I’m 32 years old this year and my family’s house is located in the village at the edge of the capital. My parents are still alive. “I really really like you. I’ve already told my parents about you. “I have also bought a small house near your place and the courtyard there is already filled with flowers. I remember you saying that you like bright red roses the most, so I’ve already planted them there for you. From now on, I’ll cook delicious food for you at home every day! Whatever you like! I’m willing to learn anything!”

“You also mentioned previously that you like kittens very much. I’ve set aside a room for your pets. When the time comes, we can plant flowers in spring, bask in the sun in summer, harvest our crops in autumn, and build snowmen in winter…”

Qian’e braced herself and went back to work like it was a normal day. After all, she was responsible for all the employees in the factory. She could not give up on her life and herself just because something bad had happened. She had already done that once and she did not want to go through that a second time.

Xia He arrived at Qiao Mei’s house bearing many gifts. She had already heard about what happened to Qian’e.
