The young master seems completely misled by her lie.

After breakfast, while washing the dishes, Harrison Lucas was annoyed. How could she tell the young master there was nothing wrong?

Sure enough, telling one lie requires countless more to cover up.

The lie she told was like a snowball, now it was out of control.

The young master mistakenly thought that after drinking beer, everything was fine, and he just obediently slept through the night.

Tonight he’s going to challenge red wine!

If she were to bury that table full of drinks now, would she still be in time?!

Harrison Lucas shook her head and continued washing dishes, muttering to herself without paying any attention to her surroundings.

Until suddenly, as she continued washing, she felt an unexpected chill in the air, her neck felt cold. What was happening?

Touching her neck and turning around, she unexpectedly faced a scene that was dizzyingly attractive: Ben Lucas standing with just a white bath towel wrapped around his waist, loosely enough that it seemed it might fall at any moment.

His upper body was bare, muscular from years of exercise, eight-pack abs and enticing Adonis belt still dripping with water, utterly captivating.

Images from last night flashed through Harrison Lucas’s mind, where she held this very body and the memory of her taking advantage came to her.

Thinking of the young master drunk, and yet still needing to ’serve’ her, Harrison Lucas’s face uncontrollably blushed.

"Ma-Major General, why are you dressed like this coming down..." Harrison Lucas hesitated as she spoke, not understanding why the young master suddenly showed up in just a bath towel.

Luckily, the kitchen light was off, and the early morning sun slanted through the window bars, making it hard to see Harrison Lucas’s face slowly turning red.

"What’s going on with the body wash and shampoo in my room?" Ben Lucas’s voice was icy, a stark contrast to Harrison Lucas’s inner turmoil.

Harrison Lucas’s eyes showed slight surprise, momentarily puzzled: "Is there a problem?"

"There’s a big problem." Ben Lucas spoke bluntly, "I don’t like that sweet smell, and I don’t understand how the nanny is doing her job."

Changing the toiletries in his room without permission was already a serious offense to Ben Lucas.

Let alone replacing them with body wash that had a sweet fragrance.

This scent, liked only by girls, was completely against his taste, much to his dismay.

"It wasn’t the nanny aunt who changed them, it was me..." Harrison Lucas’s voice was somewhat hoarse, but she still spoke bravely.

The young master didn’t like to use service staff; this nanny aunt was one Commander Scott had permitted to bring in with much effort to take care of the young master.

Harrison Lucas didn’t want the young master to drive the aunt away because of a misunderstanding.

In the military, it’s mostly men; the young master had been cared for by the servants of the Lucas family since childhood, living a life of luxury.

Although the young master didn’t mind and could endure hardship, Harrison Lucas still wanted to provide the young master with a more comfortable living environment.

"You?" Ben Lucas’s deep eyes gazed at her, "Why?"

"Because..." Harrison Lucas bit her lip, she could hardly say it was his own request.

"That body wash was something I bought for myself last time on vacation. It was on sale and there was a giveaway, so I bought extra... Major General, if you don’t like it, I will promptly change it back for you."

"Harrison Lucas, lately you seem to particularly enjoy doing these unnecessary things." Ben Lucas’s voice was cold.

Harrison Lucas’s wavering heart involuntarily tightened.

She kept her head down, hence didn’t see that though Ben Lucas’s voice was cold, his expression had slightly softened.

"Change the body wash and shampoo back... In the future, use less of these things that only appeal to girls." Ben Lucas coldly instructed, then turned and left.

Watching the man walk away, Harrison Lucas’s heart, which was in her throat, finally settled.

The young master...

She lowered her head, feeling an unfamiliar sense of loss she couldn’t control spreading in her heart.
