Chapter 6826: Apexblade

“Gu Chun Extinguish.” The emissary’s dark law fused with murderous intent, turning into an energy scythe. Its length spanned from one side of the galaxy to another.

After one swing, it split into countless energy scythes, mincing everything along the way. Since Dark Desire was ever-present in Stygian, the move was amplified.

The four overlords didn’t hold back and obliterated this region. Golden Lamp became trapped in a storm, on the verge of flipping over.

However, the illuminated dao heart’s protection allowed it to flow without suffering actual damage.

“Bam!” Dark Emissary staggered backward. Blood stained his black shroud.

Despite being strong, he couldn’t win against three overlords and became grievously injured. The three were also bloodied but only with flesh wounds.

“You will be the first before all of Dark Realm.” Gluttonous Wolf roared.

All in all, the old members of the alliance still viewed Dark Realm as outsiders.

“Extinguish.” Dark Emissary said nothing and kept on swinging his scythe.

The trio had the absolute advantage and performed their killing moves.

“Clank!” Suddenly, a sword intent erupted, aiming straight for their weak spots. This forced them to use a defensive dao instead.

The wolf utilized the essences of the moon, creating a temporal domain to prevent anyone from getting close. The eagle changed his saber into indestructible walls of blade. As for Depravity Abyss, he entered his black hole to hide.

However, this sword dao was one of killing. It pierced through time and space without any issue.

“Ahh!” All three were struck in the heart.

Dark Emissary became alarmed and sent another wave of scythes as a defense. Unfortunately, the will to kill still pierced his heart.

The assailant was a thin middle-aged man with sharp facial features. His murderous intent engulfed the battlefield. His reason for living seemed to be killing. He was death incarnate without any impurity.

“Apexblade.” Thunder Emperor was startled to see him.

Stygian gave him the title of Apexblade. No one knew his true name. He had appeared at Tinyleaf before and slaughtered the demons from Frenzy.

He was certainly not a native of Stygian. When he arrived, he killed numerous members of Devouring Alliance.

They tried to hunt him down but were never able to find him. Whenever he appeared, it was already with sword drawn and lives taken.

As he stood there, his murderous aura seeped into all things – every tree, every stone, every inch of space and soil. The power of darkness and Dark Desire were also affected.

“Apexblade…” The overlords murmured.

Stygian wasn’t the place to groom assassins. However, a mighty one was before them.

“What is the meaning of this?” The wolf asked, intimidated by the unblockable sword dao.
