Celia was honestly confused by Runeth’s answer, looking at us both like we were the crazy ones. How is that even slightly possible?! She left so quickly… that I have no doubt that it was because Celia wanted to go on a matchmaking spree!

If we created a pyramid of Celia’s needs, matchmaking would be very high on it… for strangers! If she was finding spouses for those she cares about, I wouldn’t be shocked if such a thing ranked near the damn near top!…

Celia: “Ah, I planned on doing so… only just until either of you lightly begged me to stop. Don’t forget that I love getting unique reactions out of my family members.” She answered with a cheeky tone.

Vulely: “Wait… So you actually are doing what we assumed?!” I exclaimed in shock.

Celia: “Finding Runeth’s wife? Yes, I am. I fail to see how that is a problem… I did make a deal with Runeth. Am I being charged of the crime of… doing what my lovable daughter asked of me?…” She admitted with a thinking pose.

Vulely and Runeth: “(- _ -)”

At those words, I was greatly tempted to invoke Guanyu; the only woman who’d be willing to get Celia to not do this. However, I first calmed down, thinking it through. If Celia was going to do something crazy, she’d look guilty or remorseful right now.

That is what confuses Runeth and me. Celia isn’t the type to… randomly change her personality this drastically. As such, perhaps this is just a misunderstanding on our part? Or… am I just in denial; trying to save my sanity?…

Celia: “No?” She answered like, again, Runeth was crazy.

Vulely: “Could you… please, please clarify what you mean, dear wife?” I pleaded with a defeated tone and expression.

Celia: “Finding those wives should be her task, or activity Runeth should do at her own pace. It is far better to not be even slightly forceful, so I simply plan on giving her a map of Dimensions where Runeth’s Destined Lovers live; and she is to find and court them herself.” She explained like a stern mother.

Runeth and Vulely: “(~OAO)”

Celia’s answer was far and away from anything she’d normally say. You saw it yourselves, how intent she was in getting all her daughter’s hitched… As I looked at my wife in more detail, I noticed a slight blush, and look of desire she was resisting.

That’s when it hit me; struck me down to my very core, my Soul, even. Guanyu had scolded Celia over her addiction, likely getting the woman to only do this again within reason. The Cultivator got to Celia without me even needing to ask this of her!!!
