Name: Aizel Kadashi | Age: 19 | Level: 425
Title: Gold-rank Hunter (S-)

Race: Crimson Were-Dragon
The Death Valley — Temporary Camp.
「 Dusk, of his 35th day on Geas. 」
Lisa had capitulated to him training his (Fire Howl) under a very strict condition: he would not fight the Oni; if he did, she would find out because of the sudden loss of his HP due to their (Bind). He slowly increased the speed at which he flew, getting familiar with the adrenaline rush and not letting it get too high too fast.
During the day, the team slowly moved south. They would get less silver because of the lack of higher-tier monsters in their loot. However, that allowed him to go and train on his own while having the peace of mind that girls would not encounter higher-tier monsters they could not handle. They had proven to be able to deal with hobgoblins without much trouble. And Lisa could even solo a normal Orc. Silvia now carried enough wands to supply a small war band. He trained in peace.
After filling the second ring. They began their return trip while engaging with every Goblinoid they found. The camps were smaller than expected—mostly goblins with the occasional hobgoblin mixed in. Curiously, but not unexpectedly, the remaining groups were drifting east. Probably following the dungeon call.
"Hello!" Valerie said as she perched in between his wings. Now she had enough mana to endure the trip just by riding the draft he made with his passage and skills. But the little raven took a page straight out of Vanessa's book of laziness. She chose to ride on his back whenever she felt like it.
The Shinigami broke formation from time to time and just nested herself in between his wings. She was so light that she weighed less than his backpack did when he did not have a ring to carry their stuff around.
'The other two are going to begin doing the same after this…' He thought. 'It will allow them to rest in shifts. So it's fine. Besides. I can't deny that I love to feel their weight and warmth.'
"Zup, Love. Tired already?"
"Nope. I just saw you deep in thought and wanted to come up and check."
"What? How? You were behind me…"
"Well… It was more like a feeling than seeing your face."
"…" Aizel blinked rapidly. That was weird, to say the least. Even by their standards. "You're feeling alright? We can go down and rest; there is no need to go into town just yet."
"Yeah. I feel fine. More than fine, actually. Honestly, I see why you love to be out here more than back in town."
He shrugged. They knew he would not hold it against them if they needed to rest. And that casting (Restore) was easy enough for him; it cost him almost nothing now. So he just kept flying while the little raven rested back there. Her warmth seeping through his scales.
Lisa had managed to gain a level. And the rest were all above level forty now. The advantages of their custom (Bind) showed themselves right away. Valerie and Vanessa were feeling the improvements of the SE after each level-up. Whereas Blaze and Silvia had only moved a single point at a time. Furthermore, they only leveled up by half what the other two did.
They landed outside the town and were walking towards the north gate just as the last rays of light painted the new walls in the colors of dusk.
"Huh. That was some hunt." Silvia said as she stretched out until her shoulders cracked.
"Yeah. And we are bringing back most of the bodies. Fresh. That's simply amazing. Rings of timeless holding are amazing. I will rank up to gold if only to be able to borrow those." Blaze said and joined Silvia in her stretching.
"I see now what you mean about the smell, Aiz," Valerie muttered.
Vanessa had the stupid idea to take a deep breath. Gagging and almost throwing up in the process. "Ugh…"
"Yeah. Don't even think about the smell, girls. Find something else and try to focus on that. I use your smells to distract myself."
Lisa looked as if nothing was bothering her. At all. She saw his incredulous face and chuckled before speaking up. "He-he. Say it with me, love."
Aizel glared at her. Her sweet smile won over his annoyance, and he gave in. "You get used to it." Everyone but Silvia said.
As the town came into sight, he remembered the little stunt he pulled, cringing at the memory.
Thankfully, the guards on duty were… Actual guards. With armor and no Hunter tags. Their equipment did not look like anything he had seen the locals use. They wore gambesons with chain mail and other metal pieces, not full plate, but still expensive-looking compared to what most hunters use. It looked more like something someone would use to fight other humans. Not Goblinoids. That attire was too restrictive for fighting monsters. Monster combat was explosive. Demanding agility and freedom of movement.
"Hey, that's new," Aizel said to no one in particular as soon as he saw the new guards.
