Celia: After Dying in the Apocalypse, I Live Once Again!

Volume 10. Chapter 186: Standing Here, She Realized… (Chapter 1087)

Chapter 186: Standing Here, She Realized...

Pelia: “…”

The woman was clearly stunned into silence… but not from fear. Rather, Pelia was seemingly now dazed by my wife’s beauty. Ah, I forgot that most people aren’t numb/used to how amazing Celia looks…

I won’t fault, nor insult her for this kind of reaction. After all, she did just sit here, while our group undid all of Pelia’s work. There is still a lot of rebuilding that must be done, but Heaven was no longer a desert, you see. Each and every counterfeit Soul Crystal were seized, as well.

Pelia: “So, since you’ve dealt with the higher priority tasks… I am now to face my death, huh? You sure know how to keep a woman waiting, Celia.” She expressed with a haughty tone, doing her best to not sound, nor look terrified.

Celia: “Well, I do have to give you my thanks for being so patient. I hope that you weren’t too bored, Pelia.” She replied with a giggle, not seeming serious in the least.

Pelia: “( ? _ ? )”

God: “What’s wrong? You were so mouthy before, when you beat us and took over Heaven.” She asked with a confused tone.

Pelia: “I…” Was all that she could get out.

The Devil, God, and Pelia as well, are old Higher Beings, which is why their fight was so… traditional. In contrast, Celia was calm, had no aura of “I’m pissed off, and will kill you!” at all.

If it wasn’t for my wife being the lead of this encounter, the mother-daughter duo would have already started the fight; a decent chunk of Heaven soon getting destroyed in the process. Most Higher Beings are majority post-insanity, their long, or in some cases, like ours, endless lives taking a toll on their mental health. Celia doesn’t have any of that baggage, though.

Pelia: “I kidnapped your wife… yet you come to me, sword in hand, God and the Devil by your side… and you haven’t struck me down? Are you, perhaps, mocking me?” She asked with a curious tone.

Celia: “No, I’m not the petty type. Besides, Vulely is fine, unharmed. Even if you did try to harm her; it would have been a short fight, before Vulely could then just escape.” She denied with a shrug, seeing through my potential plans.

The Devil: “…Fuck this! Mother, let us go deal with the rebuilding of Heaven. Celia has this issue of ours settled.” She proposed with a sigh, disarming herself, and then turning to face her wife.

God: “E-eh? But… our petty revenge!” She exclaimed with a feigned, upset tone and expression.

The Devil: “Revenge… isn’t Celia’s style; you and I both know this. Mom, the sooner Heaven is properly put back together… the quicker that we can then go and have fun in bed.” She corrected, grabbing God’s hand, and then vanishing.

Now, it was just Celia and (me in spirit/narration form, but the supposed enemy doesn’t know that) Pelia in the ornate throne room. Quiet for a few minutes, Pelia then got up from her throne, standing firm. She then…

Whoosh!
