「 Midday, of his 26th day on Geas. 」

The alliance was all nicely formed and ready to leave as the sun shone over their heads; they were all in their hunter gear and carrying large backpacks.

"All right. Put all of your backpacks and camping gear behind you. I will carry it for you with this fancy thing the Temple has provided for little old me, and before you get any stupid Ideas on your little slime brains. Know that it is temporarily soul-bound to me. If I die or take it off, the little shit just uses the world mana to start teleporting back to the sun temple"

"Temple of the Sun," Lisa corrected him. And was ignored.

He lifted his hand and showed them a silver metal with purple engravings that also leaked purple aura, just to devour it again. It was the most expensive version available in Redvelia, and had at least four times the space of what the one Pops had given them, where he had only stored the goblins they used for the training the last day.

The fancy ring was finally something Aizel would actually use that word for. It was worth an Aetherite Coin, the same as 10 Royal coins, 10k silver, or what a common snail would earn in thirty years in their plant mode.

The snails started to place their things behind them. He walked behind them and started to collect their stuff on the new borrowed ring, getting a good look and sniff of Valerie's ass. Lisa had given her approval, and the crazy bitch of Vanessa had not complained, probably already tainted and converted to the cult of Aizel's Dick by the Seraphim's cunt juice.

"You might think, Oh, how nice of him; we will have an easier time walking. Sorry to break your slime, but no. We will start jogging until nightfall, and before you start complaining, you are lucky I was thirsty for Angel juice and left you all morning to rest. Now move!"

The Alliance started jogging behind him, and almost lost their shit when the gals took to the sky.

"Stop staring, snails, you can do that when they come back down!" Aizel screamed back, trying to do his best impersonation of a drill sergeant. 'If an earthling saw me, they would probably laugh in my face.' He thought.

Lisa and Vanessa's role was to clear the way of goblins. They came back from time to time to orient the sloths in heat and to drop off goblin corpses. The sloths in heat were stunned the first time one of the green carcasses just dropped a few meters in front of Aizel. But since he had not stopped and just stored it on the Temple's ring as he passed by, they did not say anything.

He could have just let them run by themselves and be with the girls and their little macabre date. But it would be an asshole move to ask them to do something he was not willing to do himself, and it seemed to work.

A really good use he found for (Restore) was to help the ones who were lagging behind or inevitably fell down. So nobody in the alliance had the excuse of 'I'm in pain.' If anyone said that. He went to them to cast a quick jolt with his skill, and in a flash of red mana that was probably not visible to everyone in there, they were back in tip-top condition.

That little trick did not alleviate mental fatigue, so they would probably end up either hating him or fearing the skill after their mission.

'Or both… Yeah, they will hate and fear me, and the skill… he-he. Sorry guys, I don't want to spend two weeks in the wilds.'

The sloths in heat reduced their pace little by little until they were only sloths with a purpose, and later on to just sloths. Before they turned back into snails, the duo found them a nice elevated hill.

"All right, sloths! Good job. I'm really impressed by your performance - and for that, you have earned a reward. Make camp! I will go catch us some delicacies for dinner." Aizel said and gave them back all their gear, not waiting for them to break any argument, and just took off at cruise speed to go find them Orc for dinner. He had not used much HP, just some (Condensate) to beat the heat and to fuck his girls earlier that day, so he was quite full of it.

Name: Valerie | Age: 23 | Level: 27

Title: Silver-rank Huntress (A-)

SE: 5 | HP: 118 | MP: 50

Race: Human

Valerie huffed hard, taking deep breaths to calm down her racing heart. Their new leader was a sadistic Silver that had violated every kind of normal hunting concept she had grown up knowing.

First, the tall, hot man had never introduced himself and just started ordering everyone around and calling them snails. She now understood why that was the case, and that from his point of view, they must really look like snails.

The man just materialized two sets of large wings and jumped into the sky, after dropping them off on a random hill. If he and his lovers decided to just leave them there, they would have a real hard time orienting themselves and reaching any kind of town on their own.

If that was not crazy enough, a loud roar was heard in the distance as he began to pick up speed and become smaller over the horizon.

"Is that a were-dragon?" One of the randoes she had temporarily made a party with asked her.

She, like many of the hunters, was having a hard time making any silver during summer, and was stuck on guard duty to even survive. So when the guild master offered the silvers, the opportunity to join a gold ranking mission, they took it without asking many questions.

"I… That's a fucking animal; that is what he is…" Valerie replied in between breaths.

