I Really Am A Villain

Ch. 1781 - Saint Sovereign Ancestor

“I am the one who will wipe out the Ancient Relicfolk,” Paimon said with a light chuckle.

The moment those words fell, it was as if a thousand waves were stirred at once. The entire particle world of the Ancient Relicfolk erupted into chaos.

“How dare you!”

“You’re seeking your own death, daring to provoke our Ancient Relicfolk like this.”

“You will be destroyed today.”

Countless voices shouted in anger, yet Paimon remained calm and composed.

The old man who had stepped forward earlier did not speak. He appeared exceptionally calm, narrowing his eyes as he studied Paimon.

Anyone who dared say such words was either a madman or truly possessed terrifying strength.

At a moment like this, he did not believe Paimon was insane. So where did his confidence come from?

He carefully sensed Paimon’s aura.

To his shock, he could not see through him at all. Paimon’s body felt like a pool of stagnant water.

The only time he had felt something like this before was from the strongest person in their clan.

His heart sank.

The old man’s name was Heaven-Seer, the Patriarch of the Ancient Relicfolk.

At least on the surface, he was the one in charge.

Feeling the opponent’s terrifying strength, Heaven-Seer let out a sigh.

“Some time ago, I divined a hexagram. Do you know what kind of hexagram it was? I had never encountered anything like it before.”

Heaven-Seer shook his head.

“It was an ultimate death hexagram. I was destined to die, but the Ancient Relicfolk still had a chance of survival. That’s why I brought the important members of the race into this particle world and used a false death to escape. I never expected that it still wouldn’t deceive you. You must be the ones indicated by that death hexagram.”

Hearing this, Xu Zimo smiled faintly.

“The divination of your Ancient Relicfolk really is impressive. No wonder you could transcend the shackles of heaven and earth and sense the world beyond.”

At those words, Heaven-Seer’s expression changed drastically.

He hurriedly replied, “What do you mean? I don’t quite understand.”

“No, you understand perfectly. You’re just very good at pretending not to,” Xu Zimo said with a smile.

“Since we’re already here, you should know there’s no need to hide many things anymore. Why not speak openly?”

“What do you want to talk about?” Heaven-Seer asked warily.

“I want to know the full story, from beginning to end,” Xu Zimo replied.

Heaven-Seer fell silent.

“Many things are not for me to decide.”

“Then bring out the one who can decide,” Xu Zimo said calmly.

“The ancestor is in seclusion. He may not have the time,” Heaven-Seer replied.

“Paimon, kill some of them,” Xu Zimo said indifferently. “Some people don’t know how to appreciate my kindness.”

“As you command,” Paimon replied.

He waved his hand.

Endless demonic energy surged forth, and a power like collapsing mountains and overturning seas swept across the area.

Several pillars of demonic energy shot into the sky, trapping dozens of Ancient Relicfolk members inside.

As the demonic energy shredded them, blood instantly filled the air.

“Stop!” Heaven-Seer shouted, but it was already too late.

“I originally wanted to give your Ancient Relicfolk a chance,” Xu Zimo said calmly.

“But if you don’t want to cherish it, then we might as well wipe out the race. Do you think I came here to negotiate with you? This is fate. You don’t have the right to refuse.”

Heaven-Seer was furious.

He pierced his own finger, using blood as ink, and began writing bloody characters in midair.

“Let heaven be forbidden. Curse of decline and death.”

Heaven-Seer roared.

At that instant, a mysterious power erupted from his body, carrying an aura of life and death.

Centered on Heaven-Seer, dense runic characters appeared all around him.

Like a raging flood, these characters surged toward Xu Zimo.

Xu Zimo made no attempt to resist, allowing the power to pierce his body as the characters spread across his surface.

Within the God World, he was the creator of all power.

Killing him was nearly impossible.

Even injuring him was extraordinarily difficult.

As the characters settled, a force of curse spread from them.

They were actually trying to drain his life force.

“Heaven-born, earth-nurtured runes?” Xu Zimo said with interest.

“This world has treated you quite well. It’s a pity your Ancient Relicfolk has forgotten gratitude.”

With that, Xu Zimo waved his hand.

One by one, the runic characters began to fall away.

Heaven-Seer’s expression changed as he realized his curse runes were no longer under his control.

“Let you taste this feeling as well,” Xu Zimo said, waving his hand again.

All the characters surged toward Heaven-Seer.

“How is this possible?” Heaven-Seer cried out in shock, retreating rapidly.

But how could his speed compare to the runes?

In an instant, the characters wrapped around him, frantically draining his life force.

“Patriarch!” the surrounding Ancient Relicfolk members shouted.

Yet faced with Xu Zimo’s overwhelming power, none dared step forward.

Heaven-Seer collapsed to the ground, rolling and screaming.

His cries made everyone shudder in fear.

After an unknown amount of time, Heaven-Seer finally struggled to say, “Stop. I’ll tell you.”

Xu Zimo waved his hand, retrieving all the runes.

Heaven-Seer lay on the ground, his hair completely white, as if he had aged decades in an instant.

“If you were going to talk anyway, why go through all this?” Xu Zimo said with a faint smile.

“Go on.”

“Our Ancient Relicfolk serves as messengers between the divine, beasts, and immortals,” Heaven-Seer said weakly.

“The conflicts among the myriad races have lasted too long. They wanted a ceasefire. We were just passing messages.”

“At a time like this, you’re still not being honest,” Xu Zimo snorted.

With a single slash, he severed both of Heaven-Seer’s arms.

“Don’t. I’m not finished yet,” Heaven-Seer howled, enduring the pain.

“That’s all I know. Go find our ancestor. We all act according to the ancestor’s orders.”

Xu Zimo narrowed his eyes and instructed, “Take him with us.”

Paimon grabbed Heaven-Seer by the collar and dragged him deeper into the particle world.

The other members of the Ancient Relicfolk watched silently, not daring to utter a word.

The scenery inside this particle world was extremely beautiful.

Calling it a paradise on earth would not be an exaggeration. The Ancient Relicfolk truly knew how to enjoy life.

Members like Du Xiaozhuang, whose talent was mediocre, were sent to live in Ancient Town to draw attention.

Those with good talent lived here, cultivating in peace.

Passing through green mountains and flowing waters, a vast peach forest appeared ahead.

It was spring all year round here, the peach blossoms forever in full bloom.

Stepping on fallen petals, they walked straight ahead.

Soon, a dew-filled canyon appeared, with a roaring waterfall at its end.

The waterfall looked as if it descended straight from the heavens.

And within the waterfall sat a child.

The child was dressed very maturely, with long, thick hair and even a beard, wearing a loose black robe.

The contrast between maturity and childishness was striking, even absurd.

The moment he saw Xu Zimo, the child did not hesitate at all and attempted to tear open space to escape.

“Don’t waste your effort. This particle world has already been sealed by me,” Xu Zimo said with a smile.

The child came back to his senses, his gaze deep and inscrutable.
