Beastmaster of the Ages

Chapter 4062 - Go Even Wilder

Chapter 4062 - Go Even Wilder

After the two rounds of 'grinding', Tianming's imperial order had undergone incredible growth. He had left some little ancestralbeasts in the ark to train with, so he used this chance to go into seclusion and study the galaxy-class caeli within them, learning from the experiences of his forebears to enrich his own cultivation.

Every single stream of order within him, ranging from infernal, genesis, primordial, radix, and the rest, improved alongside his own. Wanting to break through a single level was far too taxing for him, but it was something he had come to accept. He had long been prepared to tread the path of cosmic godhood step by step.

Even if I'm slow, I'm in no way inferior to the imperial bloodlines of the Eightpart Pantheons! And he wasn't even two hundred years old, while many who were at Mushan Xue's level were already nearing five hundred—and they were among the most elite in the Upper Star Ruin.

Cultivating in seclusion was always rather lonely. Fortunately, his recent encounters with Zi Zhen and Moran had fulfilled him enough for the time being. He couldn't even begin to feel that life was tedious after having just had two beauties in his embrace, one in each arm.

It only took around five years for Tianming's nine streams of order to reach a whole new standard and his cosmic god body improved as he reached the second level. Despite his low level, he stood nine hundred meters tall! Most wouldn’t know better and think he was a ninth-level cosmic god.

It seems like my cultivation path is diverging from those of others more and more. He had a feeling that the differences would be even more pronounced after a few more levels. Regardless, being a second-level cosmic god enables me to do much more.

Over the past two years, Mushan Xue had been urging him to act, but there wasn't anything he could do. He had tried fighting as a first-level cosmic god, but he simply couldn't defeat enemies at a sufficient rate.

He left his seclusion and found Moran and Zi Zhen playing chess together, much to his surprise. He hadn’t thought that their relationship would improve so soon after their pressing matters had been handled. Though they still got jealous from time to time, they seemed to have acknowledged one another and no longer fought and scrambled like before. There was more than enough Tianming to go around for the two of them.

However, they began competing in cultivation. He noticed that Zi Zhen had recovered her cultivation to the ninth level. As for Moran, she was still stuck at the eighth. Qingyu, on the other hand, had rapidly improved after absorbing all that talent from the Original Sin Pool and stood at the very top of elite geniuses in the Eightpart Pantheons. She was a seventh-level cosmic goddess, and if she had a purple mask, she would be able to go out and fight with them. Tianming gave her the Crimsonblood Fiendscourge, a cosmic relic, which she adeptly used to improve her combat capability.

Soon, Mushan Xue came to see him. "It isn’t enough. Can you go even wilder?"

"What's the rush?" Tianming asked.

"The Ten Desolate Starforges' forges have been deployed in the upper ruins. They're ready to attack the Primordial Sands. Our plan has to happen at the same time. Given the low number of genius cosmic gods in the lower ruins, we won't be able to achieve optimal results with our plan. It's up to you now," she said, solemnly looking at him.

"No problem. I've already gotten my payment, so I was going to finish the job in the first place," Tianming said, taking a deep breath.

"I'll wait for your good news," Mushan Xue said before leaving.

Tianming returned to the ark, where Moran and Zi Zhen had been waiting for him.

"Are we going to start soon?" Moran said, hugging his arm like it was the most natural thing in the world.

"Yeah! I'll go pick up Eighth, so wait for me here." Tianming pinched her cheek and went to a different room in the ark that was stuffed with deva cosmic god essences. Amidst the essences was a gray wooden coffin covered in images of ghouls. The dead fish eye on the cover kept moving. When it saw Tianming, it seemed rather excited. With a beautiful voice, it said, "Daddy...!"

Tianming felt rather awkward. Eighth was female, and it seemed to be the cutesy type. But it couldn't look further from the part with its terrifying and sinister aura.

"I'm not your dad..." Tianming said. However, it was useless. The coffin excitedly slammed into him, almost sending him flying. "Come, I'll take you to a feast."

The coffin excitedly bounced around upon hearing that. Its appetite seemed limitless.

"Alright, don't fuss around too much and crush Ninth and Tenth." The last two eggs were still within the coffin. There was no telling what kind of consequences that would have in the future. Tianming still didn't know what Eighth was, let alone Ninth or Tenth. "Come to think of it, one more part of Sixth is still out there...."

Tianming's head began hurting at the thought of that. When would he finally be able to hatch all of his beasts? He was growing more and more impatient.

"It's the same old thing. Let's go kill devas," he said to Zi Zhen and Moran when he left.

The devas had completely no idea what caused Tianming to focus so much on them. They put on their purple masks and left the ark on a new expedition to kill. Most of the folks from the Eightpart Pantheons had willingly come to the lower ruins with the aim of conquering the Primordial Sands and killing Tianming, so Tianming had no qualms about killing them back.

With Yin Chen's help, the massacre began. It had complete domination over the whole situation in the lower ruins, despite the Heavenly Dao Arena. The information they received about Tianming's whereabouts was always far too late, and the three rats would appear somewhere else before any warnings could be sent.

Panic and chaos befell the lower ruins once more. As long as they were trying to construct a line of fortresses, they couldn't gather all their forces in one place, placing them in the perfect position to be attacked by Tianming.

He didn't need to strategize much himself as he followed the perfect itinerary that Yin Chen had plotted for him. The three of them operated with machine-like efficiency, working nonstop to cull their foes. Yin Chen had even included unseen risks in its calculations. Ever since learning his lesson after fighting the imperial lady, Tianming no longer dared to kill that many people in one spot. Instead, he appeared somewhere to whip up a quick storm before switching to a different location soon after.
