As Xuan Hao resumed his cultivation with the simple goal of increasing the strength and size of his spiritual sea, outside the Shattered Star Peaks, Elder Song was meeting up with a group of wandering cultivators at the Nascent Soul Realm to narrow down the last few suggestions that the wandering cultivators had for this new city that had already begun construction at the base of the Third Star Peak. The suggestions in question mostly just being a way for the Star Shattering Sect to ensure that the city would be able to attract wandering cultivators by listening to them and hearing them out on what they would want from this new city.

Unsurprisingly, they wanted somewhere similar to the Explorer Union where they could easily exchange different spiritual herbs or other cultivation related resources they found for spirit stones, while also having a place to exchange for things like healing pills or potions and other miscellaneous things that was needed for everyday life, something that was easily solved by the exchange hall that had already been planned and a shop run by the sect's alchemy hall that would now have an easy way to sell off the countless lower quality pills and potions created by younger disciples during alchemy practice.

Outside of a normal request like that, there were also a few rather unique requests from some of the wandering cultivators that Elder Song and the rest of the elders who had come along with him found rather bewildering.

One such request being a group of wandering cultivators represented by a more senior wandering cultivator at the Early Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm, who requested for there to be an easily accessible sewage system throughout the city. Not because they wanted to ensure the cleanliness of the city, but instead because that kind of environment was… Required for some of the more unique self-taught cultivation methods of these wandering cultivators.

Hearing that kind of request, Elder Song and the rest of the elders who had already been planning to implement a sewage system in the new city at the base of the Third Star Peak suddenly found themselves hesitating about doing that after hearing that kind of request. Fearing that agreeing in this kind of situation might end up affecting the reputation of the sect.

In the end, Elder Song decided that would be for the best to ignore this kind of request for a unique cultivation environment inside the city, while still implementing a sewage system without mentioning anything about it to these rather eager wandering cultivators who had almost certainly been beggars in the past before they stepped onto the path of cultivation to come up with that kind of unique cultivation path.

To some extent, it was rather remarkable, as they should have a rather high comprehension to create a unique cultivation path like this on their own and lift themselves out of poverty and step onto the path of cultivation, but… At the same time, Elder Song and the rest wished that such a cultivation path hadn't come into existence in the first place, as they already feared witnessing what kind of mystical techniques and attacks these unique wandering cultivators had. Especially the Nascent Soul Realm cultivator who had represented them and seemed to be a senior figure following this unique path.

As if reaching a silent agreement with the rest of the elders behind him, Elder Song decided that one of the sect's shops inside the new city that would sell cultivation mantra and combat techniques would have a sale when the city was constructed. Selling cultivation manuals all the way up to the Domain Lord Realm for the price of Nascent Soul Realm cultivation manual or potentially all the way down to the price of a normal Core Formation Realm cultivation manual.

Ensuring that these unique wandering cultivators would hopefully see the light and follow another path.

Although… From the look in the eyes of the Nascent Soul Realm cultivator who had come to request a sewage system for the city and those eagerly standing behind him, Elder Song had a feeling that even something like handing them a Soul Ascension Realm cultivation manual would cause them to abandon their path.

Understandable considering it was a path that had likely lifted them from poverty and life as a beggar into a wandering cultivator that stood above normal mortals who had looked down on them in the past.

Without a doubt, this group of rather intriguing wandering cultivators were undoubtedly also the ones that had the strongest dao heart out of all the wandering cultivators that had gathered around the Star Shattering Sect over the past few weeks since the spiritual water flood and the high grade qi spring helped increased the quantity and quality of spiritual qi around the Shattered Star Peaks…

That little interaction aside, the rest of the planning for the new city with the suggestions of the wandering cultivators went off without a hitch, as the new city, named Bright Stone City, began to take shape at the base of the Third Star Peak.

One defying feature being the path going straight through the center of the city leading up the Third Star Peak towards the top of the mountain so those going to the Third Star Peak for a last attempt to breakthrough to the Nascent Soul Realm before their lifespan ran out had a clear path to follow.

At the same time, Elder Song also worked together with the rather sizable number of formation masters that had recently joined the Star Shattering Sect to help somewhat improve the lotus platforms that were used by the wandering cultivators when attempting to breakthrough to the Nascent Soul Realm.

Not making it easy to endure the chaotic qi, but more so making lotus platforms help ease the mind of the cultivator sitting on top it. Ensuring that the one cultivating on top the lotus platform wouldn't be distracted by the chaotic qi that would be ravaging through their bodies during their final attempt at reaching the Nascent Soul Realm.

Of course, the pain couldn't be entirely erased, but it was made easier to endure without taking away the benefits brought by placing oneself in a life-threatening position to grasp at a final ray of hope before death came knocking.

After the newly joined formation masters eagerly completed the task that had been given to them and helped slightly increase the chances of those entering their potential last seclusion on the Third Star Peak breaking through the Nascent Soul Realm, Elder Song had them help laying down several other formations throughout the new city that had begun to take shape.

Not just having them create a few protective formations for the different buildings that was under the sect's control, but also having them work together to create a larger formation that would protect the entire city, while at the same time also drawing in ambient qi between heaven and earth to make cultivation inside the new city easier, something that turned out to a challenging tasks for these formation masters, as formations related to qi gathering was normally something that fell within the scope of Saint Realm Formation Master or those close to reaching that realm.

But… They were more than happy to take on the challenge, as it was also a way for them to improve their own comprehension of the Dao Formations by working together on such a large project.

Together with the Saint Realm Inheritance for the Dao of Formations within the sect that they would be able to gather enough contribution points to read through by completing this task, it was not surprising that these formation masters found themselves fired up when it came to constructing the large-scale formation. Working with such vigor that it encouraged the wandering cultivators already helping in the construction of the new city to work even harder.

At the same time, the sheer scale of the project that was the construction of Bright Stone City, didn't take long to spread outside the core of the Star Shattering Sect's territory centered around the Shattered Star Peak.

Inevitably causing more wandering cultivators to be drawn towards the Shattered Star Peak.

Not just Nascent Soul Realm wandering cultivators and below, but a few wandering cultivators in the Domain Lord Realm also ended up being drawn over after hearing rumors about the improved cultivation environment around the Shattered Star Peak.

The reason for this being that it was difficult for them to find anywhere good to cultivate as wandering cultivators without joining a large empire with Soul Ascension Realm Ancestors behind it or making the deadly journey to the core region of the continent where spiritual qi was more abundant.

Of course, with the abundance in spiritual qi, the dangers would also increase. Especially for wandering cultivators, who didn't stand much of a chance carving out a place of their own in the Core Region of the continent without reaching the Soul Ascension Realm.
