Chapter 1119: Dance Of Death.

Shi Lang mumbled, “Let’s dance!!”

The entire human contingent opened their eyes wide, and they sat up straight. Earlier, when Shi Lang had entered the arena, they were still somewhat worried and doubtful, but over the years, they have understood that Shi Lang would only say this phrase when the doom was looming over his enemy. The sound attack that affected a soul was performed by burning the soul energy, however, changing the fuel doesn’t mean changing the process. It all generated from a frequency, and Shi Lang used the same method to handle the situation. He made his soul resonate at the frequency of the attack which didn’t effect him.

His micro control of the situation was so good that it shocked the people. Someone from the Jewel Eye race remarked, “Is Agato the soul master or this human?”

Amidst them, the people who had become the allies of the human race smiled, and the leaders of the Sun Archers smiled as well, they had gambled in Shi Lang’s future and so they were happy to see him climb up.

In the high floating observation seat, the realm lord was looking down at the fight and he said, “Interesting.”

The attendants turned to look at him in surprise, because throughout the tournament this guy had not said a word. The Realm Lord smiled and said, “You all think, why did I compliment this fight?”

The people nodded, and one of them said, “Is it not evident, Sire? That human has a limited soul strength, and Agato, we all know he is aiming for your seat from a long time. That guy will not give it up.”

The realm lord nodded and commented, “Yes, I am aware of Agato’s desires, but you all are missing out something. There are always variables in this world, that young human in the Arena, he is that variable who is going to foil Agato’s dream. Just watch carefully.”

Shi Lang kept countering the attack, and just then he sighed and said loudly, “I thought you would be a tough challenger, anyways. It’s about time to end this.”

The next moment, he took out his sword, and the torrential sword intent rushed through the flowing soul energy attacks of the Moon Eye Phantom. The people were surprised, they didn’t understand how Shi Lang was doing this, and when the slash of sword intent touched Agato’s real body, he hissed in pain and his attacks collapsed.

He was so shocked that his ethereal eyes trembled and almost opened them. Shi Lang smiled, and Agato roared, “How?! How can you withstand my attacks and how can you hurt me?! Human, I demand the answer.”

Shi Lang chuckled, and said, “Just because you demand I should give it to you? Who the hell do you think you are, punk. Fuck you, undying cloud of gas.”

Then he raised his sword and said, “Four seasons Sword.”

Followed by this was a series of attacks that caused Agato to shiver and wail as he grew frustrated. Shi Lang could have used stronger attacks but he didn’t, as his goal was achieved already. He stopped after landing fifty slashes on Agato’s body. The latter thought Shi Lang was done and taunted, “Is that all? Hahaha, puny human, I am much stronger than that.”

Shi Lang nodded with a serious expression and said, “Well, I never had a doubt, and I am sure that you are stronger than this by a long margin, but let me tell you something. To kill someone stronger you don’t need strength, you need cunning.”

Then he stored his sword back and made a few seals and said, “You were wondering how could my attacks harm you. right? Well the answer is because the attacks were made of soul energy.”

Before anyone could react, Shi Lang said, “You want to say that it is impossible but that is because you are a fool, and your ways have led your entire race astray. Also, I am not going to tell you anything because I am not doing charity here. So, kindly fuck off.”

That said, his hands stopped and he said, “Kaboom!”

The world seemed to have stopped for a second before everyone saw a strong explosion of the lightning element inside Agato’s body. The latter wailed from the pain but the explosion didn’t stop, it was akin to a chain reaction that spread around his entire body.

Just these three, and when Agato opened his eyes, the people sensed a soul fluctuation that was so strong that even the realm lord sitting in the pavilion looked at bit serious. However, Shi Lang knew that to kill someone with Moon Eyes, the caster would need to look in the eyes of the enemy.

He had already placed his sword before his eyes, in the world of humans, nothing could match Raksha’s blade, it was that shiny and sharp. However, in his training Shi Lang thought that such an attack would affect Raksha, so he crafted a sword that was her imitation in terms of physical appearance, but it had only one thing carved on the core and the body.
