Chapter 6637: Too Late
Chapter 6637: Too Late
Many heaved a sigh of relief because the threat of tribulation had dispersed. Calamities could finally be seen – a youth wearing a cheap robe with many cloth bags sewn to it.
Despite his age, he had an absurd braid pointing at the sky and a bowl cut, making him appear utterly comical and far removed from what people imagined an overlord should be.
Some noticed a black stone growing on his chest, seemingly impossible to remove.
“Whoosh!” A shadow appeared next to him.
“Who are you?!” Calamities delivered a palm strike, enough to destroy stars without being imbued with tribulation.
However, the figure easily blocked his attack. Shockwaves emanated and crushed the stars nearby. Primal ancestors and heaven-slayers screamed in pain while being blasted away.
“Sixth-sense Ancestor!” Spectators recognized him.
An apex primal ancestor shouldn’t be able to block an overlord yet he did. His dark eyes could suck anyone inside.
Moreover, immortal strands flowed around him, painting a different world behind him.
“He’s not Sixth-sense!” Grand Preceptor shouted.
“Then that’s not Light God either!” Godstallion noticed Light God’s current state while standing behind World Seal.
Initially, people assumed the three immortals’ blessing protected him. Upon closer inspection, Light God was entirely different and his eyes resembled Sixth-sense’s.
“Fiendish Ground!” Calamities shouted.
“It’s too late.” Sixth-sense held a stone key and inserted it into the black stone on Calamities’ chest.
“Crackle.” The stone began to break apart, piece by piece.
“!” Calamities could only watch the lock being opened.
“So wonderful, it’s a shame I couldn’t keep it back then.” Sixth-sense remarked.
Heavenshroud Stone originally came from Fiendish Ground but Jiao Heng and Baihu obtained it through trickery. Since Fiendish Ground was the original owner, he knew how to open it.
He stared at the tribulations within in amazement. Although the stone was amazing, he couldn’t use it back then due to the dangerous tribulations.
Now, World Seal was suppressing them and Calamities, allowing Sixth-sense to open it. This stone was rather useful now and he had the right vessel.
A bolt within was special, seemingly alive. It was different from the other tribulations. It glimmered beautifully like the first light in existence, granting hope to all living beings. It resembled the brightest star more than a dangerous tribulation.
Others had no idea this was the origin of all tribulations. Others wanted to touch it instead of running away.
Sixth-sense grasped it to take it away.
However, thunderous detonations erupted with the rage of the high heaven. This was on a different scale compared to Calamities’ attacks.
They surged outward, wanting to summon more from the high heaven. The beautiful bolt transformed into a raging, primal beast. The stark contrast shocked everyone.
Sixth-sense channeled his immortal power, suppressing all lesser cultivators.
Alas, it was too late. Space started cracking above him, revealing the power of the high heaven.
Three Immortals World was as tiny as a speck of dust, let alone its inhabitants. No one was above the high heaven regardless of their cultivation.