"Ow. Fucking shit of a demon gremlin on a roasting stick…" Silvia began continuously chanting some curse under her breath.
"It would happen eventually." Valerie shrugged.
"What am I missing here? Remember—resident idiot." Aizel pointed at himself.
"You are not an idiot, love. Just…" Vanessa tried to make him feel better. But did not complete her idea and just trailed off.
"He lacks common sense and is underinformed." Blaze came to the rescue.
"That. And also, Love. If we have actual guards now, it means that a Noble will be arriving soon, maybe even to stay for good." Lisa said while getting warmer for some reason. Slowly getting aroused.
"Makes sense. Why is Silvia cursing them?" Aizel asked.
"Most nobles are insufferable. Passing annoying laws or stupid taxes when they are in need of silver. Instead of working like the rest of us. But I do not think you have to worry about any of that." Blaze pursed his lips and shrugged.
"~Why?" Aizel asked skeptically.
"You are technically a knight. You can have it done officially in a ceremony and everything. But you have the strength of a Grand Lord; that rank is the equivalent of a count at the least. A Duke at most. And you can probably kill the army of a city by yourself, so…" Blaze explained.
"So they'd better behave," Lisa said with a savage smile.
"I mean, as long as they do not mess with my pocket or disrespect my women. I do not really care for any of them. My people went to war with nobles for fun."
"Did you win?" Valerie asked.
A savage smile escaped Aizel.
"…"
"Why are you wet?" Valerie asked Lisa.
—
Aizel knew Lisa wanted to see him get to blows with them armored snails. The problem was that most of them would have trouble surviving the experience. That would happen, eventually. He was simply wired differently than the common snails. His way of thinking came at odds with any form of authority, and nobles were one of the ultimate expressions of that authority in snail society. Just below high-tier hunters. Like Pops.
Unfortunately, his clash against them would come much sooner than he thought. That much was clear. The moment the team came close to the gate, one of the armored snails approached them with an air of authority that he knew all too well. The kind that said the man had never once been told 'no' by most.
"Halt! Identify yourselves!" The armored snail, ready for roasting, yelled.
Aizel just turned to Vanessa and smiled. She returned it, went to his side, and gave him a peck on the cheek. Probably having the same flashback. Though this snail was not a pretty redhead. So things were probably about to get spicy. Just not in the fun sexual way.
"Hunter Aizel Kadashi, Gold-rank S minus. This is my party." He said in a tired tone. Knowing the idiot stopping them would find any excuse to throw his weight around. It was so obvious that Lisa bit her lip in silent anticipation.
'Fucking sexy weirdo.'
"Where is your equipment? I will need to inspect your rings."
Aizel chuckled. "Sure, but only if you can inspect it with your asshole."
The guard blinked in disbelief. "Excuse me?"
"You are excused, soldier."
'He's a soldier, right? Or is it: Guard? Meh, whatever.'
The idiot made the mistake of turning his spear towards Aizel. (Doppelgänger) roared into existence. Constructs of red mana restrained the armored snail and pulled him towards Aizel, leaving a couple of muddy trails under his boots. Aizel was impressed. He thought he would need more skills to restrain the man. Apparently the goblins had overinflated his expectations.
"The only fucking reason I became a Hunter in the first place," Aizel growled. "Is to not have to deal with this bullshit. So. Move, ~or I will move you." He was not overstepping. That was one of the allures of being a hunter. People's respect. Discounts. And expedited border controls; in his case, they were supposed to be completely gone. Just requiring saying his name and business.
The second guard was a kinky one. He had seen what happened to the first one and wanted some bondage action. His pledge came in the form of a threat.
"Stop! What do—" Aizel pulled him in before he could finish whatever he was about to say. Addressing him after a chuckle.
"Where is your superior officer, snail? I will have words with them."
"It's— It's— It's…"
"Use your words, snail. I'm hungry. And you smell like prime Orc bait." He really did. It was the last third of summer, zero breeze. And this idiot was standing around with a lot of layers. It was quite steamy out there at that time of day. Even in the far north.
"It's - in the Hunter's Guild!"
"Good. I was heading that way. Now, please go change your pants." Aizel did not know if it was a fart or if the snail had made a boo-boo. Either way, the stench was impressive. A reek that could almost compete with a goblin.
