After Celia hooked Bale and her wife together, the judge, of course, became extremely partial to our group. For one, Celia only brought vast improvements to this place, not really taking full control over Home; in fact, it is now the most peaceful that Home has ever been.

And Since Runeth was the last to use it, they targeted her; primarily just to make Runeth calm down.

Lily was understating Celia’s aura of power; she is actually the strongest being in existence. Perhaps Guanyu is more powerful… but neither of them have bothered to clash; which would be required to figure this out.