The insane man had them jogging all afternoon, not stopping even once. It was not a fast jog, but the fact that they were doing it in the northern wilds and not around the village had them stressed out, since a goblin could just jump out of a tree at any moment. At least when they began to jog.

As they got deeper and deeper into the wilds, heading directly northeast to the White Shield—not even to the north bypass, for some reason he did not explain—things got much crazier. The dead bodies of goblins started to fall as the angel with white wings flew in and just dumped them in front of the crazy hottie.

"Hunters!" The redhead angel with tanned skin, who could materialize wings of the same color as her hair, called to them. They needed to obey; she was one of the lunatic's vassals.

"Start preparing campfires, and sharpen your butchering knives." She ordered.

They moved without complaint; most were silent and tired because of the long jog.

"Do you want a leg massage, Valerie?" A random man from her party asked with a creepy smile and a wink, even licking his lips while making eye contact.

She hated all four of them. For some reason, they thought that the party was not an alliance, but a brotherhood at first, and that she would be fucking them all during expeditions or even in between shifts when on guard duty.

Valerie was a maiden. Not because she was a prude. Because most of the Hunters were either creepy men like her party members. Or were already spoken for, like the tall man whose name she still did not know; she was sure it was said a few times already, probably when she was not paying attention.

The fact that, as a huntress, she did not interact with the rest of Redvelia unless it was to buy something, did not help her dating life one bit. She was too worried to make ends meet to be flirting around. And things would just get worse during winter when there would be actual jobs, simple expeditions to hunt wildlife, protect lumber, and whatnot.

'I need to find a new party before then… There's no way I keep working with these weirdos again. I wonder if the alliance leader has a spot available… He does not seem like the creepy kind, even if he's a crazy person, I rather follow a crazy one than expose myself to more creepy ones.' She thought.

"Where are we even?" Another random man in her party asked.

"Judging by the distance to The White Shield… about one-eighth of the way there?" Blaze, one of the silvers leading a party inside the alliance, said. He was a nice-looking Were-Dog with a good track record to speak for.

Huh, we might make it in a fortnight." Gromir, another one of the silvers with freckles in his cheeks, said.

'Blaze, I wonder if he's related to the bakers. "Blaze Baker," I like how it sounds.'

"You related to the bakers, Hunter Blaze?" Valerie asked the Were-Dog.

"No. heh, I do get that a lot." The Were-Dog answered timidly; he scratched his head, and his tails and ears twitched.

"Hey Valerie, the alliance leader did not leave a scouting schedule. And we only have brutes; the guys are getting restless… I would go to ask the Vassals but…" One of her party members asked her.

'I hate it when he uses my name without the proper handle.' Valerie thought. She was their leader, and even the perceived second in command; everyone but her own party seemed to have already got the message. Hunters were supposed to be smarter than these four.

Nelvin, the other silver, joined the conversation, still breathing heavily. "But they look at you like you are gremlin-shit that they just stepped on… Yeah. Huntress Valerie, would you please go ask the ladies? I would really appreciate it if you took on that burden." He asked her.

"Sure… But I'm not going alone. I might also be a female, but if they think I'm after their man, they could just pick me up and throw me from high up. They do not have the hunter vow." Valerie said while looking around for volunteers.

"Fuck, that's true… Let me accompany you, Huntress." Blaze the Were-Dog Silver offered.

She really appreciated the man. Maybe her luck in love was finally turning. But she would not get ahead of herself and just spread her legs to the first man to treat her like a human being. Maybe he was just being nice, or had more balls than the others to confront the woman of such a crazy man.

The Vassals had made their camp on their own; they had a fancy foldable tent that she had seen sold at the Joint store, and even had a table and some folding chairs with nice wool padding. There were even Crystal lights that ran on mana. Their little love nest looked like something you would find deeper inside the continent, and not something hunters used so close to one of the cardinal shields.

'At least they made it far enough from the others.' Valerie thought. She did not have a problem with them being loud, and a part of her even wanted to hear them. Unfortunately, that would give her own party members ideas, and she would rather not do the denial routine all night; somehow they thought that she would eventually say yes if they kept asking.

As they approached, the two Vassals turned to them. They were just talking among themselves and not paying attention to the wilds surrounding them; they probably had better senses than even the were-dog scouts, and after seeing them dropping goblins all day, their relaxed attitude was reassuring.

"Hello, Silver Hunters. What do you need?" The Vassal with fair skin and white hair asked them.

Valerie had to admit, the two of them were more stunning than the few noble ladies she had seen in passing.

"W- We wanted to know if we would be given scouting schedules and night rotations… erm…" Valerie asked them.