Aizel and company left the second man standing there, shaking. They just dragged the first guard along with them. Lisa's smile had turned savage. Valerie was humming something. And Vanessa was already bored. The dogs had embraced the motto and just accepted everything, ignoring the guards.
The people in town ignored them and moved away as they walked along the main road. Already deciding they had seen nothing.
They entered the Hunter’s Guild still towing the snail cosplaying as a knight.
"Kira! How ya' doing, gal? A snail in armor was not informed about Gold rank privileges and tried to stop me at the north gate. Do I throw him with the dog? Or can I speak with his daddy?"
Kira looked up from the counter with that sexy, angry librarian glance she did. "Pfff. Heh. Hunter Aizel. Please release the man. Just ask for his name and inform the knight who commands him. He is currently with Hunter Master Sigil on the second floor; I will inform them. Wait for me; they will probably summon you."
Aizel dropped the man that was floating behind him. The man landed with a solid metallic thump on the guild's wooden floor, and then ran outside for some reason.
"What? You said release him." Aizel said to Kira, who shook her head in disapproval as she walked out.
Seth the cucketeer was guarding the door and chuckled.
While they waited, Vanessa and Valerie went with Blaze and Silvia to the joint store to drop off the full rings. They would have to wait for some time for the butcher to arrive, so they just left them there before coming back.
Blaze had everything written down in his shitty notebook. Thus, they already had a good Idea of how much they would get paid. Even after taking into account the balls Lisa took. So the team was just chilling in the varnished log by the entrance.
Seth came closer. He leaned in to talk with a little privacy.
"Can I speak with you for a moment?" Seth said.
"Sure, what's up?"
"Hi. How was your hunt?"
"Really profitable. But you will pop something in your head from excitement. Fuck the small talk. Spit it out."
"Can you…"
Aizel really did not know why the man was acting weird. "You are not really getting nervous about asking that of me, right? After all I've done to her."
"No. Is not that. In the living room. Just as I open the doorway."
"Sure. Tonight?"
"Yeah. But I will stay a little late tonight. So leave her for last. I know you can go all night. She can't."
"Why are you staying late? I thought most stuff was ready. Is the dwarf still having issues preparing shit?"
"Mm… No. It's the same thing you dealt with. The new guards are idiots. They really don't know how things work in the north, so Sigil is dealing with all of that. Since he's staying late…"
"You drew the short straw and are stuck with him."
"Yeah…" Seth looked at the floor dejectedly.
"It's fine, man. You need a new book or something. That thing over your shoulder is enough deterrent to make most think twice about messing with the guild."
"You would be surprised at the amount of idiots who think they can tank a bullet."
Aizel raised his brows. "If you were to shoot me. I would try and get out of your sights. That shit killed Zarnandier."
"People are idiots." Seth shrugged.
Back in the reception area. They overheard a conversation between two hunters. They were not whispering. So, even Blaze and Silvia were able to pick up on what they said.
"Fucking nobles… They took the fucking guard jobs without notice."
That was something the cranky dwarf had said to Aizel when he became a hunter. Those jobs were supposed to be temporary. Just some extra silver. Mostly for lower ranks that did not have parties. Or were in one that was too weak to engage goblinoids on their own. For when normal game was not in season, guard duty was the norm.
"They fucking with the raid?" The other hunter asked the ex-guard.
"No. Too late to stop that one. The next one, though."
"Fucking great. Seems I'm heading south earlier than I planned."
"Well. At least I saved up. I'm heading southwest. Got word of a blue-haired whore… Well. 'Comfort huntress.' Hehe…"
"Southwest— Sednira? Through the forest!?"
"Yup."
"Nah. Come with me. That forest is infested with rats right now."
Aizel looked towards Lisa. She understood perfectly what he was asking without him saying a thing.
"~sub-humans" She whispered. He nodded once and went back to pretend to be reading.
The two hunters kept talking.
"People coming in, and we're going out?"
"We can wait and see. Maybe they will arrive after winter. Sometimes they send their guards to mingle and get to know the town."
"Why do you know so much about them?"
"You’re heading toward Sednira, and you don’t know?"
"…"
"Sednira was the same a few winters back. Noble guards arrived. Then nobles. The town has not changed much after that. On the surface, at least. But it really depends on the noble taking charge; it is not guaranteed."
