportation formation for Jade Court.”

“You’re not going to meet our Lord of Death?” Elder Ming asked hurriedly.

“I’ve caused such a huge commotion. If he wants to see me, there’s no need for me to go to him. He’ll come uninvited,” Xu Zimo replied indifferently.

Elder Ming thought about it and realized that was true.

The Lord of Death rarely showed himself, but everything that happened in the Mirage Tides Heaven, down to every blade of grass and every tree, was likely within his awareness.

Nothing could be hidden from him.

The passage into the inner domain was a great door.

It was said that the Mirage Tides Heaven had originally been a single whole. Later, when the Lord of Death appeared, he split the domain in two, forming the outer and inner domains.

Xu Zimo walked up to the door and pushed it open with a single motion.

In that instant, countless cackling sounds poured into his ears.

Xu Zimo lifted his head.

Beyond the door was another world.

A world belonging to darkness and the dead.

The sky was black. There was no land beneath, only black rivers.

This was an ocean.

Within it, dark creatures swam through the waters, while baleful energies soared through the sky.

On closer inspection, the entire sea was formed from condensed deathly mist.

This was no ordinary ocean.

It was a sea that permeated the entire inner domain. One could only imagine how much deathly mist was required to form such a vast ocean.

“Welcome to the Mirage Tides Heaven,” a resonant voice rang out.

Before Xu Zimo, a massive black whale came to a halt.

A black-haired man stood atop the whale’s back, smiling.

“It’s been many years. This is the first time a living person has arrived. Naturally, we should have some fun.”

“Black Whale Guardian,” Elder Ming greeted respectfully.

Although Elder Ming was an Infinite Dao cultivator with a certain status in the inner domain, he still showed courtesy toward this man.

The Black Whale Legion was the strongest legion in the entire inner domain, tasked with patrolling it.

Anyone who violated the rules became souls under their blades.

The Black Whale Guardian before them was especially important. He was the closest subordinate of the Black Whale General.

To a large extent, his words represented the Black Whale General’s will.

“Elder Ming, your matters can wait,” the Black Whale Guardian said with a wave of his hand, his gaze fixed on Xu Zimo.

“You being able to enter the inner domain is proof of your strength in itself. I am merely carrying out orders. Thirty million miles ahead lies the territory of the Black Whale Sea. If you can survive crossing it, someone will naturally be waiting for you at the end.”

“Is this the Lord of Death’s intention?” Xu Zimo asked with interest.

“I am only responsible for delivering the message,” the Black Whale Guardian replied without answering directly, making a gesture of invitation.

Immediately after, the black whale beneath his feet plunged straight into the sea and vanished.

Xu Zimo did not rush in.

Instead, he looked at Elder Ming and asked, “What’s different about this place?”