"My name is Miss Lisa; you might not recognize me because I no longer use my veil, or because of my new hunter attire. But I used to be the High Priestess of Redvelia's Temple… This is my wife. Miss Vanessa.

As to answer your question, no. My husband told you four yesterday that you would not be required to do scouting work. We already cleared the surrounding wilds of any goblinoids and scared off the predators. Aizel will be doing some overpasses overnight to guarantee your rest."

'Yeah, I can see it; she is the High Priestess… What happened to her? She's still bossy, but she looks more… relaxed?… and she called the Alliance leader Aizel, right?'

"T- Thank you, Miss—"

Before Blaze could finish thanking Miss Lisa, the sky began to roar once again, and the whole camp, except for the vassals, turned to the source of the roar.

Thump! Their Alliance leader landed at the side of them. His wings were already gone by the time he touched the ground.

"yih!~"

"You really do love to land like that, love." Miss Vanessa said.

"It's good practice… Might also scare the shit out of anything that was getting any ideas to come fuck with us for a while." The tall man said.

'Did he get a haircut? … Fucking… Single brain, shut up! He's married! We don't want to die, right?'

"Do you need anything, sloths?" Hunter Aizel asked.

"No, sir. We were just clarifying the scouting situation, since they flew around all day we t—" Blaze started to try and explain the situation before being cut off.

"Lie." Miss Lisa said.

'Fuck! I forgot about that!'

"Lis… let the doggie be. As I said before, Hunter Doggie, we will take care of the general safety. Think about this mission as a training exercise. I will bring more green volunteers tomorrow for you to practice, and adjust the pace depending on how it goes. You go to the others and prepare for butchering a Blood-Orc. Valerie, take a seat." Hunter Aizel said to Hunter Blaze.

"You found one!" Miss Lisa asked, while her ears wiggled up and down.

"I will tell the others. Sir." Blaze straightened up and left her alone with the crazy ones.

"Yes, but that's the thing: it was too far south. I found it on the edge of the hobgo-lands, and it was walking to the same place we are, judging by its travel direction." Hunter Aizel began explaining to Miss Lisa as Valerie did as instructed and took a seat at their table.

"I think I will go scout the supposed cave tomorrow. It was not alone; it had another male Orc with him." He continued as she sat down.

'I guess he likes me enough to at least remember my name, or Blaze got called Doggie, as if he was still in his pup years and not in his mid-twenties.'

"W- Why is that rare?… I do not know much outside Goblins and Hobgoblins." Valerie asked to make conversation with the man.

'Why didn't he keep his old look? Fuck! This is hard to do~ Valerie - he's Insane! And married!'

"It is because Goblinoids are hierarchical; there is always a stronger one to lead the nest. In the case of goblins, it's one hobgoblin to lead the nest. If there are many hobgoblins, it's an Orc. If there are many Orcs, It's an Ogre. And it goes on and on."

"S-So that means there is an Ogre close by!?" Valerie asked, sounding more scared than she would have liked to.

"No. I mean, there could be. But that's the weird part. There was a Blood Orc and a normal Orc. But there wasn't an Ogre to 'keep them in line.' So even if there was a higher-tier Goblinoid nearby, they are not part of their group; they do not operate that way. They either stay with the group or go on their own. What is even weirder is the fact that there was a 'Blood' one to begin with. Those are even more territorial and even challenge higher tiers above them."

"I think you are scaring the girl, love." Miss Vanessa said.

"Sorry, Valerie, I called you because I want you…to tell me how the rest are doing after today. Once we are finished eating, you will give me your…report for me to make adjustments to how we operate. I am aware of how they would not like to open up to me. But to a beautiful girl like you, they just might. I am really sorry to ask this of you; I am not asking you to use those Sun-given looks. But to just be yourself with them, and report back." Hunter Aizel said.

Valerie got redder and redder with each new word the man said. Was he doing those little pauses on purpose? He was not giving him the creepy eyes of a thirsty male, and his women did not react as one would expect of a man trying to commit adultery in front of them.

"I will report back later." Valerie got up and left before being given the order.

In retrospect, that was a dumb thing to do; she should have waited to be dismissed, especially since Hunter Aizel had an even bigger presence and commanded more respect than the Guild Master, even with all his quirks and eccentricities. And without throwing around his strength, because if he really just killed a Blood Orc, the sun barely moved since he left. The Guild Master had nothing on this man.

