“Mr. Bai Qi, may we construct an Element Altar here?”

The Water Spirit looked at Bai Qi, “This may be a bit of a stretch for you, Mr. Bai Qi, but we, the Elemental World, are willing to offer a corresponding price.”

“These materials are from our Water Element World, consider them a thank you for helping us connect with human Beast Masters.”

The Water Spirit paused and added, “This is also the sentiment across the entire Elemental World.”

The entire Elemental World? They must be referring to the collective consciousness of the Elemental World.

“I see.”

Bai Qi nodded, understanding. He then turned to the three half-gods and said, “I, on behalf of Gusu City, agree to a partnership with the Elemental World.”

“Thank you.”

The Water Spirit slightly nodded her head. She then tore off a piece of her own arm and tossed it into the center of the triangular area. The Flame Demon and Rock Puppet followed suit, throwing their own arms into the area.

Then, under the astonished gaze of Bai Qi and Zhang Shan, the three arms began to slowly merge together, eventually turning into a red, blue, and yellow altar.

“The Element Altar has been successfully constructed. Mr. Bai Qi needs only to bring appropriate humans to this altar, and it will automatically select suitable elemental creatures for them.”

The Water Spirit chuckled, “Of course, this only applies to our three Elemental Realms. Mr. Bai Qi, if you can locate the Wind Elemental Realm and have them join us, this altar will then be able to summon all elemental creatures.”