"What's not guaranteed?"
"Peace. Silver? You name it. I'd rather a Mithril claim this town. They—"
Kira came back after some time. The Hunters heard her and shut up the moment they noticed her. Aizel was not sure why. 'Maybe they fear she tells something to the knight?'
"Mistress Valerie, your tags are ready. You can come with us to the Hunter Master's Office. We will update your status after the priest confirms your claim. And inform the knight of his underlings' doings."
Blaze and Silvia left for a tavern to wait for them and the Temple to finish preparing their coin. Aizel and the Legion just followed Kira up the stairs.
—
Kira was a mischievous woman. She stood before the doorway without knocking. He looked at her funny. She chuckled. A simple glance downwards was all she needed for him to understand what she wanted. Aizel looked back. Valerie chuckled, and Vanessa bit her lip. There was no need to glance at Lisa to know how she felt.
Aizel planted his hand on Kira's ass through her fancy tight leg wear. Gave it a good solid squeeze. His middle finger held her firmly. He reached around with his other hand, landing on her other ass cheek. He pulled. Bringing her into his embrace. She reached up and kissed him as he squeezed. Separating her ass cheeks while exploring her mouth with his tongue. She weighed even less than Valerie; lifting her was almost a joke and a half. Kira hugged his hips with her thighs, locking her ankles behind his back while grinding herself on him, as if she had not seen him for years. Or was not married.
"Ahem… Aiz. That's for later. If you don't stop right now, I'm pretty sure you will end up fucking her right here." Valerie became the voice of reason. And she was right. He was about to pull out his dick and just take Kira right there.
Aizel placed her carefully on the floor, giving her one last slap on the ass before letting her be. She fixed her clothes and took a deep breath. Forgetting to knock. And just walking right into the dwarf office.
"Hunter Master. Aizel's party." Kira said, a little winded. She entered the office while guiding the team.
"Yo, Zup. This one is new." Aizel said as he pointed to the new priest.
"Hunter Aizel. This is High Priest Auron. He made haste from the Duchy capital city to deliver judgment to the Wolf-Born." The Dwarf said.
There was a knight in beaten-down armor sitting on the side but did not speak. Kira had already informed them of his little tantrum. But the man just waited. Earning himself some brownie points.
Aizel nodded upwards to the priest. "Hello, Priest. You have the crystal of truth, or whatever it's called, with you. I need something done."
"Yes, Hunter Aizel."
"Valerie." Aizel nodded toward Valerie. She stepped forward without hesitation.
"I would like to update my Hunter status as Aizel's Vassal, please. I do it of my own free will and have not been coerced into it."
The High Priest glanced at the crystal. "That is the truth." He said, almost bored. Already showing more familiarity with the tool than the pervert priest had.
'How the fuck does that even work?'
Kira took Valerie's Silver Hunter tags and replaced them with the new golden ones. Sadly, there was no kiss. 'Disappointment.' Lisa noticed his expression and chuckled.
"Your payment for the dog will be waiting for you at the front desk," Kira said.
"So, that's all we needed from you, Dwarf. Is this one I have business with," Aizel said and pointed to the knight.
The knight just let out a tired sigh. Looking kind of down. So Aizel empathized with him and calmed down a little. 'Maybe he's working with idiots.'
"You do not want to know the sentence of the Wolf-Born?" The priest asked.
"Burn it, imprison it, enslave it, eat it. I do not care as long as I get paid. I heard its reward was high."
"Yes, it is quite high. You will receive two Royal Coins for the combined bounties and another half for the healing."
Aizel stared at him in disbelief. "Are you serious?"
"Yes, I am. It is quite high; we've been—"
"I thought you said he was some kind of mass rapist or something? Fucking cheap-ass Temple, next time I will just (Bind) the motherfucker, and use them as bait to train the girls. Fucker was worth like a couple of Orc camps at most."
The priest opened his mouth, closed it, then opened it again. "Eh… I"
'Fucking goldfish.'
"Sorry, Aizel, it is a high reward; your perception of coin is just warped." The Dwarf said calmly.