Bonded Souls: Lisa Kadashi, Vanessa Kadashi

The weird Orc caravan had at least left him a level up. He did not know how the hell that stuff worked at this point. Aizel had just thrown the bodies inside the Temple ring. He doubted that the Alliance would try to lay claim to anything above a hobgoblin anyways, and he was not going to be unfair and take it all. They would probably even be given more than they killed with the training, just because he was too lazy to keep count.

"Hm. Interesting," Said Vanessa.

"What's interesting?" He asked.

"She blushed, and her heart rate went up, but I did not smell her getting aroused."

"Well, first. You got the hang of that faster than I did. Second, not everyone is a thirsty dragon lover that will get wet just because I'm around. She got flustered because of my sneaky flirting, which did not let her know if I was actually flirting with her or just being friendly."

"Put the balls of the Orcs you kill in our ring, love. They do not even have the claim to begin with, so we don't even give the butchers back in Redvelia a chance to haggle for them. I will take them to the Alchemist directly." Lisa said, more worried about the fact that there would be nice Orc candy than him admitting to flirting with the raven-haired shorty.

"So, what cha think!" Vanessa said.

"Bout what?" Aizel asked.

"Our little section of the camp, dummy."

"It's lovely, I like it. These crystal thingies were a nice find. I was already feeling cramped back in Redvelia. We need a larger ring and tent. I like this one." Aizel said as he wiggled the Temple-borrowed ring.

"That thing cost a whole Aetherite coin, love. You would have to find ten Ogres to afford it." Lisa said.

"I love it how she said find and not kill, like it is already a fact," Vanessa said

"He did kill a blood one, hand to hand. Dad would not shut up about it, even to others apparently, given what the cranky dwarf said." Lisa said.

"Something tells me that I will find more sooner rather than later." He said.

"Because of the weird Orcs?" Vanessa asked.

"Yeah."

"They might just be gay, you know," Vanessa said.

"Given their level of lust and perversion, I would not discard that. If I had found them earlier in the day, but its sundown, and they were traveling without a camp in sight. At this hour, all the goblinoids start to move closer to their camp, not away. Besides, the Orc was a normal one, and the other a Blood; they are too stupid to plan ahead; that is more of a shaman thing, or higher tiers."

"You are really familiar with them, aren't you? I don't think even veteran hunters know so much about them back in Redvelia. Just because they are stuck at silver does not mean that they have not been hunting all of their lives." Lisa said.

"Well, yeah. Think about it. I can stalk them from the air and have killed the Nerd; only know how many at this point. Just look at this party's kill counts, based on their ages, I have killed more than some of the veterans, even if they pick up the pace from now on."

"The Nerd?" Vanessa asked.

"One of the semi-gods that oversees the system."

"Semi-gods?" Lisa asked.

"I won't call them gods; even by their own admission, they aren't. But they have semi-omniscience. They can't watch everything all the time, but can watch Geas any time they feel like it. They are also very powerful, but not Almighty. They can kill me with a thought, but still need help to create stuff, and they can't interfere with free will. So, semi-gods."

"True," Lisa said

They heard someone coming even before they turned towards them; they were out of the hearing range of were-people when it came to speaking. But the trio could hear them perfectly.

"You did not even need to ask Valerie for a report," Vanessa said as she facepalmed and blushed, only now understanding that Aizel was just playing with the girl.

"Before you think it's just lust speaking. No. I would rather keep what they know about our skills and traits to a minimum. The general population outside of other immortal races only think about us like were-people with a bit of extra umpth, is not like this sloths can do anything much to us directly, but they can still spread rumors."

"The tactician Dragon." Lisa teased.

"More like sneaky Dragon. That girl will be running that conversation on her mind all night." Vanessa said.

"That still falls under 'Tactician,' and - speaking from experience?" Aizel said.

"Well yeah."

"Sir." Silver Were Doggie said. "We are ready to butcher."

— — —

「 Early night, of his 26th day on Geas. 」

Divine. That is how Aizel would categorize Orc meat. The Goblin meat was something really good, like a mix of pork and beef. At first, he was worried about the things looking too much like humans and even developing some degree of intelligence after evolving to Tier 4, given how human meat has a similar description back on Earth.

He knew about things like prion disease and other complications that could be developed from consuming monster meat that looked too much like human for his liking.

But the Nerd did put the idea in his mind to begin with. And he doubted that the semi-god would give him advice that could cause him a slow and agonizing death, given how it was in his best interest for him to be alive to test his little system and everything.

