Chapter 1925: 24.186 Sixth Violet Star - Competition Venue

The announcement of the school competition had left almost all the students in the academy both shocked and excited, especially with the reward of the winning class to receive more resources than what they are allotted with. This is important for the F-Class. Even though they were provided by the second best classroom, their resources compared to the other class is the lowest. If they want to receive the best support from the academy they need to rank in this competition at least.

The reason the students are even happier about the competition is because the two princes of the beastman race are not going to attend. They had also asked for a special vacation and will not be back until the day of the competition. Long Juedi and Haerin had an inkling that the marshal’s downfall had something to do with those. This is what came to their mind when they heard the story from Nangong Rui’s side. Compared to rumors, information to the one involved is closer to the truth.

So for the three months, all the students had been training seriously as if their life depended on it. Of course these three months didn’t take long and finally passed as easy as breathing and eating. On the first day of the competition, the students of F-Class gathered in the hall wearing their armors and carrying their weapons.

There is also a possibility of one attempting to harm them to force cancel beast merging and transformation. That’s why armors and weapons were used and it’s all to protect themselves.

With the F-class only Long Juedi and Nan Jiang were wearing thick heavy kind of simple armor. Their strength within the class is the highest and with this armor they can go reckless at some close combats.

No one can deny the fact that even heavy kinds of beasts like elephants and rhinoceros can be contracted. Most those who signed contracts with these kinds of beasts had more inclination to focus on increasing their weight and power. They are also the hardest kind to deal with as they can be considered tanks which can hardly be defeated with melee attacks.

There are also those kinds of accessories for Spirit tamers. Elemental jades made to jewelries are in trend among spirit tamers. They had to choose the right elemental stone though to notice the buff effect on them. Most of them wear simple armor like leather armor that protects the heart and a wand which increases the output of qi to their spirit realm door.

As for Cao Wanji, he is more like a random kind of beast tamer so his armor was done simple but useful to accommodate his needs at each merging.

Lord An Shizhe said, "Let’s go. The venue for the preliminaries had been given away."

The World Eater had been waiting for them to arrive. Since they had gathered, they can now head to the venue for the competition.

Haerin asked, "Grandpa An, where are we going?"

Lord An Shizhe had received the permission to enter the Ancient Forest and a teleportation scroll which is most likely provided by the God of Destruction was given to the academy and is distributed to each class.

The venue is the outer region of the ancient forest. With the permission of the Beastmen leader, Huzi, this Mythical Ninetailed fox, the students and the academy were temporarily allowed to come to the ancient forest. Though it’s only the outskirts, the ancient forest had always been as big as the Barren lands. The only difference is that this place is fertile.

After the teleportation scroll was torn, the whole F-Class had disappeared from their class hall and suddenly reappeared in a forest. Those towering trees with uncontracted beasts of all kinds. This is the forest with the richest abundance. The Ancient Forest which is the territory of the beastmen.

Except for Haerin, and Long Juedi who lives here and Lord An Shizhe who had come over most of the time wasn’t that surprised about this forest. But for others this place is considered a legendary place that it’s hard for the other race to enter inside.

Plus, with gods like Hei Anjing and Ye Xiajie residing in this kind of place made this forest completely different from before. It was covered in all kinds of formations and it covered the whole forest. This time the formation had been adjusted and the outer region was opened for the students this year.

Everyone looks around and finds students from the classes looking at them and the other group beside them which is the Genius Class. Then they heard the rambling of the people around them whispering to one another.

"Is that the F-Class?"

"How lucky they are to have a hero as a teacher!?"

"They are the lowest ranked students, which means they are not talented."

"The A-Class had been angered because of the F-Class."

"That classroom should have been their class’s territory but was taken over by the F-Class and Lord An!"

"Lord An should teach the A-Class instead of a group of failures like them."

All kinds of unwanted words lingered in the area but most of those in F-Class didn’t care. After all, they only need to prove themselves that they aren’t untalented. That Lord An Shizhe shouldn’t have taught the weakest class but the A-Class instead.