"Sure, whatever." Aizel turned towards the knight. "You, tell your snails to not stop me at the fucking gate. Every Silver should have the process accelerated, and Golds are exempt from it, by Imperial law, not whatever the fuck your weird pigeon represents.
Have a good night, Dwarf. Goblinoid meat is back on the menu. We just restocked the butcher's with the Temple rings for a month or something." Aizel took his leave and just walked outside the room without waiting for a reply. The girls chuckled and followed him closely.

Name: Sir. Frederic | Age: 37 | Level: 89
Title: Horen Knight
Race: Human
"Fucking two royals, can you believe that shit!? I could have made a nice chair or something."
Frederic heard the Hunter talking to the gorgeous Huntress vassals as they walked outside the Guild Master's office. The door closed. Silence held.
"Sorry, Hunter Master Sigil," Frederic said once the hunter was out of were-kin hearing range. "My men are used to having the highest authority. And I neglected to remind them how things work in the north." He lied. Frederic had drilled that information into them. It was for naught. The idiots under his command thought they were still south.
"It's fine, he's not mad at you or your men. He's probably just pissed off at the reward from the Wolf-Born. That, if I might add, is indeed low. Considering the reports from the nearby towns. I just tried to calm him a little. Redvelia is too new to have suffered under sub-humans like him; we were lucky he came across Hunter Aizel and his Vassals."
"I have to agree. But his behavior is still…" The High Priest said.
"What?" Frederik asked when the High Priest trailed off.
"That was High Priestess Lisa with him, right?" The High Priest winced.
"Ex-High Priestess, and call her Miss. He almost killed me on the spot one time, thinking I had offended her. And also turned an Adamant-rank Angel meek after he tried to 'rescue' her from him, her father, by the way. Aizel still keeps that scar on his face as a trophy or something."
The priest’s eyebrows rose.
"Is he going to be a problem?" Frederik asked.
"Yes. Yes, he will, so tell your man not to fuck with him, and tell the daughter of the Duke to keep her noble act to a minimum once she arrives. Not just for him; he's the loud one. But the hunters will just migrate to another town if they are pressured too much; they are used to travel a lot, so…"
"So unless we want the Duke's Vassal Lords to take this land from under his nose. We should work with them." Frederic said. It was obvious. But Sigil was trying to be helpful.
"Yes. I will probably finally be replaced before this winter, but I have been a Guild Master since this town was just a village a few winters back, so I know its people. If you lose the hunters, you lose the town; unlike the south, here the entire market moves around them."
"Just like any settlement close to a cardinal shield." The Priest said.
Frederic nodded slowly. "So this harvest, raid?" He asked.
"It was the hunter you just met, Idea. It's really creative, and if it works, it will probably be adopted in the settlements that have to deal with goblinoids all over the Empire. No more calling for an airship to clean the area. Is so simple I feel stupid for not thinking about it myself. We will be practicing in the coming days a smaller version. Getting people ready. Sharpening plans."
"So he's not an idiot?" The priest asked.
Sigil huffed and gave a short, dry laugh. "Oh no, he is. But just on some stuff. It's the ones he is not that you should be worried about."
"Like what? So far he's the only hunter I've met in this village that I even paid attention to, besides yourself. You are the only other gold in here, at least for now, but I would like to prepare for everything." Frederic asked.
"Silver, killing, and women. He's got the mind of a merchant, the tongue of a brute, and the lust of… well, a dragon. As for the rest of the hunters, we got reports of Gold parties and two Mithrils that will partake in the practice raid. And we have the Autumn migrations to the south that will leave us with even more Gold ranks. If they decide to return… So. You will not have to worry only about Golds, but Plats and Mithrils. The ones like Hunter Aizel are simple; ignore them and pay them. That's it. Is the proud ones that you have to worry about."
"Wasn't what clerk Kira just reported pride?" The priest asked.
"Yes, but compared to some of the ones that I've seen, that was nothing. He was just playing. Hunters above silver rank deal with goblinoids that can rip a man to shreds for a living. Sir Frederic or I are the only ones that can probably fight one and tell the tale in a single fight. A hobgoblin, that is. Orcs…"
"I will inform the lady. I'm still worried about that Hunter, especially that lust part. The lady is gorgeous, not as much as the angels he had with him; I've met enough to know what they look like even without their wings materialized. But. She is quite… and her brother is…" Sir Frederic said.