Then Lisa came in and explained to him how even on Geas they were aware of that kind of thing. Not at the level of Earth knowledge; that could explain the why's or how's, but (Purify) was a Tier 3 superior skill for a reason. When he got it, the system acknowledged that he had the required information inside his brain to grant it to him.

How did the system do that? That was beyond him to answer; he had only confirmed that it could put stuff in, like the rapy scroll of Geas language, and the skill that only the first Orc shaman he had encountered showed.

It was possible that other Orc shamans could do the same, but so far, he had not even given them the chance, and just went in for a clean kill.

"That was good…" He said.

Aizel and the girls were with the rest of the Alliance. Bonding with the sloths was good for morale; he had shown them the drill sergeant routine, even if it was just based on movies and probably not how it actually happened back on Earth.

It had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that a certain raven-haired was also eating, sharing a meal and bonding with the others.

"I have to say, sir. It is truly… Divine. I had only tried gobo and hobgo meat before, and it was already better than any farm-grown beef." The silver Were-Doge said.

"That's how I would also describe it, silver. I really never have eaten hobgo; I skipped that one and went straight to Orc from Goblin meat."

"Say, Lis. Do other creatures' or predators' meat also get better with (Purify)? There were some large predators back home whose meat was really not that good. But people did not use (Purify) on them. We relied on cattle since there was a lot of that at one point." Aizel said, being careful to not reveal anything to the Alliance and not to trigger Lisa's 'lie.'

"Yes, actually, any kind of meat gets a lot better when you use any kind of skills related to cleaning; it also infuses the meat with the caster's mana, or in your case, blood-mana," Lisa explained.

"Wait, what? So this thing has his blood on it?" Valerie asked as she stopped chewing.

'Yeah, I'm already inside you, woman. he-he.'

"No. It is infused with his health power and his mind power, not any kind of bodily fluid. Just think of it like how someone uses their (Spark) or (Ember) to create a flame," Lisa explained.

"And the fact that this was a Blood Orc, purified by a blood-mage, makes the already highly sought-after meat of a normal Orc much more delicious, so don't think any Orc will taste like this," She continued explaining.

"Can I ask something…" Valerie started.

"Ask away," Lisa said.

"Is more for Hunter Aizel, why…"

"Why…" He teased.

"Why were the… testicles… missing from the creature when you brought it? You gave it a clean kill; was it some kind of ritual, trophy, animosity…?" Valerie asked.

"Oh. No, nothing like that. They are used to make hyper fertility candies." Aizel said, and the silver hunters and a few of the bronzes turned to him.

"Boosters. Hyper fertility boosters." Lisa began her explanation. "They look and taste like candy, and this one, for some reason, refuses to learn the name of things that he can't fuck, or play with."

"I have heard that those things make you feel the lust of the creature it was made from." Silver were-doge said.

'Is it too late to ask his name again?'

"Creatures. Some of the boosters he has consumed had been made from more than one Orc, and yes. They do. So don't go around consuming one above what you can handle." Lisa explained and gave him a warning.

"Can I ask an inappropriate question? And only if you promise not to kill me." Were-doge said to Aizel.

"Ask away; I won't get mad at you," Aizel said.

"You look like a healthy young man. And… well," Were-doge said as he glanced at the angels.

"Oh. Is not for performance issues. The only reason we got those in the first place was that we were helping a couple to conceive. Since I am not planning on marrying the woman, or fuck her until she is knocked up, we wanted to give her better chances in the limited time that we had with her. And well. We liked them a little too much after that. Since it also improves the amount, taste, and quality of cum you release." Aizel explained, and glanced shamelessly at Valerie at the last part.

It was a brief glance, and he doubted the others, except for the angels who noticed, and Valerie herself.

"But. Before any of you go getting any Ideas. Remember that he is a Were-Dragon, and he has a lot of self-control with those. Because those of the Were-, -Born, and -Man kin need to be extra careful not to hurt others. Especially the canine, equine, and feline kin. Aizel is the only Dragon-kin I know, so I can't speak for the rest, but someone like him without self-control can really hurt their partners." Lisa explained in a serious tone.

"Do feline kin have raspy tongues?" Aizel asked before thinking about what he was saying.

This time the angels turned to him.

"Why?" Vanessa asked.

"Curiosity."

"Weird truth," Lisa said with narrow eyes.

"Anyway. Don’t stay up too late; I won't tell you to go to sleep. But in the morning we are training the defensive formation, so if you are too tired, a goblin might fuck you up. We will rest after that and then continue our jog. The plains are getting close, so it will get easier with time. I will be near my tent if you need me." Aizel said and went to his side of the camp. The girls followed after him.
