Chapter 736: Love Steps Toward Godhood
Inside the leading crimson-gold warship, the atmosphere was much quieter than before.
The Volcanion Dragon Clan envoys stood in the main command hall, their expressions still complicated after what they had just witnessed.
Volkrath stood before the wide viewing window, looking toward the distant shape of [Divine Celestial Gym Island No.1].
For several seconds, he said nothing.
Then he slowly turned around and looked at the Volcanion members, especially Varkhazan. "I want all of you to remember something."
Varkhazan immediately lowered his head slightly. "Please speak, Lord Volkrath."
Volkrath’s golden-red eyes became serious. "From now on, you need to respect God Gym."
The hall became quiet.
Several Volcanion envoys frowned slightly.
Volkrath continued, emphasizing his point. "Especially that man, Garion. Even though he is not a God yet, he is truly abnormal."
Varkhazan’s expression changed. "Lord Volkrath..."
Volkrath raised one hand, stopping him. "Do not misunderstand. I am not praising him casually."
He looked back toward the distant island. "That ability he calls [Black Hole] is no ordinary ability of a celestial being."
Volkrath looked down at his own hand and clenched it into a fist. "It can even swallow my divine ability, break through my domain, and devour an entire planet."
The Volcanion envoys fell silent.
Volkrath’s eyes narrowed slightly. "Even I am not fifty percent certain I can defeat him if we truly fight to the end."
This time, the hall shook with silent shock.
Varkhazan could no longer hide his disbelief. "But Lord Volkrath, you are a God. A being who has transcended the Celestial Realm."
"Yes." Volkrath nodded calmly. "And that is exactly why my judgment matters."
No one spoke again.
Meanwhile, Dravion, Patriarch of the branch Ignis Dragon Clan in the Astral Cosmic World, had remained silent since entering the ship.
Beside him, Elder Varan looked deeply shocked after hearing what Volkrath had said about Garion.
Dravion finally turned toward him. "Elder Varan."
Varan immediately responded, "Patriarch."
Dravion’s expression turned serious as he gave his order. "When we return, we must report this matter to the main clan."
Varan’s eyes sharpened. "You mean..."
Dravion nodded. "The Volcanion Dragon Clan has already begun establishing a good relationship with God Gym. We cannot afford to fall behind."
Kaelvar stood nearby, his expression complicated.
Dravion looked toward him for a moment, then continued, "If we handle this properly, perhaps Kaelvar and some of our branch members may even gain the chance to return to the main Ignis Dragon Clan."
Varan’s breathing became slightly heavier as for a branch clan, returning to the main clan was not a small matter.
It was basically a combination of status, opportunity, and future prospects, meaning that the branch clan had become so outstanding that the main clan could no longer afford to ignore them and had no choice but to accept them back.
Dravion looked back toward [Divine Celestial Gym Island No.1] in the distance. "And that chance may come from Garion."
His voice became low. "That man is no longer someone our branch can afford to treat casually."

Meanwhile, back on [Divine Celestial Gym Island No.1], the atmosphere had finally become lively again.
The only ones left in the main hall were Garion, Rachel, Atlas, and the core members of God Gym.
For a while, everyone simply looked at Garion with strange expressions.
Valtor was the first one who could not hold back. "Master, that was fucking amazing!"
Dahlia nodded with rare seriousness. "You really swallowed an entire planet."
Mersha’s eyes still carried dangerous excitement. "Master, can I study that [Black Hole] later?"
Arden immediately stepped away from her. "Please don’t."
Seira stared at Garion quietly before giving a small nod. "Your strength has clearly entered another level."
Raviel crossed his arms. "That attack was not something a normal cultivator should possess."
Aveline gave Garion a calm but approving look. "It seems your recent ascension was successful."
Garion raised both hands with a helpless expression. "Okay, okay. I know. I am really good."
Atlas floated beside him and rolled his eyes.
[Your humility is truly inspiring.]
Garion ignored him completely and turned toward Rachel. "Rachel, come here."
Rachel blinked slightly but still walked toward him. "What is it?"
Garion’s expression became more serious. "In one month, I’m going to that meeting with Volkrath."
Rachel nodded. "I know."
Garion pointed at her. "The meeting won’t be simple, and I want you to accompany me. So, let’s strengthen you a little more first."
Rachel paused.
The others also fell silent.
Garion continued with a grin, "You’ve already built the right foundation... at least, I think so. So let’s toughen you up a bit, just like I did with myself."
Rachel immediately understood what he meant.
Her eyes moved toward the deeper area of the island. "You want me to enter the [Divine Celestial Ascension Hall]?"
Garion nodded. "Exactly."
Rachel looked toward the direction of the [Divine Celestial Ascension Hall] for several seconds before her expression gradually became firm. "Okay."
Garion raised an eyebrow. "That fast?"
Rachel turned back toward him and nodded. "I’ll enter the [Divine Celestial Ascension Hall]."
Her voice was calm, but there was a clear determination beneath it. "After all, I am your wife. If I’m going to accompany you to that meeting, I cannot be weak."
The main hall became quiet again.
Dahlia’s lips curved slightly. "Good answer."
Aveline looked at Rachel with approval. "A fitting resolve."
Raviel nodded once. "Strength is necessary if you wish to stand beside someone who keeps walking into danger."
Garion pointed at Raviel. "Hey, that sounded like an insult."
Raviel replied flatly, "It was an observation."
Atlas immediately added,
[A very accurate one.]
Garion ignored both of them and looked back at Rachel with a satisfied expression. "Good."
He held out his hand again. "Then let’s build your new demigod body of love."
Rachel’s composed expression almost cracked.
Dahlia turned her head away and coughed.
Valtor stared blankly. "What the hell is a demigod body of love?"
Mersha instantly raised her notebook. "Actually, I also want to know."
Arden grabbed her wrist. "No, you don’t."
Rachel stared at Garion for a moment before finally letting out a helpless sigh. "You could have said that in a more normal way."
Garion grinned. "Where’s the fun in that?"
Atlas floated beside him with a tired expression.
[For the record, that is not the official name of the process.]
Garion waved his hand. "It is now."
[No, it is absolutely not.]
Rachel shook her head, but a faint smile still appeared on her face.
In the end, she placed her hand in Garion’s palm and nodded. "Alright."
Garion’s grin widened. "Good. Let’s go."
Together, the two of them left the main hall and headed toward the deepest part of [Divine Celestial Gym Island No.1], where the golden-black light of the [Divine Celestial Ascension Hall] silently waited.