The hunter master froze in shock. Horror flashed behind his eyes. "Is the heir to the duchy coming too!?" He finally exclaimed. He looked like he wanted to put his fist through the desk. But managed to control himself.
"Yes. This task of improving Redvelia is the lady's, but her brother is overprotective and is following her here."
"…"
"How long do we have?" The Hunter master asked.
"I don't know. They have an airship, so they could be here before the sun sets, or after winter. They had not even left when I departed, and that was before the dungeon was confirmed; at the time we only had rumors, and now we have this— Is this his report?"
"Yes, he scouted the nesting dungeon by himself. And then, well…"
Frederic stared at the parchment for a long moment, then quietly said. "I will request a transfer."
It was quite the charade. One he was stuck in the middle of. Improving Redvelia. A plain lie. The only reason the 'lady' was coming was as a punishment. And her horny, incestuous brother was following after her.

Name: Seth | Age: 34 | Level: 211
Title: Gold-rank Musketeer (S+)
Race: Human
As the warmth of the sun left the town. Hunter Aizel and his band of beauties came walking back to the first floor of the Hunter's guild. The women looked to be having fun at something. That something was probably the dragon himself, from the way he was ignoring them.
"You are probably the only person from here to my father's to be mad at being paid in royal coins, love." Mistress Lisa rolled her eyes and came to sit by the entrance.
Aizel did not reply and just went to the front desk.
"What?… Sorry. Is… not my business." Seth tried to ask about Aizel's behavior. However, Mistress Lisa was intimidating. The last thing he needed was to be overstepping.
"Hm? Oh, don't worry, Seth. Is just the reward for capturing the dog."
Seth's face twisted in disgust. "What? Was it too low?"
"Yes. Don't get us wrong. Is not a 'low reward.' It's a lot of silver. The problem is that, from the reports the guild had. That thing should be worth double the amount we will receive."
"Well. At Least Kira is distracting him." Seth smiled. Aizel was claiming their bounty at the front desk. Being all smiles with his wife. Any other man would rage at the sight; for him, it was the perfect foreplay.
"Holy gremlin, you are already horny." Mistress Vanessa chuckled at Seth as she came walking towards them. She took a seat beside Mistress Lisa, giving her a tongue kiss that sent shivers down Seth's spine. "And you are no better, Lis."
Mistress Lisa managed to pull herself out of her lover's kiss. Biting her lip before speaking. "You are acting as if you did not care for his display, love."
It was an amazing thing. Normally, seeing two beauties kiss in public like that would attract a lot of attention. Not them. They were probably among the most feared individuals in Redvelia. Just behind their husband. Seth chuckled. It should be the opposite. If anything, Aizel was probably the tame one. From the things Seth had heard them talking about during dinner. Be it hunting or sex. These two… Now three. Were the ones people should really be the most afraid of.
"No way… Really?" Seth heard Kira's sweet voice. She was purposely being loud and flirting. Knowing that would send his mind spinning, fantasizing about the things they did.
She glanced at him. Whispered something in Aizel's ear, making him chuckle. Then it happened. Aizel leaned in and sealed his lips around Kira's. She opened her mouth, sticking her tongue out and licking his. It was perfect. She had even moved Aizel to the side. Giving Seth a nice sideways view of their actions, their adulterous play.
Kira glanced at Seth. Looking at him out of the side of her eyes. Rolled them. And just let herself fall into Aizel's embrace, savoring his tongue without ever looking back at Seth again, moaning without caring about the hunters surrounding them, about the rumors, the gossip. It took her quite a while to get her fill of the Dragon. A thick strand of saliva still connected them. He was hard.
"Well, see you later then." Aizel took hold of Kira's chin with his fingers. Got close. And caressed her nose with his one last time before turning away. Leaving the guild without addressing anyone else. Not even looking at Seth.
His women followed after him without a second thought. The guild had gone quiet. What normally would send them into a gossiping spree was met with utter silence.
'Well. I can't ask that much. One is a dragon known for hunting Orcs. The other is a musketeer who can kill them through their shields. Maybe one day they will find courage. Call out my 'indecency.' He-he. Not today.' Seth thought.
