He was almost on his last breath after escaping from the palace and had no idea how he survived till now. The children in his belly were about to come out in a few months and yet he didn’t even have the energy to open his eyes.

The prince was very worried that he would die and leave his wife behind, he did not want his wife to be left alone as she had shed tears many times while worrying about him not wanting her.

He knew that if he died his wife would follow soon, how could he be willing?

The mammy heaved a sigh of relief as she turned around and brought some grapes, watermelon and slightly redder mangoes.

They did not look good as they had been left inside the carriage for a long but Ye Liu did not have the heart to ignore a pregnant mer in need. He took the fruits as well as the money that the mammy handed to him and then gave them the ginseng.

Feeling like he had made a loss.
